Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ballhandling terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket pada ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian quasy eksperiment. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. populasi adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara yang berjumlah 30 orang.Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sampel yang jumlahnya sebesar populasi yaitu 30 orang (total sampling). Instrumen penelitian adalah seluruh sampel melakukan tes dribbling bola basket. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji t, bahwa latihan ballhandling berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan rumus uji t dengan kriteria thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (8,70 ˃ 1,70) dengan taraf kepercayaan 0,95 (α = 0,05) dan jumlah sampel (N = 30), maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Latihan ballhandling secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh latihan ballhandling yang diduga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket, ternyata memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has caused behavioral changes in accessing information related to various health information. Previous studies show that the physical literacy of young adult university students is still inadequate. This study aims to describe the health literacy overview of Sriwijaya University students during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 764 (M= 191; F= 573) and 17-34 year’s old (19,22; ±1,76) students were participated in this study. This study used a cross-sectional survey using the HLS-SQ10-IDN comprehensive health literacy questionnaire consists of 10 items measuring health literacy. The results show that the health literacy level of Sriwijaya University students during the Covid-19 pandemic was good. The students could easily find information related to health, find out what medical action to take in the case of an emergency, and were aware of health threats. This study is limited to the general health literacy overview of Sriwijaya University students, future studies are suggested to examine several factors that may influence or associate with the health literacy of university students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the need for the development of digital-based vertical jump test equipment. This research is a survey research using a non-structural questionnaire which has been prepared to be filled in by the research subjects. Six statements were compiled in this research questionnaire to find out how much is needed for the development of digital-based vertical jump test kits.146 participants consisting of students, teachers, and physical education lecturers in South Sumatra filled out questionnaires through the google form media. The survey results showed that the majority of participants experienced difficulties during the vertical jump test and most of them thought that the vertical jump measurement instruments used were inaccurate. All participants agreed with the development of the vertical jump measurement instrument from manual to digital. The results of this study will be used as a consideration to develop a vertical jump test instrument that has a good level of validity and is relatively affordable.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a web-based application model as an application that students can use in physical education learning at school. The method used in this research is the R&D (research and development) method, namely a research method that aims to produce products and test the validity and effectiveness of these products in their application. This research is a development of Borg & Gall. Judging from the validation results by several validators, the average score from all aspects of the assessment is 3.48 in the valid category. The detailed score for each aspect consists of 3.7 for the material aspect, 3.27 for the media aspect. The level of practicality and level of effectiveness of web-based physical education learning media is in accordance with the independent curriculum. This means that the web-based physical education learning media for class XI is in accordance with the independent curriculum and the syllabus is declared valid after looking at it from all aspects.

Abstract

A valid, practical, and effective digital-based instructional book has been successfully developed. This research follows the Borg and Gall development model, which consists of ten steps, including identifying potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing, product revision, and mass production. Data is collected through the use of validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. Validation results by three expert validators for the digital-based Physical Education and Health (PJOK) instructional book yielded an average score of 4.55, falling within the highly valid category. Testing the digital-based PJOK instructional book product indicated its practicality with a score of 3.47 in the very good category. The use of the web-based sepak takraw instructional media model was also considered highly practical by students, with a practicality score of 3.60 in the very good category. The effectiveness of this instructional media model was measured by an N-gain score of 0.63, categorized as moderate. Therefore, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes can be improved through the use of PJOK learning with a web-based instructional media model. It is hoped that teachers will frequently use web-based instructional media models with audiovisual features to ensure that students achieve the best possible learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi efek dari metode latihan lempar bola menggunakan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler handball di SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dan rancangan pretest-posttest group design digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball, sementara variabel terikat adalah hasil kekuatan otot lengan. Populasi penelitian melibatkan peserta ekstrakurikuler handball di SMA Negeri 14 Palembang, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah push and pull dynamometer. Selama 6 minggu, peserta penelitian diberikan perlakuan dengan metode latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball, dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali seminggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball berdampak positif terhadap power otot lengan. Hasil ini didukung oleh uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26, yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 dengan nilai (α) sebesar 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil sig. 0.00 < 0,05 dan keputusan yang diambil adalah menolak Ho dan menerima Ha. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disarankan bahwa latihan lempar tangkap menggunakan medicine ball berpengaruh terhadap power otot lengan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler handball SMA Negeri 14 Palembang

