Abstract

The physics learning systems in most schools are too oriented in mathematical problems solving, this condition make students are weak in conceptual understanding and solved problems which is present in graph, tables, or verbal representation. Thats why the aims of this research was to describe the effectiveness of concept attainment model based on multiple representation for conceptual understanding and scientific consistency of the students. The design of this research is one group pre-test post-test  design with two classes of replication. Conceptual understanding and scientific consistency was measured by multiple choiche test based on multiple representation, where there is six indicator and in each indicator were present in three problems with verbal, graph, and mathematics representation. The result of Z test shown that conceptual understanding of experiment, 1st replication, and 2nd replication classes are more than the minimum evaluation score (KKM) which is more than 65. The result of normalized gain analyze show that there is an increase in moderate category both in experiment or replication class. Based on scientific consistency analyse, there is an increase on moderate category of scientific consistency, with the score gain of experiment is 0,60 , 1st replication is 0,56 , and also 2nd replication is 0,57. In the other hand there was a good respons from the student to the learning process, shown by the percentage of the students response questsionere  which have 77% percentage in strong category. So there is a conclusion that the concept attainment model based on multiple representation was effective for conceptual understanding and scientific consistency of the students. Beside of that from this research we also found that there is a dependency of conceptual understanding and scientific consistency of the students. Abstract

The research aims to find out how the Protection of Human Rights for perpetrators of criminal acts in the Detention Process in the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code. The method used in this study is normative juridical with a statutory approach and a case approach. The data used are secondary data supported by primary legal materials in the form of criminal law books and criminal procedural law books as well as secondary legal materials consisting of legal journals and literature related to the research topic. then collected and analyzed by deductive method. The results of this study state that according to the Criminal Procedure Code those who have the right to detain are investigators, public prosecutors or judges with a certain time limit. In detention must be in accordance with the law. So, detention cannot be carried out arbitrarily. The purpose of detention is for the purposes of investigation, prosecution and examination in court so that the perpetrator does not run away.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah peran guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran serta upaya apa yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa pada proses pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan model penelitian deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan penulis untuk menentukan informan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik menguji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan sumber data. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan peran guru dalam mengembangkan sikap disiplin siswa dalam proses pembelajaran pada SMAN 1 Sungai Geringging meliputi menasehati siswa, keteladanan dalam berperilaku, memberikan hukuman jika bersalah, memberikan penghargaan (hadiah) jika berprestasi, serta melakukan kerjasama guru dengan orang tua sudah baik.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate a cricket entrepreneurship program assisted by an e-module to improve the economic independence of students at Pesantren Baituzzuhri, Saguling, West Bandung Regency. The program integrates technical cricket farming skills, entrepreneurial management, digital marketing, and Islamic business ethics into a digital learning module. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach consisting of needs analysis, product design, expert validation, revision, and field implementation. The effectiveness test involved 40 santri. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show a consistent increase in students’ entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation, and economic outcomes across all stages. Average learning gains improved progressively, while students’ monthly business turnover increased significantly after program implementation. The findings indicate that the e-module-assisted cricket entrepreneurship program is effective in fostering independent economic skills among santri and can serve as a sustainable empowerment model for pesantren-based education. Abstract

The objectives of the activity to be achieved are: to increase the knowledge, understanding and skills of SMK Negeri 2 Bungo teachers in utilizing web-based learning media so that they can increase knowledge, facilitate their tasks and can increase motivation and learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 2 Bungo. This goal can be achieved using the model of service, namely the Model (Assistance) and the method of implementing this activity the method (Assistance), specifically the method, namely: (1). Training in the form of presenting training materials on the history of the Internet, the use of web-based learning media. This activity was accompanied by the entire implementation team (2). Assignment to make all web-based teaching materials in accordance with the expertise program of each subject teacher. Based on the results of observations during the activity, it can be seen that the participant's activity is very good, this can be seen from the many indicators of training activities that appear. Likewise with the results of the questionnaire given to participants at the end of the activity, 93% of participants were satisfied with this activity. The implementation of educational activities has been able to achieve the expected goals, this can be seen from the tasks given to participants that can be completed properly. It is hoped that the participants will use the results of the training to develop learning media in accordance with the field of study taught at school
