Abstract

This research is motivated by the influence of the rapid devloment of the busine world that causes very intense competition in it. This study aims to determine work discipline, individual characteristics and total quality management and to find out how much influence the work discipline and individual characteristics have on total quality management of PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport Majalengka. This research method uses survet methods with Descriptive and Verification approaches. The sample in this study was 40 people, data samples taken from the entire population. This study uses a saturated or census sampling techniques is to spread the questionnaire. The data analysis design used Descriptive Analysis, Verification Analysis, (Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis and t Test). The results obtained show that employee work discipline is very high, and total quality management is very high. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on total quality management, and individual characteristics have a significant effect on total quality management.

Abstract

The problem that occurred at MadjateaMajalengka Department Store was a decrease in sales which resulted in a decrease in store turnover and income. This decrease is an evaluation of the use of the Balance Scorecard performance measurement method that is being tried to be applied.This study aims to determine the performance analysis of MadjateaDepartment Stores using the Balance Scorecard method. The variables used are a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. This study uses primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from MadjateaToserba's financial reports. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique with a total of MadjateaDepartment Store employee respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is the Balanced Scorecard method with 4 approaches.The results of this study indicate that the performance of Madjatea Department Stores using the Balanced Scorecard method found that the financial perspective is categorized as healthy, the customer perspective is categorized as unhealthy, the internal business perspective is categorized as unhealthy and the learning and growth perspective is categorized as unhealthy. So it is necessary to increase the 3 unhealthy aspects by using the Madjatea Department Store performance measurement through the balanced scorecard method.

Abstract

In a franchise business, the franchisor provides a developed way of doing business, providing guidance, systems and ongoing assistance in exchange for payment of fees and/or periodic purchases. This includes franchise-based restaurant and eatery businesses in the culinary industry. This research aims to determine the influence of brand identity and food quality on customer loyalty at Rocket Chicken restaurants in Majalengka Regency. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. The data source is primary data, which was collected using a questionnaire. The research population is customers of Rocket Chicken restaurants whose exact number is not known. The research sample was taken randomly using an accidental sampling technique and consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques were carried out using multiple linear regression tests, partial tests, model feasibility tests, and classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. The research results show that the model consisting of the independent variables brand identity and food quality is suitable for predicting customer loyalty. Partially, both brand identity and food quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Rocket Chicken restaurants.

Abstract

High rates of emotional exhaustion (burnout) and declining psychological well-being of employees are serious challenges in modern human resource management, especially in sectors with high work pressure. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of integrated human resource management (HRM) strategies in reducing burnout and improving employee psychological well-being through a systematic literature review approach. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach to more than 30 recent scientific articles, which included meta-analyses, systematic reviews, and empirical studies from various industry sectors. The literature reviewed was selected using a purposive sampling technique based on topic relevance and publication quality. The results showed that a combination of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), work flexibility, supportive leadership training, and mental well-being programmes were significantly effective in reducing burnout and improving psychological well-being. The effectiveness of the interventions was influenced by organisational contexts such as psychosocial safety climate and transformational leadership style. In addition, technology-based digital approaches were also found to be effective when combined with interpersonal support. These findings provide important implications for the development of wellbeing-based HRM strategies in building psychologically healthy and sustainable workplaces.

Abstract

The business world's explosive expansion and development have given rise to new industries and commercial prospects. Human resources in the company are said to be the main ones because human resources themselves determine the direction and goals of the company. Considering the critical role that human resources play, it makes sense for a business to retain its human capital by closely monitoring employee performance. The outcome of an individual's job, in relation to both number and quality, is their performance as an worker executing their assigned tasks in conformity with their responsibilities. This study aims to investigate the connection between employee engagement and work-life balance have on productivity in the PT. Shoetown Ligung Indonesia Auto Cutting Department. The researchers' analytical approach makes use of a descriptive verification method. With a sample size of 124, the study's population consisted of 225 workers from PT. Shoetown Ligung Indonesia's auto cutting department. Probability sampling combined with basic random sampling is the sample method utilised. To gather information for this research, Likert scale questionnaires were distributed. The multiple regression analysis, or the traditional assumption test, simultaneous analysis of the determination coefficient, and partial determination coefficient analysis are the analysis techniques that are employed. The study's findings show that employee performance and work-life balance are positively and dramatically impacted by engagement, partially and simultaneously. The study's conclusions can be used as a foundation for enhancing and preserving employee performance, work-life balance, and engagement at work.

Abstract

Human resources are the main production factor for organizations to achieve planned goals. Job satisfaction is important because in an organization employees are most dominant as a determinant of organizational success, this is due to high satisfaction being able to create a pleasant atmosphere so that employees are encouraged to excel in their organization. This study aims to determine the effect of participatory emotional intelligence and procedural justice on employee job satisfaction. In this study apply descriptive and verification methods. The population is all employees with a sample of 60 people selected through saturated sampling. testing with validity test and reliability test. Researchers used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with partial tests. This study found that emotional intelligence can have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and participatory procedural justice has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
