Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource development in building an adaptive and sustainable organization at PT Mayora Indah Tbk through a descriptive qualitative analysis of the 2025 sustainability report. The results of the study indicate that HR development is carried out through the following strategies: winning people, capability development, employee well-being, and the creation of an adaptive and relevant work culture. The findings suggest that HR development serves as a strategic driver in shaping an organization that is responsive to change. Thus, HR development contributes to strengthening organizational capacity to adjust to change while supporting the achievement of sustainability goals.
