Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the performance of employees of Bank BTN Cimahi Branch through DREAM application training based on e-learning. This study is quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with data sources are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using the registration document. Location Research was conducted at Bank BTN Branch Cimahi with the selection of a random sample of 3 different units as many as 30 people employees. Data were analyzed using inferential statistics, with test One sample t-test (one group) with SPSS version 22.0. Based on the results of data analysis obtained Sig. (2-tailed) N-Gain = 0.00 < α = 0.05. This shows that there is an increase in the performance of employees of Bank BTN Cimahi Branch through DREAM application training based on e-learning.

Abstract

Character education is the focus of learning that become the spirit of education in both formal and non formal institution. The aim of this research in to capture the implementation of character education in one of non formal education institutions, at An-Nur Ibun Community Learning Center Majalaya. This research conducts qualitative descriptive study, to seek empirical data and to explore deep information about character education in practice in non formal education institution. The technique used in this research is observation, interview, and literature study. Based on the result of the observation and the interview with 2 (two) tutors, there is a fact that An-Nur Ibun Community Learning Center has integrated character education into its programs. According to the research, it can be concluded that all institution programs conducted at An-Nur Ibun are able to bear and create learners who posses the five core values; religiousity, nationalist, independence, communal work, and integrity. It is expected that the five core values can highly support all learners and graduates so that they are able to survive, be enterpreneur, provide living for themselves and their families, as well as able to compete in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the development of parenting modules "Play Menu with Parent" for the purpose of fostering early childhood prosocial behavior skills and the efficacy of the parenting module The purpose of this research is to develop a parenting module titled "Playing Menu with Parent" and to determine its efficacy in developing prosocial behavior in young children. The process of development entails planning, design, and implementation. Product validation is carried out by material and media experts who provide feedback and assessments on the products developed. Following that, small-scale trials using a revised product design were conducted. Prior to use in large-scale trials, product revisions are performed. Additionally, researchers elicit parental feedback and suggestions for improvement to serve as a guide for revising the product before it becomes the final product. The findings indicated that the developed products are deserving of being used by parents as a self-learning medium. This is based on expert validation of the material, which achieved an 86 percent level of validity. A validity rate of 62% was achieved by media experts. Peers estimate a valid rate of 90 percent. Educators demonstrated a 91 percent validity rate. This demonstrates the utility of the parental module. Observations of parental parenting activities revealed that an astounding 88 percent of them fell into the extremely high category. Additionally, parents receive an average score of 51.9 on the pretest and a score of 86.4 on the posttest. The t-test resulted in a t-count of 15.43 and a table length of 1.725, indicating that t-count>ttabel. These findings indicated that there were significant differences between the pre- and post-usage of the parenting module "Playing Menu with Parent." As a result, it can be concluded that the modules developed are effective at fostering prosocial behavior in young children.

Abstract

The Objectives of Community Service These are (1) To register the existence of a Community Learning Center for Community Activities (PKBM) in Purwakarta Regency. (2) To find out the conduct of delivery training in PKBM learning residents in Purwakarta Regency, and (3) To find out the understanding mastery of mastery skills for PKBM learning residents in Purwakarta Regency. The scientific references used in this community service are training, participatory training, training, and training results. Location of Community Service is carried out in Purwakarta Regency for residents learning PKBM. The population released 20 people, who were taken from the residents studying PKBM in Purwakarta, while the sample used Non-Probability Sampling. Dedication Method by doing direct fielding through field training. The following steps are issued in this dedication are (1) Preliminary study (2) Literature study (3) Compiling service plan (4) Making observation and interview guidelines (5) Analysis of results and (6) Making reports. The results of community service on training to make intermediaries help improve independence and empowerment for citizens to learn PKBM. Changes in learning citizens' knowledge can be seen in their knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The impact in the field makes it possible for citizens to learn to become entrepreneurs and stimulated communities to become independent communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan sebuah model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah berhasil dikembangkan melalui pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga di daerah perkotaan dengan melibatkan sejumlah ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sauyunan di RW 03 Kelurahan Sarijadi Kota Bandung, metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif  kualitatif yang diolah dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan kajian dokumentasi. Temuan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan KWT Sauyunan dalam menggerakkan potensi di lingkungannya merupakan salah satu model pemberdayan yang dapat diuji cobakan di tempat lain.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the socialization and voter education for disabilities in the Election of Governor and Deputy Governor of West Java in Bandung, 2018. This is a qualitative desctiptive, the data used were from observation, interviews and documentation. The sample used were purposive sampling which consist of the organizer of election in Bandung, participants with disabilities, and other election participants. The result shows that there were obstacles related to fill the right of participants with disabilities especially about the limit access of information and there were a dichotomy of participants and organizer about the disabilities existence. The impact of using simulation method focused on improving voting procedures and has not increase the political intelligent of participants with disable yet. This study not only can be used as a basis data for further research related to various strategic to fill the rights for participants with disabilities, but also can make a positive contribution to improve the quality of elections in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of online business training carried out at SMK Cendekia Batujajar, West Bandung Regency and to increase the competence of online business alumni who have attended the training. The subjects in this study were the Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) of SMK Cendekia Batujajar, the training organizing committee, and the training participants. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. From the data analysis and research results, it can be concluded that the online business competence of SMK alumni increases after attending the training. The implementation of online business training at the Batujajar Cendekia Vocational School is based on the BKK analysis of the Batujajar Cendekia Vocational School on the needs of alumni to increase competitiveness in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, planned program planning according to the conditions and needs of the industrial world.

