Abstract

The role of human resources is needed to achieve good results within the company. Whether a company develops or not depends on the human resources in the company itself. Companies are required to find and print employees who will later provide good work results. Performance can be influenced by recruitment, selection and training and can be through the role of competency variables. The study aims to determine the role of recruitment, selection, and training on employee performance with competence as a mediating variable at the Aromatique Art Lab Store East Java Branch. The subject of the study was an employee of the East Java Branch of the Aromatique Art Lab Store. The employee sample consisted of 44 employees. The sampling technique is non probability sampling. The study used the Smart-PLS method. The results show that: (1) Recruitment does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Selection does not significantly affect Employee Performance. (3) Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Recruitment does not significantly affect the Competency to the extent. (5) Selection does not significantly affect the Competence. (6) Training has a significant effect on competence. (7) Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (8) Recruitment has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (9) Selection has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (10) Training does not significantly affect Competency-mediated Employee Performance. The benefits of research are as material for taking company policies in encouraging employee performance and as a reference for further researchers. The next suggestion of researchers is that they are expected to look at other variables outside the variables used in this study in order to get maximum results.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh market ratio, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan manufaktur subsektor food & beverages yang rutin listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur subsektor food & beverages yang rutin listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa market ratio berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Perusahaan dengan market ratio, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas yang tinggi belum tentu memberikan dividen dengan jumlah tinggi. Besarnya dividen akan dibagikan melalui persetujuan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities that support the country's economy with the principle of kinship and prioritize common interests and mutual cooperation in general and can advance the prosperity of its members in particular. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital and total assets on the acquisition of the remaining proceeds of the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City. The object of the research used was the Ngadirejo Women's Puspita Kencana Cooperative in Kediri City, 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is the last 5 years of financial report data so that the data taken is 60 data. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test first, coefficient of determination, F test and t test with SPSS tools (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of the research based on the F test show that capital (X1) and total assets (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the acquisition of operating income (Y).

Abstract

The Research aims to identify the effect of work stress, work motivation, Work Environment on the perfomance of police officers of sectoral Tulungagung district Police Station . The research population in this study were members of the police from portion of the population used respondents namely 36 police officer. The data collection techniques used is questionnaire. The research uses multiple liniear regression. F test and t test for statistical analysis. The result of this research show that work motivation, job stress, work enviroment influence the police perfomance. The results showed that there was a significant effect between work stres, work motivation and work environment on employee performance with a significant value = 0,000. Calculation of regression coefficient of work motivation indicator (X2) has the highest t test value of 5,337 on employee performance. With this the work motivation (X2) has the greatest influence compared to other indicators.

Abstract

This research was conducted at automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the period 2015 - 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah. Sarana Tbk in 2015-2019 using the Du Pont System method and what factors affect differences in financial performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques using the du pont method. The data used in this research is the financial statement data of the companies PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the last five years in 2015-2019. The results of the research that has been done show that the financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for five years, the authors can conclude that based on the average Return On Assets (ROA), the average Net Profit Margin (NPM), and the average Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), during 2015-2019 shows that PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, has a better financial performance than PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk. As for the factors causing the decline in the value of TATO, NPM and ROA, namely the decrease in net income due to the influence of total costs and the company's ineffectiveness in managing existing assets, so that the profit resulting from the comparison of the value of net income to total assets is very small.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial work-life balance, burnout, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Koperasi Tani Jasa Tirta Sendang Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 karyawan Koperasi Tani Jasa Tirta Sendang Tulungagung dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan kriteria-kriteria berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan work-life balance, burnout, dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Koperasi Tani Jasa Tirta Sendang Tulungagung. Sedangkan secara parsial work-life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan secara parsial burnout dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Koperasi Tani Jasa Tirta Sendang Tulungagung.

Abstract

Adanya karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa meninggalkan keterangan dapat mengganggu keteraturan dan kelancaran proses produksi. Ketidakhadiran karyawan dapat memengaruhi produktivitas secara keseluruhan. Permasalahan ini juga berdampak terhadap work engagement menjadi signifikan karena keberadaan karyawan yang tidak efektif dapat menurunkan semangat dan motivasi rekan kerja yang lain, karena karyawan yang aktif akan merasa terbebani oleh ketidakpastian dan kebutuhan untuk menutupi ketidakhadiran rekan kerja, sehingga kehilangan fokus pada pekerjaan utama mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesos mengenai adakah pengaruh dari job crafting, work engagement, serta kinerja karyawan di Pink Kiss. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisais yang diguanakan adalah SPSS dan Partial Least Square yang diolah dengan program SmartPLS 3.0 Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa job crafting tidak berpengaruh terhadap work engagement, job crafting juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi work engagement tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh dari job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion strategies (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) Caffe SAP Kediri. The type of research used is quantitative research which is processed by statistical methods. Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. Research data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The results of the study obtained that the product quality variable had a partial significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with the results of the sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the t-test of the price variable have a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the results with a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05, Test results promotion strategy variable partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the F test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and life style on the consumptive behavior of Gen Z Ngawi district through self efficacy as an intervening variable. The data used in this study is primary data which is obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires online via google form. Sampling using nonprobability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach there were 100 samples of Gen Z in Ngawi Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses partial least square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that: Financial literacy has no influence on consumptive behavior, Life style has a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior, Self efficacy has a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior, Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on self efficacy, Life style has a significant positive effect on self efficacy, Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior through self efficacy, Life style has a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior through self efficacy..

Abstract

Abstract Hayyu Lailly Nur Litta This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing, online customer reviews, and location on purchasing decisions at Laue Burgerbar, Kediri City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Laue Burgerbar, Kediri City and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and R2 Determination Coefficient Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, X3 and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable is declared reliable because it has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. Then in the t-test it is known that the content marketing variables (X1), online customer reviews (X2), and Location (X3) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the three variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then in the F-test it shows that the results of the significance value are 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that content marketing, online customer reviews, and Location have a simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Laue Burgerbar, Kediri City. Keywords: Content Marketing, Online Customer Review, Location, Consumer Purchasing Decisions Abstrak Hayyu Lailly Nur Litta Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing, online customer review, dan Lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Laue Burgerbar Kota Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Laue Burgerbar Kota Kediri dan dihitung menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji F, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi R2 . Pada Uji Validitas diketahui bahwa seluruh item pertanyaan (X1 , X2, X3 dan Y) memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga masing-masing variabel dinyatakan valid. Kemudian pada Uji Reliabilitas masing-masing variabel dinyatakan reliabel karena memiliki nilai Aplha Cronbach’s > 0,60. Kemudian pada Uji t diketahui bahwa variabel content marketing (X1), online customer review (X2), dan Lokasi (X3) memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga ketiga variabel tersebut secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Lalu pada Uji F menunjukkan bahwa hasil nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa content marketing, online customer review, dan Lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusaan pembelian konsumen padaLaue Burgerbar Kota Kediri.
