Abstract

Banana plant (Musa paradisiacal L.) is one of Indonesia native plants currently facing a serious problem of bacterial wilt disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum bacteria. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Trichoderma sp. application at different rates to controll the bacterial. This research was conducted in the Plant Disease Laboratory and in the Agricultural Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University from April to September 2017. Banana seeds used were four month old kepok. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four rates of Trichoderma sp. i.e. control (T0), 20 g (T1), 40 g (T2), and 60 g (T3). Each treatment was replicated five times. The results of this study showed that the fastest incubation period occurred in T0 treatment (7 days) compared to the lowest T3 (25 days). The T3 treatment was able to reduce the bacterial wilting attack by 10-20%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning video based on the scientific approach of ethnoscience on single and mixed substances that is feasible and effective on the learning motivation. This research is research and development (R&D) method with a 4D development design. The subjects of this research were media experts, material experts, and fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Pekuncen for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Data collection techniques used interviews, object study expert assessment questionnaires, media learning expert assessment questionnaires, learning motivation questionnaires, and learning implementation observations. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results of the learning media expert assessment were 90% (very feasible), while the results of the material expert assessment were 82.50% (very feasible). The results of the regression analysis obtained the value of F count > F table, which is 27,176 > 4,965. In conclusion, the learning video based on the scientific approach of ethnoscience on single substance and mixed substance development results was feasible and effective in influencing learning motivation for grade V Elementary School.

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhmmadiyah Bumiayu merupakan institusi yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. SD Muhammadiyah Bumiayu berada di wilayah perkotaan. Latar belakang masalah pertama yaitu Orang tua siswa SD Muhammadiyah Bumiayu memiliki kesibukan bekerja, yang ke dua yaitu permasalahan prioritas yang dihadapi mitra saat ini adalah ancaman tindak kekerasan seksual siswa dan terbatasnya kesempatan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran tersebut. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya keterampilan melaksanakan pembelajaran terintegrasi pendidikan anti kekerasan seksual siswa dan media pembelajarannya. Program ini dilandasi dari hasil penelitian tim pengusul berupa media Buku Saku Anti Kekerasan Seksual Siswa (BUSAPAKSA) mampu menigkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pencegahan tindak kekerasan seksual siswa. Rencana kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 5 Agustus sampai 28 November 2023. Metode kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi empat yaitu tahap persiapan kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan PKM, tahap praktik pembelaajaran terintegrasi pendidikan anti kekerasan seksual anak, dan tahap Evaluasi program dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil capian kegiatan PKM tahap pertama yaitu 1.Kegiatan pelatihan ini telah terlaksana dan mencapai nya yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada guru SD Muhammadiyah Bumiayu mengenai penerapan konsep pendidikan anti kekerasan seksual siswa. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan manfaat yang sangat baik dan tepat bagi guru-guru yang menjadi khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan ini, dimana secara umum peserta pelatihan menunjukan sikap positif yaitu seluruh peserta dapat mengikuti kegiatan dengan tertib, baik, aktif, dan senang sampai dengan kegiatan selesai.2. Bentuk pelatihan ini merupakan bentuk yang sangat efektif untuk memberikan wawasan baru bagi peserta pelatihan mengenai pemahaman konsep pendidikan kekerasan seksual anak berbantu media busapaksa. Luaran kegiatan pada tahap pertama yaitu artikel jurnal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze research trends related to digital literacy and scientific literacy in Indonesia biology learning and find future research opportunities. The method used is a literature review with bibliometric analysis. The bibliometric analysis utilizes the Google Scholar database, sourced from Journals and Proceedings with a publication period of 2012-2022 Search for articles used PoP application and bibliometric mapping used VOSviewer. The results of analysis obtained 18 articles related to digital literacy, 100 articles related scientific literacy, and 1 article related to both. The most cited research is related to the use of learning models to increase scientific literacy. The mapping results obtained 2 clusters with 17 items. Research about digital literacy and scientific in Indonesia biology learning began to be widely in 2019-2022. Research on digital literacy and literacy in biology learning is still very much in demand at this time. Digital literacy in biology learning in Indonesia is still rarely studied. In conclusion, research related to digital literacy and scientific literacy is still a research trend in biology learning in Indonesia today. Digital literacy is still rarely researched and can be used as an opportunity in the future in research in the field of biology education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur mengenai penerapan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di sekolah dasar menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik. Data dikumpulkan melalui Harzing Publish or Perish (PoP) dari Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “Project Based Learning (PjBL)”, “Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek”, “Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA)”, dan “sekolah dasar (SD)”, mencakup artikel jurnal berbahasa Indonesia yang dipublikasikan antara 2020-2022. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan tren penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tren peningkatan publikasi pada tahun 2021, terkait dengan minat terhadap metode inovatif selama pandemi COVID-19. Jenis penelitian yang dominan adalah eksperimental, diikuti oleh Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), kualitatif deskriptif, literatur review, dan pengembangan. Artikel dengan sitasi terbanyak adalah meta-analisis yang memberikan wawasan penting tentang efektivitas PjBL. Peta penelitian menunjukkan fokus pada penerapan model proyek, strategi pembelajaran, dan dampak PjBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan gambaran tentang perkembangan PjBL dalam pembelajaran IPA dan rekomendasi bagi peneliti dan praktisi pendidikan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) learning styles among students of the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) at FKIP Universitas Peradaban. Using a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 80 PGSD students through a questionnaire comprising of 21 statements and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results show that the visual learning style is the most dominant (35%), followed by auditory (27.5%) and kinesthetic (16.25%). Additionally, 21.25% of students exhibited mixed learning styles: visual-auditory (7.5%), visual-kinesthetic (7.5%), auditory-kinesthetic (3.75%), and all three styles combined (2.5%). These findings highlight the importance of understanding students’ learning profiles. Visual learners excel in structured planning and visual media use, auditory learners in verbal communication, and kinesthetic learners in activity-based learning. Mixed styles indicate cognitive flexibility and adaptability. The study underscores the need for PGSD programs to implement integrated, multimodal learning strategies—such as infographics, group discussions, interactive seminars, podcasts, simulations, and project-based learning. These approaches enhance learning effectiveness and prepare future teachers to apply differentiated instruction in elementary classrooms, ultimately improving educational quality.