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of knee lift jump training on increasing leg muscle explosive power in novice gymnasts at the Pengda Persani Palembang club. The study involved 30 gymnasts from the research population, with the same sample size. In this study, an experimental research method was employed involving data collection through sports tests and measurements. The research utilized a pre-test and post-test one-group design, with the pre-test conducted before applying the treatment and the post-test conducted afterward. The study aimed to evaluate the impact of knee lift jump exercises on improving lower limb muscle explosive power among members of the Pengda Persani Palembang gymnastics club. Based on research data obtained from vertical jump tests conducted on 30 novice gymnasts in the Pengda Persani Palembang club, the following key findings were observed: - Pre-test Mean: 51.63, Standard Deviation: 16.059, Range: 50, Normality test result: 0.087 - Post-test Mean: 59.13, Standard Deviation: 15.690, Range: 54, Normality test result: 0.109 The t-test resulted in a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN) terhadap guru PJOK di Kabupaten Lahat sehingga dapat mengetahui adanya tes baru untuk mengukur kebugaran yaitu tes TKPN selain mengetahui dengan adanya bimtek diharapkan guru PJOK dapat melakukan tes TKPN dengan baik dan benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis dengan metode pelaksnaan pengabdian berupa ceramah, Tanya jawab, demonstrasi,serta praktek. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan tanggal 25-27 September 2023 di Aula SMP Negeri 5 Kabupaten Lahat dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 35 guru-guru PJOK baik tingkat SD, SMP, dan SMA. Sebelum dilaksanakan pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis dilakukan pretes tentang TKN dan mendapatkan hasil sebesar 20,18% mengetahui tentang TKPN dan selnjutnya dilakukan pendampingan selama 3 hari dan dilakukan posttest mendapatkan hasil sebesar 90, 94% guru-guru PJOK di Kabupaten Lahat mengetahui tentang TKPN, selain tahu  guru-guru mampu  mempraktekkan dengan benar  pelaksanaan tes TKPN, hal ini menunjukkan  bahwa  tujuan pengabdian masyarakat tercapai.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Kota Palembang tentang alat tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik berbasis digital di laboratorium Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan praktik. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 40 guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Kota Palembang pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2024 - 14 September 2024 yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 52 Palembang dan Laboratorium Penjaskes Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Instrumen pengabdian ini adalah angket yang dibuat dalam google form, baik untuk pretest dan posttest kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil dari pendampingan ini adalah sebuah keberhasilan dimana terjadi peningkatan kompetensi setelah dilakukan pendampingan berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan dalam menggunakan alat tes pengukuran kondisi fisik berbasis digital.

Abstract

Research Problems: This research aims to determine the effect of box drill exercises on agility ability in futsal extracurricular activities at state primary school 58 Lubuk Linggau. Research Objectives: This research aims to determine the effect of box drill exercises on agility ability in futsal extracurricular activities at state primary school 58 Lubuk Linggau. Methods: The method used in this research is quasi-experiment. Using a research design, namely a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was thirty students at state primary school 58 Lubuk Linggau. The research location was conducted at state primary school 58 Lubuk Linggau. Results: Data from the pretest results obtained from 20 students obtained the poor category, and the students who received the very few categories were 10 students. Data from the posttest results were obtained from 30 students in the good category. The value obtained by the Independent Sample Test count was 1.474. The research results have an effect if 1.474 0.05 then Ha is accepted. After conducting the hypothesis testing criteria using the t-test, there is tcount 5.896 and ttable 1.69, then tcount > ttable with a confidence level of 0.95 (α 0.05) with a sample size of (N 30). Conclusion: It was explained that there was a significant difference, which means (Ha) there was an influence of box drill exercises on agility ability in futsal extracurricular activities at state primary school 58 Lubuk Linggau.
