Abstract

Retirement financing has a small financing risk because retirement financing at the Sharia Bank of Indonesia is based on a cooperation agreement between the Sharia Bank of Indonesia and retirement fund management institutions such as PT Taspen. One Sharia-based financing product in demand is selling and purchasing products with the Murabahah contract. The concept and application of financing with a Murabahah contract that is simple and easy to handle in the administration of Islamic banks is the main factor of Islamic banks in Indonesia applying the principle of Murabahah in financing. This research is doctrinal legal research, usually called normative legal research, supported by empirical data. In this research, the researcher found that the mechanism of retirement financing begins with the financing submission by the customer to the Bank, checking data/verifying data, analysis of financing feasibility, evaluation of financing needs and decisions, administration and accounting of financing, and the realization of the funding. Constraints in using Murabahah contract on retirement financing product at Sharia Bank of Indonesia Palu Basuki Rahmat as customers do not want to be complicated by the administrative process because of the age factor, which is the retirement age. Abstrak Pembiayaan pensiun merupakan pembiayaan yang memiliki risiko pembiayaan yang kecil, karena pembiayaan pensiun di Bank Syariah Indonesia didasarkan pada perjanjian kerjasama antara Bank Syariah Indonesia dengan lembaga pengelola dana pensiun seperti PT Taspen. Salah satu produk pembiayaan berbasis syariah yang cukup diminati adalah produk jual beli dengan akad Murabahah. Konsep dan aplikasi pembiayaan dengan akad Murabahah yang sederhana dan mudah dalam penanganan administrasi bank syariah menjadi faktor utama bank syariah di Indonesia menerapkan prinsip Murabahah dalam pembiayaannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum doktrinal atau biasa disebut penelitian hukum normatif yang didukung data empiris. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan mekanisme pembiayaan pensiun diawali dengan pengajuan pembiayaan oleh nasabah kepada bank, pengecekan data/verifikasi data, analisis kelayakan pembiayaan, evaluasi kebutuhan dan keputusan pembiayaan, administrasi dan pembukuan pembiayaan, dan realisasi pembiayaan. Kendala dalam penggunaan akad murabahah pada produk pembiayaan pensiun di Bank Syariah Mandiri Palu Basuki Rahmat adalah karena nasabah tidak ingin dipersulit dengan proses administrasi karena faktor usia, yaitu usia pensiun.

Abstract

Promiscuity among young people, as happened today, often leads to unexpected things, namely the occurrence of pregnancy before marriage. If a child was born illegitimately, he was usually called a child born out of wedlock (natural child). As a result, he cannot be connected to his father but only to his mother. According to Syafi'i School, a child born out of wedlock is born less than six months after intercourse with a legal husband. The child's legal status does not have a lineage relationship with his biological father because he was born outside of a legal marriage. Meanwhile, according to the Hanafi School, a child born out of wedlock is born less than six months after the marriage contract. The legal status of children born out of wedlock is the same as children born in a legal marriage because the Hanafi School considers the existence of lineage in essence. The main difference between the two is in their understanding and interpretation of the sources of Islamic law related to the status of a child born out of wedlock. There is a difference because in term of history, in term of sociology, and in term of culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengelolaan karakter di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru mengenai bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengevaluasian yang dilakukan pihak sekolah dalam membangun karakter peserta didik. Metode deskriptif kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Reduksi data digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menafsirkan fakta, dan penulisan naratif digunakan untuk mengkomunikasikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, wakil kesiswaan, wakil sarana dan prasarana, dan guru di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif.Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMKN 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru dalam perencanaan pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui penentuan tujuan, penetapan jadwal kegiatan dan pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran, dalam proses pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pengintegrasian ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, pengintegrasian ke dalam program sekolah dan mata pelajaran, dalam evaluasi pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan memberi peringatan dan catatan dalam buku nilai dan rapor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Net Profit and Cash Flow variables on Stock Prices in Primary and Non-Primary Consumer Goods Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Affected by the Israeli Boycott Action for the 2019-2023 period. The population in this study amounted to 287 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the primary and non-primary consumer goods sector. The sample in this study was 6 companies with a purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that in companies affected by BDS, net profit partially affects stock prices and cash flow does not affect stock prices. Simultaneously, net profit and cash flow affect stock prices.

