Abstract

Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah suhu ruangan yang harus sesuai dengan Nialai Ambang Batas (NAB) sebesar 18–28℃. Suhu ruang produksi pada toko roti Gembong Gedhe melebihi NAB yaitu sebesar 29,3℃. Oleh karena itu perlu di lakukan analisis pengaruh paparan temperature terhadap beban mental pekerja Metode yang di lakukan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pada toko roti Gembong Gedhe yaitu dengan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX. Dengan harapan dapat analisis beban mental pekerja dari paparan panas dengan menggunakan software surfer 11. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan uji Chie-square di dapatkan nilai p-value 0,0594 pada variabel KW, nilai p-value 0,997 pada vaiabel P, dan nilai p-value 0,997 pada variabel TU. Sehingga terdapat variabel Kebutuhan Waktu (KW),Performansi (P), dan Tingkat Usaha (TU) berpengaruh terhadap beban kerja mental. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja Mental, Software Surfer 11, NASA-TLX

Abstract

Mubarokfood is a company producing typical food products, namely jenang and dodol. Facilitated with the modern-type market, Mubarokfood does not only eager to sell the products but also provides convenience for the customer while roaming around the showroom. Yet, the improvement process should be performed continuously. Especially after the earlier observation discovered some dissatisfactions among customers, including the lack of employee resposinveness in serving, lack of trolly. According to the mentioned dilemma, an assessment of the quality service and its improvements are required. A combination of servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method were implemented within the study to asses the service quality level perceived by the customer. A questionnaire containing 5 dimensions, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty, with detailed 25 service attributes were distributed among 100 respondents. The servqual method found out that the 5 dimensions have overall negative value while the IPA method discovered that the product placement procedure should be improved to ease the visitors, employee responsiveness improvement is required. Finally, the study suggested to initiate an intensive employee training related to the customer service and product knowledge for marketing. Also, a noticeable product label could be set on top of the layout

Abstract

Fish crackers are one of the superior regional products of Rembang Regency, which are produced by several MSMEs in the Rembang Regency area. Puji Rahayu is one of the SMEs that produces fish crackers. After the Covid-19 pandemic, these MSMEs experienced a decline in terms of product sales. Therefore this study aims to determine the business development strategy of the Puji Rahayu Fish Cracker MSME business in Rembang Regency. This study uses several methods in processing data, so that it can determine the right method with a higher level of accuracy. To determine the development strategy using SWOT analysis while the many criteria used in the MSME development strategy were solved by Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The results of the analysis show that there are three priority alternatives for Puji Rahayu's MSME business development strategy with the highest priority being product diversification in terms of taste and product packaging with a weight of 0.296, improving production quality with a weight of 0.273, and utilizing appropriate technology to optimize MSME performance results with a weight of 0.238 . The alternative strategy that is a top priority in developing Puji Rahayu's MSME is to improve production quality by improving product quality by controlling the production process well, so that it will produce products that have good quality.
