Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of cardboard jump exercise on the long jump style of squatting on students of State Elementary School 132 Pelembang. This type of research is experiment. Where the sample of students of State Elementary School 132 which amounted to 30 male students divided into 2 groups by ordinal pairing, ie 15 people experimental group given the treatment of cardboard jumping exercise and 15 people who were not given treatment. To determine the sample size can be calculated at least 20 - 25% of the existing popu- lation. To determine the sample by using random sampling technique and to divide the treatment and control group by ordinal pairing based on the pre test result after the research, it is concluded that there is the effect of cardboard jump exercise on the long jump style of squatting on the students of Elementary School 132 Palembang. In this cardboard jump exercise is a leaping motion that uses one leg and lands on two legs with the aim of obtaining a leap that far away. Data collection techniques used initial and final test techniques. The statistics used to analyze the data in the study using t test. The result of t test shows that ttable test = 1.70 whereas tcount = 3,49, dk = 28 and = 5%, so. Thus reject Ho and accept Ha which states there is the effect of cardboard jump exercise on the long jump style of squatting on students of Elementary School 132 Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes Football Passing Through Game Modifications. The method used in this research is the Research Method Class Action (Classroom Action Research). This class action research has systematic steps consisting of action planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. This research is collaborative and participatory because it was carried out by the researchers themselves and observed by colleagues other physical education teachers. Based on the analysis of research result and discussion in this thesis, then it can be concluded that: At the beginning of the observation, it showed that basically the results students football passing learning is still far from expected. From there were 39 students, only 12 students or 31 % of students managed to complete it their learning. This shows that their learning process needs repair. In the first cycle of research process, student have shown changes attitude in learning. From the data obtained, as many as 27 students or 69% students are able to achieve grades according to minimum completeness criteria. In the second cycle of research, of the 39 students who were research subjects, 34 students or 87% of the total number of students were able to complete their learning outcomes according to the KKM, some students have even exceeded the KKM. This is real that achieving the target learning outcomes of football passing through modification the game can be achieved well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran Jasmani Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data diambil melalui tes dan pengukuran dengan instrumen EUROFIT.Populasi penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswa dan siswi dari Sekolah Luar biasa Negeri Ogan Ilir berjumlah 62 orang yang terbagi menjadi beberapa jenis ketunaan akan tetapi yang terdaftar aktif bersekolah terdiri dari 37 siswa, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa dan siswi Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Ogan Ilir yang masuk dalam kategori tunarungu dan tunagrahita yaitu berjumlah 33 siswa dan siswi, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 33 orang atau 100% dari jumlah seluruh siswa tunarungu dan tunagrahita yang aktif.Setelah melakukan tes serta pengukuran sampel tes maka didapatkan hasil bahwa 0 siswa mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang baik yaitu 0%, 18 Siswa mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani sedang yaitu 54,5%, dan 15 siswa mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani kurang yaitu 45,5%. Berdasarkan data diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Ogan Ilir mempunyai kategori sedang

Abstract

Student athletes face dual demands to achieve academic success while maintaining athletic performance, which requires effective self-management. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the academic achievement of student athletes at Sriwijaya University, including learning motivation, time management, physical fitness, family support, allowances and incentives, as well as the utilization of the Test Filit application for managing physical fitness data. Academic achievement, measured by Grade Point Average (GPA), served as the dependent variable. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey design involving active student athletes at Sriwijaya University. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and physical fitness assessments conducted using the Test Filit application. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the academic achievement of student athletes falls within the good to excellent category. Simultaneously, learning motivation, time management, physical fitness, and external support factors significantly influence academic achievement. The findings reveal that learning motivation and effective time management are dominant factors in maintaining stable academic performance, while well-managed physical fitness supports learning concentration and endurance. In addition, the use of the Test Filit application has proven effective in facilitating efficient measurement and management of physical fitness data. In conclusion, academic achievement among student athletes is influenced by a combination of internal and external factors. Institutional support through flexible academic policies, adequate sports facilities, incentive programs, and the integration of digital technology such as the Test Filit application is essential to support a balanced achievement in both academic and athletic domains.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a flashcard-based in-depth learning approach to improve badminton skills in 5th grade elementary school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model. The subjects of this study were SDN 3 Kasmaran as the experimental class and SDN 1 Kasmaran as the control class. The measurement instrument used the Games Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). This study was validated by 3 experts. 2 media experts and 1 material expert validated the flashcard media to have a validity level of 93.25% (very valid). The practicality test of the flashcard media reached 96.68% (very practical). The results of the normality test for the posttest scores of the experimental class and the control class were 0.889> 0.05, the homogeneity test was sig. 0.525 > 0.05 The N-gain test result is 0.4389 and the independent sample t test is 0.029 < 0.05. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of an in-depth learning approach based on flashcard media is valid, practical, and effective in improving the badminton skills of 5th grade elementary school students.
