Abstract

Speaking of education, the first thing that come accross our minds is “school”. In this case school is a public organization that provides education services for the community in order to improve the quality of individual communities. Therefore, it becomes a natural thing when people demand the availability of “good school” which reflected the effectiveness of school performance concerned. This is where the quality of education management in schools requiring the role of school leadership, teachers’ professionalism, as well as optimal community participation. Grade or more commonly known as quality constitutes the picture of whole characteristic of goods or services that show its capacities in satisfying the needs of the users. With regards to education in schools, the quality of education always refer to the specifications of educational services in accordance with the purpose or benefit of education itself. That is why, it can be said that the success of an educational program organized by a school organization would be very difficult to achieve without the alignment of views between the principal, teachers and the community about the true meaning of education, and how should the educational process in the school is implemented. Therefore, as it should be the school leaders that in this case is the principal, teachers and communities will work together in an integrated way to implement each educational ideals to form the next generation of good quality in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes and moral.

Abstract

The implementation of technology in physical education learning at elementary schools is an innovative step to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. Technology offers broader accessibility, increases student engagement, and supports the development of digital skills. However, its implementation faces various challenges, such as technological disparities, resistance to change, limited resources, data security issues, and the potential for over-reliance on technology. With support from the government, schools, and communities, technology can be integrated in a balanced manner, serving as a supporting tool to achieve the goals of physical education without compromising its essence.

Abstract

This study discusses the School Mover Program, School Transformation and Scope of the School Mover Program. The School Mover Program is an effort to realize the vision of Indonesian Education in realizing a sovereign, independent, and personality-based advanced Indonesia through the creation of Pancasila Students. The School Mover Program focuses on developing student learning outcomes holistically which includes competencies (literacy and numeracy) and character, starting with superior human resources (principals and teachers). The School Mover Program is a refinement of the previous school transformation program. The School Mover Program will accelerate public/private schools in all school conditions to move 1-2 stages more advanced. This research was conducted through a literature study by collecting a number of literature in the form of books and journals related to the driving teacher and the data analysis used is critical to explore more deeply about the driving teacher and the role of the driving teacher. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang Program Sekolah Penggerak, Stransformasi Sekolah dan Ruang Lingkup Program Sekolah Penggerak. Program Sekolah Penggerak adalah upaya untuk mewujudkan visi Pendidikan Indonesia dalam mewujudkan Indonesia maju yang berdaulat, mandiri, dan berkepribadian melalui terciptanya Pelajar Pancasila. Program Sekolah Penggerak berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar siswa secara holistik yang mencakup kompetensi (literasi dan numerasi) dan karakter, diawali dengan SDM yang unggul (kepala sekolah dan guru). Program Sekolah Penggerak merupakan penyempurnaan program transformasi sekolah sebelumnya. Program Sekolah Penggerak akan mengakselerasi sekolah negeri/swasta di seluruh kondisi sekolah untuk bergerak 1-2 tahap lebih maju. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah literature berupa buku, dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan guru penggerak dan Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kritis untuk menelusuri lebih mendalam tentang guru penggerak dan peran guru penggerak.