Abstract

Mahasiswa adalah salah satu komponen dalam pembangunan negara dan bangsa. Mahasiswa program studi PLS perlu untuk mengetahui dan memahami konteks pemberdayaan dan pengelolaan pendidikan luar sekolah secara menyeluruh dalam rangka menjawab tantangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap kualitas manajemen satuan pendidikan luar sekolah. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah dalam peningkatan kapasitas dalam pengelolan satuan pendidikan luar sekolah melalui program magang. Metode yang yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan studi dokumentatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan penguatan dalam pembelajaran magang, pengelolaan satuan pendidikan luar sekolah perlu untuk ditingkatkan dan revitalisasi satuan pendidikan luar sekolah dapat didoring dengan peningkatan kapasitas mahasiswa pendidikan luar sekolah diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi penguatan kapasitas mahasiswa pendidikan luar sekolah.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of urban agriculture called urban farming. Urban agriculture is the practice of cultivating, processing, and distributing food around the city carried out by women who are being parted healthy heart community. Urban agriculture also includes livestock, aquaculture, agroforestry, and horticulture. In the broadest sense, urban agriculture describes the entire system of food production that occurs in cities. The purpose of this study is to initiate the awareness of the community and have an active role in implementing and managing degraded land through urban farming programs, And also can take a benefit by managing available land to become a farming place, and finally people realize that by managing land or yard around their house can add give income and increase economic value, besides that the community members who are able to process various crops from their gardens into foods that have high selling value by marketing them online. RW 03 region of Sarijadi does not have large land to cultivate, because the existing field is used by residents to park four-wheeled vehicles. So that the facilities for sports used by residents are also very limited. Thus the method used to attract residents to participate in the urban farming program which was initiated by the head of RW 03 region of Sarijadi in collaboration with KJS Melati is managing the degraded land around the outskirts of the field to become gardens. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, namely the method that focuses on the problems that exist in the meantime. This is in accordance with the opinion of Winarno Surakhmad (1982: 140) who argues that descriptive methods have characteristics: Focusing on solving problems that exist in the present time, and solve actual problems. The collected data then being compiled, explained, then analyzed (because this method often called as the analysis method). Based on the opinion above, the descriptive method is used to describe the condition of the implementation of increasing community participation in the urban farming program RW 03 Region of Sarijadi. Most of the urban citizen is careless toward the degraded land or limited land around their neighborhoods because most of the citizen are busy with their job at home or at the workplace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pendidikan kecakapan hidup yang diselenggarakan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Ihsan Baleendah dan di Pondok Pesantren Al Ittifaq Kabupaten Bandung Propinsi Jawa Barat.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh data yang mendeskripsikan tentang sistem pendidikan life skills, proses pembelajaran life skills, hasil pembelajaran life skills  dalam peningkatan kemandirian yang dicapai santri di pondok pesantren. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) sistem pendidikan di pondok pesantren dilaksanakan secara terpadu, dimana terdapat struktur keterkaitan yang erat antara semua komponen dan hubungan saling pengaruh yang ada diantara komponen tersebut dalam meningkatkan kemandirian santri; (2) Proses pembelajarannya merupakan salah satu bentuk pembelajaran dengan menggunakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang bersifat dialogis, partisipatif-andragogis, namun penerapannya belum begitu komprehensif; terutama dalam tahap perencanaan dan penilaian; (3) Hasil pembelajaran menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap terhadap kemandirian yang dicapai santri; 4) Kemandirian yang dicapai santri ditunjukkan dengan adanya kemandirian dalam aspek emosional, perilaku, dan nilai yang tercermin pada peningkatan kepribadian seperti memiliki tanggungjawab, disiplin, tidak tergantung pada orang lain, semangat berprestasi, ulet dan gigih, percaya diri dan kegiatan membelajarkan orang lain serta peningkatan partisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial dan pengembangan masyarakat. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa sistem pendidikan dan proses pembelajaran di pondok pesantren pada dasarnya merupakan model pendidikan kecakapan hidup (life skill education model) dimana santri belajar dan dilatih untuk memecahkan dan mengatasi berbagai kesulitan yang dihadapinya secara mandiri.
