One of the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic is the change of learning process in elementary schools from offline learning to online learning. The results of the observations at Al-Khoiriyyah islamic elementary school show that partners still had difficulties in utilizing information technology facilities besides there was also a decrease in the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process. The community service team offers solutions by providing training related to interactive learning media and the utilization of technology using the wordwall application. The wordwall application can attract the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process by utilizing various features. This training was attended by 8 participants located at UHW Perbanas on June 24, 2022. The methods used were discussion, independent practice, and evaluation obtained from filling out the pre-test and post-test. The results of the training and mentoring show that 100% of the training participants are able to use wordwalls. The learning media using this wordwall had a significant effect and this was shown by the practical results of each participant who successfully completed the tasks given by the community service team which is 8 participants successfully made a quiz using the wordwall application.

Abstract

The study analyzes the impact of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and income levels on the savings behavior of lecturers and staff at the University of Paz (UNPAZ) in Timor-Leste. The methodology used was quantitative, with a survey conducted on 120 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling–partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that financial inclusion and income substantially influence savings behavior, although financial literacy did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that in addition to financial knowledge, structural and economic variables such as access to financial services and income significantly influence savings behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing financial inclusion by facilitating access to formal financial services as a more effective and sustainable approach to encouraging savings behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of meaningful work and work motivation on employee performance, as well as the mediating role of organizational commitment in this relationship. Adopting a quantitative approach, the research population consisted of 382 employees from public health centers (Puskesmas) in the Central Surabaya Region. A sample size of 195 respondents was selected, with data collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive inferential analysis and path analysis via PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4 software to test seven hypotheses. The results indicate that meaningful work significantly and positively influences both employee performance and organizational commitment. Similarly, work motivation has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. However, organizational commitment itself does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment, when acting as a mediating variable between meaningful work or work motivation and employee performance, was found to have an insignificant effect. Keywords: Meaningful work; Work motivation; Performance; Commitment