Abstract

Error analysis is an activity to identify, classify and interpreted or describe the errors made by someone in speaking or in writing and it is carried out to obtain information on common difficulties faced by someone in speaking or in writing English sentences. For students, error analysis is needed to show them in what aspect in grammar which is difficult for them, to show the errors made by the students, to know the source or the cause of the error and how the students can learn from their mistakes in order that they will not make some errors repeatedly. The purpose of this research is to describe the type of grammatical error faced by students in writing. This research used descriptive qualitative method. This research was carried out in using descriptive writing text to find out what types of error made by students of the tenth grade students MAN 1 Palu in writing and what causes of the students error in writing. The result of the research showed that the tenth grade students MAN 1 Palu still made 41 errors in their writing. They are three classification of error based on surface strategy taxonomy. The high frequency of error is selection (63,41%), omission (26,82), and The lowest frequency of error is addition (9,75). On the other hand, the highest cause of error is carelessness (75,6%), %), first language (7 or 17,07 %), while the lowest cause of error is translation (7.31%).

Abstract

Recently, the use of mobile devices to communicate, learn, attain knowledge, and share information. Whatsapp as one of free downloaded device applications become the most popular platform, especially among university students. It is also regarded as one of teaching and learning media that could facilitate collaborative learning even though in this online classes due to Covid-19 pandemic. Challenges in attracting students’ attention and interest become higher during online learning, since lecturer could not directly interact and teach students. Students are required to fast adapt this new way. This research investigates students’ response on using Whatsapp as a learning tool during the online English Classes at State Islamic Institute of Palu. To get the result, there were 62 students of English Study Program at Tarbiyah and Teaching Education Faculty given 17 items of questionnaire. The result shows the majority of the students have positive responses and enjoy using Whatsapp as a learning tool during online classes. Even they love using Whatsapp.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of improving speaking skill through role play for tenth grade students of MANida'ul Khairaat Pombewe in the academic year 2020/2021. This study used pre-experimental design research methods. The researcher chose class 10thas a sample consisting of 10 students. In collecting the data, researchers used four types of instruments, namely: pre-test, treatment, post-test and documentation. The result of the data calculation showed that mean score of the students’ pre-test was 40.9, it was lower than the mean score of post-test 52.6. In analyzing the data the researchers used the 0.05 and 0.01 degree of significance and df (degree of freedom) N-1. This study has two hypothesis which are the null hypothesis or Ho (there is no improvement of using role play to the students’ speaking skill, and the alternative hypothesis or Ha (there is improvement of using role play to the students’ speaking skill). It can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The use of role play was effective to improve the students speaking skill at the tenth grade of students in MA Nida’ul Khairaat Pombewe.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of anxiety toward students’ learning motivation of the eleventh grade at SMAN 4 Palu in the academic year 2019- 2020. This research used as a survey quantitative research method. The population of this research was conducted for the eleventh-grade students of SMAN 4 Palu with consisted of 50 students, who used purposive sampling with took 2 classes as the samples to encourage representative data. In the procedure of collecting data, the researcher used one of instrument is questionnaire. The questionnaire used to encourage the effect of anxiety and the motivation in learning English of the students. The researcher was giving students a questionnaire using WhatsApp. The questionnaire in Google form, so students just open and checklist their answer and send. The result of the questionnaire has shown there was no significant effect of anxiety toward students’ learning motivation. This result of Pearson Product Moment table, which has shown were scores of Sigs between effect Anxiety and Motivation was 0,450 or more than 0,05. It means there was no effect of anxiety toward motivation. The researcher concluding the effect of anxiety toward students' learning motivation was normal.

Abstract

The global pandemic that set by the World Health Organization on January 30, 2020 as a result of the new disease of Covid-19 has made many major changes, one of them in education where learning system are done through online. Online learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic are the main solution to keeping the learning process going.This thesis aims to find out what impact of English online learning has on students' mental health during the covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 2 Sojol and To find out what factors hindered students in the process of English online learning at SMA Negeri 2 Sojol. In this research, the researcher applied a descriptive qualitative research which were located at SMA Negeri 2 Sojol. Data sources obtained through primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire and interviews. Based on the results of the questioner showed that they tend to just felt bored, difficult to concentrate, feelings of fear or worry if they are unable to collect tasks on time as well as their difficulty in understanding the material when English online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Where it is caused by several factors such as poor internet network, residential environment and also monotonous teaching techniques from English teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of listening skill in TOEFL and the strategies used in answering TOEFL listening. Students sometimes struggle to understand spoken English, especially while taking the TOEFL test for the first time. Therefore, it is crucial to identify the strategies they use to overcome these challenges. This study used a mixed method and a sequential explanatory type. The participants were 30 eighth-semester English students from UIN Datokarama Palu. All students took a TOEFL test, and the eight students with the highest listening scores were chosen for interview. Data were collected by using semi-structured interview and analyzed thematically to identify the different types of listening tactics employed. The results showed that students used three primary categories of strategies: social-affective, cognitive, and metacognitive. Students are more likely to employ cognitive and metacognitive techniques than social-affective ones.  This study indicates that increasing awareness of listening strategies can help first-time test takers improve their TOEFL scores and reduce anxiety about listening comprehension. The results suggest that students could implement the strategies to enhance their listening scores.
