Abstract

Abstract: The world of education today is a benchmark in the process of educating the life of the nation, so that kindergarten is the initial formation in learning and teaching activities and the formation of behavior towards children. So the kindergarten is a formal early childhood education institution that serves ages between 4-6 years. This age is often called the golden age golden age. That is crucial for the further development of human quality. At this time children have the attitude to imitate, that is, every action of an adult who is considered to have authority (parents, siblings, teachers, other adults) will be a reference for his behavior (for example). Therefore, habits of diverse behaviors and morals need to be introduced, fostered, and accustomed from an early age. This study aims to describe the implementation of the modeling methodology of behaviorism in RA Syaamila Kids Salatiga. The type of this research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study method. Of all the activities that are accustomed to school will manifest in the minds of children and then will bring good influence when the child is at home. Therefore, children must be formed from an early age so that later they will form a person who has a moral character, Implementation of the habituation method in Syaamila Kids is considered very effective in the teaching and learning process because it is in accordance with the psychology of children who are easy to accept, so here children are easy to accept what is conveyed and done by the teacher. So that from the implementation of this habituation method can create independence, respect and love both yourself, others and the environment and children are able to appreciate the time.Keywords: Implementation, Habitual Modeling Method, Behaviorism TheoryAbstrak: Dunia pendidikan dewasa ini menjadi tolak ukur dalam proses mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, sehingga Taman Kanak-Kanak merupakan pembentukan awal dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar serta pembentukan perilaku terhadap anak. Sehingga Taman Kanak-Kanak merupakan Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang bersifat formal yang melayani usia antara 4-6 tahun. Usia ini sering disebut dengan usia emas golden age. Yang sangat menentukan untuk pengembangan kualitas manusia selanjutnya. Pada masa ini anak memiliki sikap meniru, yaitu setiap tindakan orang dewasa yang dianggap memiliki otoritas (orang tua, kakak, guru, orang dewasa lainnya) akan menjadi rujukan perilakunya (contohnya). Oleh karena itu, pembiasaan perilaku beragam serta moral perlu diperkenalkan, dipupuk, dan dibiasakan sejak sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode pembiasaan modelling  perspektif teori behaviorisme di RA Syaamila Kids Salatiga. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.Dari segala kegiatan yang dibiasakan disekolah akan termanifestasi dalam pikiran anak dan kemudian  akan membawa pengaruh baik ketika anak di rumah. Oleh karena itu sejak dini anak harus dibentuk keribadiannya sehingga kelak akan terbentuk pribadi yang berakhlakul karimah, Implementasi metode pembiasaan di Syaamila Kids ini di nilai sangat efektif dalam proses belajar mengajar karena sesuai dengan psikologi anak yang mudah menerima, maka disini anak mudah menerima apa yang disampaikan dan di lakukan oleh guru. Sehingga dari implementasi metode pembiasaan ini dapat menciptakan kemandirian, rasa  menghormati dan menyayangi baik pada diri sendiri, orang lain maupun lingkungan serta anak mampu untuk menghargai waktu.Kata kunci : Implementasi, Metode Pembiasaan Modelling, Teori Behaviorisme

