Abstract

The rapid development that occurs in the construction sector is important because the construction sector is an important part of the development of a country. The rapid development and high level of project complexity require construction service providers to work more effectively and efficiently. Currently, the development of technology and communication science is able to answer these problems, one of which is by using Building Information Modeling (BIM), which facilitates a more integrated design and construction process in order to obtain efficient results. Stages of research methodology: 1) Preparatory stage; 2) Data collection stage; 3) 3D modelling stage with Autodesk Revit; 4) Clash Check examination stage; 5) Stage of releasing work volume; 6) Stage of preparing The Cost Budget Plan (RAB); 7) Stage of drawing conclusions and presenting results. Overall, the total price difference between the total price using the total volume of work contained in the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) results in a greater total price than using the total volume of work produced by Autodesk Revit, with the following indicators: There is a calculation error in the form of human error in the process of preparing the RAB using the total volume of work contained in the BoQ by planning consultants, such as material double-count errors. From this research, it can be concluded: 1) Modeling with Autodesk Revit greatly speeds up planning work because it is very complex to be applied to various construction projects; 2) The use of BIM is very efficient due to the full-integrity facility; and 3) Output volume issued can minimize human error in calculating work volume manually. Minimizing human error greatly affects the contractor's profit.

Abstract

Project quality management is a process to keep the project still fulfilled the quality level based on the demand or plan. Quality Plan Agreement is Quality Management System document that is very important in construction project. This research’s aims are to assess the quality implementation level based on Descriptive Analysis Method on Upgrading Irigation Area Project Way Sekampung, Ground Sub-Job. Primary data is obtained by providing questionnaries within 39 questions to 8 respondents and secondary data is obtained by observation and documentation in project site. Descriptive Analysis obtaining 51,28% respondents answer Good; 27,56% respondents answer Very Good; 16,67% respondents answer Acceptable; 4,17% respondents answer Not Good; and 0,32% respondents answer Very Not Good.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to enhance the resilience of the community in facing disasters and to promote the formation of a disaster-resilient society in Padang Cermin, Lampung. The program was implemented using a non-structural disaster mitigation approach through community education and training. The PkM activities were carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Cermin, considering the school's role as a pentahelix element in disaster management, the disaster-prone geographical conditions, and the earthquake incident in May 2022. Disaster mitigation and rehabilitation education and training were provided to the teachers and students of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Cermin, with the hope that they could become education agents and information disseminators to the surrounding community. The training results showed an increase in the knowledge and understanding of the community about disaster management, which is expected to improve their preparedness and resilience in facing disasters. Active participation from the community and positive feedback indicated the successful transfer of technology and information in this program.Overall, this PkM successfully made a positive contribution in enhancing the resilience of the Padang Cermin community against disasters and in realizing a disaster-resilient village
