Abstract

UMKM Aneka Keripik Kota Malang merupakan usaha yang memiliki tingkat peminat yang cukup banyak, salah satu motivasi pemilik usaha membuka usaha ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan pendapatan dengan cara mengembangkan strategi dan penggunaan modal secara baik. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan strategi penggunaan modal secara efisien dalam meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM Aneka Keripik Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data kualitatif adalah data yang berbentuk kata-kata atau yang berwujud pernyataan-pernyataan verbal, bukan dalam bentuk angka. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui berbagai macam teknik pengumpulan data misalnya wawancara, analisis dokumen, diskusi terfokus,atau observasi yang telah dituangkan dalam catatan lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan: 1) Teknik lapangan (observasi), pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung pada lokasi penelitian. 2) Wawancara (Questionnairre), pengumpulan data secara koesioner adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis kepada para responsen untuk dijawab. 3) Teknik kepustakaan (library research), pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara membaca berbagai buku literatur yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan skripsi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi penggunaan modal terhadap tingkat pendaptatan yang dicapai oleh UMKM Aneka Keripik Kota Malang sudah dilakukan secara efesien.

Abstract

The quality of education is determined by various factors, but the most important and very dominant is the quality of a teacher's personality. Personality for the teacher is very important because with a good teacher's personality, students can follow the good teacher's personality so as to create a noble future. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it was obtained that the role of the teacher's personality competencies had been carried out well in building the character of students at SDN 012. This can be seen from the efforts made by the school in implementing teacher personality competencies in fostering character which is carried out in each subject at school, namely by teaching students tolerance, honesty, discipline, love of the motherland, democracy, caring for the environment, responsibility and preparing students to become citizens of a good country and with character. In an effort to develop the character of SDN 012 students' personality competencies, teachers also experience obstacles, both from students, the school environment, the community and families. However, in this way these obstacles can still be overcome

Abstract

Sebedang Lake is one of the mainstay natural tourist attractions of West Kalimantan Province, located between Sempalai Sebedang Village and Sepuk Tanjung Village, Sebawi District, Sambas Regency. When the Covid-19 pandemic caused world tourism activity to decline, Lake Sebedang continued operating with high tourist numbers. This research analyzed the quadruple helix collaboration on the development of Lake Sebedang ecotourism during the Covid-19 pandemic from a political ecotourism perspective. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data sourced from interviews and literature studies. The research results found that the success of Lake Sebedang in maintaining optimal tourism activities during the Covid-19 pandemic could not be separated from the quadruple helix collaboration, namely government, academicians, business, and community. Through this collaboration, a Covid-19 volunteer post and guard team are available, health protocols are implemented by checking temperatures, as well as providing hand washing equipment at the entrance to Sebedang Lake, and visitors are required to wear masks, including at cafes in the Sebedang Lake area by the Circular Letter of the Indonesian Minister of Trade Number 12 of 2020 concerning Restoration of Activities Carried Out During the Covid-19 and New Normal Period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of improving speaking skill through role play for tenth grade students of MANida'ul Khairaat Pombewe in the academic year 2020/2021. This study used pre-experimental design research methods. The researcher chose class 10thas a sample consisting of 10 students. In collecting the data, researchers used four types of instruments, namely: pre-test, treatment, post-test and documentation. The result of the data calculation showed that mean score of the students’ pre-test was 40.9, it was lower than the mean score of post-test 52.6. In analyzing the data the researchers used the 0.05 and 0.01 degree of significance and df (degree of freedom) N-1. This study has two hypothesis which are the null hypothesis or Ho (there is no improvement of using role play to the students’ speaking skill, and the alternative hypothesis or Ha (there is improvement of using role play to the students’ speaking skill). It can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The use of role play was effective to improve the students speaking skill at the tenth grade of students in MA Nida’ul Khairaat Pombewe.