Abstract

Each person has a different mathematical communication ability. Mathematical communication ability is a person's ability to convey information about mathematical concepts and ideas both in spoken and written form. This study aimed to describe the mathematical communication skills of students of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto based on extracurricular activities. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative. The subjects used in this study were students of Grade VIII B SMP N 2 Purwokerto in the 2019/2020 academic year. Data were collected using the form of tests, interviews, and documentation. The test used in this study was a written mathematical communication skill test. The research subjects consisted of 2 students with academic extracurricular activities, 2 students with non-academic extracurricular activities, and 2 students with both academic and non-academic extracurricular activities. The results of this study indicated that: 1) students who only took academic extracurricular activities and students who took both academic and non-academic extracurriculars were able to present mathematical ideas in the form of images, mathematical symbols, and provide arguments for problems that were presented appropriately, and 2) students who only joined non-academic extracurricular activities, in general, had not provided arguments for a problem that was presented properly, but they were able to present mathematical ideas into the form of images and mathematical symbols appropriately.Keywords: Mathematical communication skills, extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Trauma ginjal adalah trauma saluran kemih yang paling sering, tetapi trauma ginjal berat terisolasi cukup jarang. Tulisan ini membahas kasus pasien dewasa dengan cedera ginjal derajat IV terisolasi yang ditatalaksana konservatif non-operatif. Tidak ditemukan komplikasi signifikan selama masa observasi dan pasca-rawat. Tatalaksana konservatif non-operatif dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan tatalaksana trauma ginjal derajat IV tanpa masalah hemodinamik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Evaluasi Diri madrasah di MI Muhammadiyah Karan yang terletak di Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Karanganyar Jawa Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melakukan analisis dan mengambil kesimpulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi lapangan, interview kepada kepala sekolah, guru dan admin, serta mengumpulkan dokumen yang relevan dengan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor standar mutu MI Muhammadiyah Karan masih tergolong baik dengan skor 63.87. Evaluasi Diri Madrasah menggunakan 5 instrumen evaluasi yaitu pengembangan diri, pembiayaan, sarana dan prasrana, kedisiplinan dan proses pembelajaran. Skor terendah adalah instrumen pengembangan diri dengan nilai skor 25.00, lalu sarana dan prasarana 65.00 dan pembiayaan 70.00. Dengan hasil skor ini maka yang menjadi fokus perbaikan di tahun pelajaran yang akan datang adalah tentang pengembangan diri, sarana prasarana dan pembiayaan. Selanjutnya kepala madrasah melakukan tindakan yaitu mewajibkan guru untuk ikut pelatihan metode Ummi untuk pengembangan diri. Dan menaikkan iuran dari orangtua untuk memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana, dan pembiayaan madrasah.

Abstract

Abstract: The difference between the viewpoints of the new heavens and the new earth is still a theological discussion. The pinnacle of Christian hope regarding the end of life narrated in the book of revelation is the new heavens and earth. This study narrates the restoration of the newly restored earth. This study uses descriptive analysis methods and library research methods. This research elaborates the views related to the new heaven and earth concept. This study concludes that the narrative of chapter 21:1 describes the concept of a new heaven and earth as an ecclesiological reflection that believers will be in a physical restoration or a new order after death. Abstrak: Perbedaan sudut pandang langit dan bumi baru masih menjadi perbincangan teologis. Puncak pengharapan Kristen terkait akhir kehidupan yang dinarasikan dalam kitab wahyu ialah langit dan bumi baru. Penelitian ini menarasikan restorasi bumi yang baru yang dipulihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan metode penelitian kepustakaan Penelitian ini mengelaborasi pandangan terkait konsep langit dan bumi yang baru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa narasi pasal 21:1 memaparkan konsep langit dan bumi baru sebagai refleksi eklesiologi bahwa orang percaya akan berada pada restorasi fisik atau tatanan baru pasca kematian.

Abstract

Abstract: Most of the people believe that teachers are the people responsible for improving the nation. Jesus Christ, in the Gospel of Matthew, is described as an extraordinary teacher. His teachings are not only informative, but also transformative, capable of changing the lives of his followers. This research aims to explore the typology of Jesus as a transformative teacher in the Gospel of Matthew. This research uses qualitative methods, with text analysis of the Gospel of Matthew. Data was collected through identification and analysis of engagements that demonstrate Jesus' role as a transformative teacher. The analysis results show that Jesus used various teaching methods to transform his followers. Jesus Christ is described as an extraordinary transformative teacher in the Gospel of Matthew. His diverse and powerful teaching methods can change the lives of his followers and lead them into the Kingdom of God. This typology of Jesus as a transformative teacher has important implications for the understanding and application of Christian faith today. Abstrak: Sebagian besar orang percaya bahwa guru adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan bangsa. Yesus Kristus, dalam Injil Matius, digambarkan sebagai guru yang luar biasa. Ajaran-ajarannya tidak hanya bersifat informatif, tetapi juga transformatif, mampu mengubah hidup para pengikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tipologi Yesus sebagai guru transformatif dalam Injil Matius.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan analisis teks terhadap Injil Matius. Data dikumpulkan melalui identifikasi dan analisis perikatan-perikatan yang menunjukkan peran Yesus sebagai guru transformatif. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Yesus menggunakan berbagai metode pengajaran untuk mentransformasi para pengikutnya. Yesus Kristus digambarkan sebagai guru transformatif yang luar biasa dalam Injil Matius. Metode pengajaran-Nya yang beragam dan penuh kuasa mampu mengubah hidup para pengikutnya dan menuntun mereka ke dalam Kerajaan Allah. Tipologi Yesus sebagai guru transformatif ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pemahaman dan penerapan iman Kristen di masa kini

