Abstract

Abstract

A Tenayan Raya subdistrict is an area where there is an adequate thick of clay layer. This condition is seen during rain that the soil become softer, while in dry conditions there are many cracks on that soil. In case, it can cause some damages to the building due to the tilt of the building's foundation as an effect of shrinkage soil. Tenayan Raya also known as a brick production area. The brick production process may generate ash as a waste of brick kilns which has not been utilized optimally. This study aims to utilize brick ash as an additive material to improve clay properties in term of reducing its shrinkage feature. A certain amount of brick ash were mixed to clay soil and lime also were two added as a companion of a stabilizing agent. Some variation properties of two additive materials were applied in the sample of UCS and CBR tests. The effect of curing and soaking time was also be checked in term of UCS and CBR value changed. Based on properties tests, the clay soil classified standard. The mixture of 80% clay + 10% lime + 10% brick ash, in OMC condition, has the maximum of UCS and CBR laboratory test value. Curing and soaking time also has a significant contribution in increasing UCS and CBR value. The maximum value of both tests was reached at day 7th of curing and soaking time. Keywords : Clay, Swelling, Stabilization, Lime, Brick ash, Soil bearing capacity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine which exercises were most effective for improving the accuracy of volleyball underpasses and whether practicing under-passing to the wall and pairing had an effect on that accuracy. volleyball between the practice of Passing Down With the Wall with Pairing with friends. This research method uses experiments with a population of 23 athletes participating in the women's volleyball rosella kalirejo. and a sample of 16 athletes was taken using the purposive sampling technique. The free variable is the bottom passing exercise with the wall, while the bound variable is the training with a partner. Research results: 1) experimental group 1 tcount value = 2.328 > ttable = 1.8125, the practice of lower passing service with a wall had a significant effect. 2) Experimental group 2 tcount value = 6.155 > ttable = 1.8125, training in pairs with friends had a significant effect. The conclusion of The purpose of this study is the accuracy of volleyball passing., practicing with a wall is preferable to practicing in pairs with friends. This research is expected to lead to the application of the bottom passing exercise on the wall to improve the accuracy of volleyball passing

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes Football Passing Through Game Modifications. The method used in this research is the Research Method Class Action (Classroom Action Research). This class action research has systematic steps consisting of action planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. This research is collaborative and participatory because it was carried out by the researchers themselves and observed by colleagues other physical education teachers. Based on the analysis of research result and discussion in this thesis, then it can be concluded that: At the beginning of the observation, it showed that basically the results students football passing learning is still far from expected. From there were 39 students, only 12 students or 31 % of students managed to complete it their learning. This shows that their learning process needs repair. In the first cycle of research process, student have shown changes attitude in learning. From the data obtained, as many as 27 students or 69% students are able to achieve grades according to minimum completeness criteria. In the second cycle of research, of the 39 students who were research subjects, 34 students or 87% of the total number of students were able to complete their learning outcomes according to the KKM, some students have even exceeded the KKM. This is real that achieving the target learning outcomes of football passing through modification the game can be achieved well.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of student motivation and teacher support on predicting physical fitness levels in primary school pupils engaged in rhythmic gymnastics programs. Employing a correlational quantitative methodology, data were gathered from 53 fourth-grade pupils at SD Al-Firdaus Islamic School in Samarinda during April and May 2025. Three validated surveys assessed student motivation (10 items), teacher support (8 items), and physical fitness (7 items) utilizing a 4-point Likert scale. The results indicated substantial positive connections among motivation and physical fitness (r=0.684, p<0.01), teacher support and physical fitness (r=0.496, p<0.01), as well as motivation and teacher support (r=0.642, p<0.01). Multiple regression analysis indicated that motivation and teacher support collectively accounted for 52.3% of the variance in physical fitness (R²=0.523, F=26.914, p<0.001). Motivation was identified as the more significant predictor (β=0.547, p<0.001) in contrast to teacher support (β=0.145, p=0.284). These findings underscore the vital importance of inner and extrinsic motivation in improving physical fitness via rhythmic gymnastics, while instructor support offers significant contextual facilitation.
