Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui strategi promosi dalam menumbuhkan minat berinvestasi di pasar modal pada PT MNC Sekuritas Kendari di di JL. Jend. Ahmad Yani No. 12a, Pondambea, Kecamatan Kadia Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, dimana peneliti secara sistematis mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumen yang mereka terima. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara langsung pada Manajer dan karyawan di MNC Sekuritas Kendari serta 5 orang investor sebagai informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan minat berinvestasi di kota kendari saat ini sudah meningkat sejak dilakukannya strategi promosi. jumlah masyarakat Sulawesi tenggara yang menanamkan investasinya di pasar modal mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan. Berdasarkan data yang ada pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Sulawesi tenggara hingga November 2021, jumlah investor sudah mencapai 12.749 investor.Jumlah ini meningkat sebanyak 6.105 investor atau 108 persen bila dibandingkan tahun 2020 lalu.

Specific objectives are: 1). Formulate and develop a sustainable livelihood-based farmer welfare development model to improve the quality of rural farmers' resources. 2). Applying an integrated pattern between all livelihood concepts, namely the use of natural resources, the availability of human resources, the availability of physical resources, the ability to access financing, and the internalization of social capital in the lives of rural communities in Bone-Bone village. Rural farmers in Bone-Bone village are the population in this study, some of which will be selected as the main samples in this study. The sample used in this study used snowball sampling with data triangulation techniques, by determining key informants in advance, including several leaders or figures in this village community. Rural farmers with the scope of agricultural life which is the color of their daily life so that they are expected to be able to make farmers survive, organize their agricultural life into a mainstay commodity and prosper their lives. The interaction between local economic institutions and market intervention institutions has brought changes to the local economic institutional order, where subsistence ethics is still a moral requirement, but does not provide opportunities for farmers to improve welfare. Even the workings of market institutional mechanisms during the economic crisis have increased the gap between layers of farming society.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengembagan Potensi Desa dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Petani di desa Lakandito kecamatan kabangka Kabupaten Muna. Adapu Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui strategi pengembangan potensi desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat petani dan menjelaskan strategi pengembangan potensi desa dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat petani. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendektan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Lakandito, Kecamatan Kabangka, Kabupaten Muna. Agar dapat memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan penggalian dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah tokoh dan sekretaris desa, ketua kelompok tani, dan masyarakat petani. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) strategi dalam pengembangan potensi desa yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah desa telah terlaksana dengan baik, dimana program-program yang dijalankan dapat membantu kaum tani untuk meningkatkan perekonomian. Namun ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana bagi masyarakat petani masih belum memadai. 2) Peran pengurus desa sebagai peningkatan kesejahteraan kaum tani sudah berusaha menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The target population in this research were sales force employees at Toyota Hadji Kalla, Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Makassar City with a total sample of 42 employees. The sampling method in this research uses the census method. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The analysis technique is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using the multiple linear regression method.The research results show that Motivation and Commitment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while Discipline has no effect on the performance of sales force employees at Toyota Hadji Kalla, Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Makassar City.

This study aims to analyze the role of the New Era Village Government in increasing plantation productivity and identifying the obstacles faced in its implementation. New Era Village, Tellulimpoe District, is an area with considerable plantation potential, with main commodities such as cocoa, cloves, rubber, and coconut. Although there has been an increase in commodity prices from 2022 to 2024, the increase in productivity has not been proportional to this increase. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation, involving key informants such as village government officials, farmer groups, agricultural extension workers, and community leaders. This research was conducted in Era Baru Village, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency. The results of this study show that the role of the village government in increasing plantation yields, based on the following indicators, is as follows: (1) The role of the village government as a policy implementer has been carried out by providing fertilizer and seeds to farmer groups. (2) The role of the village government as a program implementer has been carried out by increasing the capacity of farmers through training on Biological Control Agents and the Production of Bokashi Compost. (3) The role of the village government as a mentor has been carried out by mentoring 29 Farmer Groups and 1 Joint Farmer Group.