Abstract

The amount of liquid wastes containing acetic acid found from food industry such as tofu home industry released is relatively high and pollutes water quality and also environment nearby. Several methods reducing pollutant in liquid wastes are available, one of which is adsorption using carbon as an adsorbent. The production of cassava in Indonesia was about 23.936 tons in year 2013 which produced cassava’s skin wastes about 2.393 tons. Mostly these cassava’s skin wastes containing around 59.31% carbon is disposed as garbage. This research is to develop more on reducing acetic acid containing in liquid waste by carbon active from cassava’s skin with variation of particle sizes, reaction times and acetic acid liquid waste concentrations, and also to study the kinetic reaction of cassava skin active carbon adsorbing acetic acid between Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm equations. The result shows the kinetic adsorption follows Freundlich isotherm equation with maximum capacity of   Cassava skin active carbon 0.7 mg/g at particle size of adsorbent of 0.3375 mm and reaction time of 105 minutes.

Abstract

Methyl violet solution has particular color and mostly used to coloring in textiles industry and traditional cloth making.  The liquid wastes containing this color can be reduces or removed by several methods, one of which is by adsorption using carbon as an adsorbent. The chocoa plant is abundant in Indonesia while its fruit consists of 60.67% lignin, 36.47% selulosa and 18.90% hemiselulosa [1]. Hartono et al. [2 &3] reported cassava’s skins contain protein, cellulose and crude fiber can be used as basic material (similarly with chocoa skin) of producing active carbon. This research is to develop more on reducing methyl violet (as particular color) containing in liquid waste by adsorbent from chocoa skin with variation of reaction time between active carbon and non-activated carbon for constant particle sizes of 48 Mesh (-425/+250 mm), and also to study the kinetical reaction of chocoa skin active carbon and non-activated carbon for adsorbing methyl violet in term of Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm equations. The result shows the kinetical adsorption of both active and non-activated carbon from chocoa skin as adsorbent follows Langmuir isotherm equation with adsorption capacity of 579.91 mg/g and 338.94 mg/g respectively.

Abstract

The rapid growth of fintech and blockchain technologies has revolution- ized the financial sector, introducing innovative solutions but also posing unique risks. Managing these risks effectively is crucial for ensuring the stability and sustainability of these technologies. This study aims to evaluate the effective- ness of risk management strategies in fintech and blockchain sectors, focusing on identifying the most adopted strategies and assessing their impact on mitigating various risks. A quantitative research design was employed, using surveys to collect data from industry experts in fintech and blockchain companies. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software to assess the relationships between risk management strategies and or- ganizational outcomes. The findings revealed that cybersecurity protocols, reg- ulatory compliance programs, and smart contract audits are the most commonly adopted risk management strategies. The study found that blockchain companies prioritize smart contract audits, while fintech companies focus more on cyber- security and regulatory compliance. Effective risk management strategies are crucial for the growth and stability of fintech and blockchain sectors. The study recommends that companies integrate advanced technologies and prioritize reg- ulatory compliance to mitigate risks and enhance trust.

Abstract

Masjid memiliki peran strategis sebagai pusat kegiatan keagamaan dan pendidikan umat Islam. Salah satu kegiatan utama di masjid adalah kajian keislaman yang berfungsi memperdalam pemahaman jamaah terhadap ajaran agama. Namun, pelaksanaan kajian sering kali menghadapi kendala dalam penyampaian materi akibat keterbatasan media dan sarana pendukung, sehingga kualitas kegiatan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kajian melalui penerapan media audio visual di lingkungan masjid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, meliputi observasi, wawancara dengan pengurus masjid, dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan kajian sebelum dan sesudah pemasangan media audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media audio visual, seperti proyektor, layar, dan sistem pengeras suara yang memadai, secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian materi, perhatian jamaah, serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan kajian. Media tersebut juga menciptakan suasana kajian yang lebih interaktif, menarik, dan mudah dipahami oleh berbagai kalangan jamaah. Kesimpulannya, pemasangan media audio visual di lingkungan masjid terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas kajian keagamaan dan memperkuat fungsi masjid sebagai pusat dakwah serta pembelajaran Islam yang adaptif terhadap kemajuan teknologi di era digital.
