Abstract

Sri Ismulyaty dan Wiwin Siswantini: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of trust, risk and technology acceptance models, perceived case of use, perceived usefulness, perceived of credibility, the customers' interest in using internet banking? And how to influence customers' interest in using internet banking to the decision in dealing with internet banking? As well as how to influence customers' interest in using internet banking mediates the relationship between trust, risk and technology acceptance models with decisions in dealing with internet banking?Discussion of the results of this study can be drawn the following conclusions: Trust affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, Risk affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, Perceived case of use affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, Perceived usefullnes affect the interest of the customer in using internet banking, Perceived of credibility affect the customers' interest in using internet banking, interest customers in using internet banking influence the decision in the transaction, interest customers in using internet banking may mediate the relationship between trust, risk and technology acceptance models with the decision in the transaction with internet banking.Key Words: Trust, Risk And Technology Acceptance Model Keputusan Nasabah, Minat Nasabah

Abstract

Sri Ismulyaty dan Etty Puji Lestari; The company's goal is to develop a variety of marketing strategies to improve the profitability of the company, so the company's management to focus on efforts to identify the customer, because the philosophy of marketing shows that the profit can be created through the satisfaction perceived by customers. Work motivation is believed to be influential in arousing, directing, and maintaining behavior in the work environment to develop achievement. Several studies have suggested a link between work motivation with employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of learning orientationof 46 employee performance at the Open University. We used stratified random sampling method. Data used in this study were primary data from the respondents and secondary data. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between learning orientation with employee performance shown by the value of the original sample estimate of 0.854 and a t-statistic of 4,228 is greater than the t-test is 1.96. While the relationship work motivation and performance have negative impact.Keywords : learning orientation, motivation, performance

Abstract

This study explores the impact of investment knowledge and the use of online investment applications on equity investment interest among PTJJ students of Open University Bandar Lampung through questionnaire statements. In today's digital landscape, technology has opened up new avenues for the younger generation to invest more easily and flexibly. Implementation The study used a quantitative approach with primary data and a survey adopting an ordinalized and modified Likert scale, as well as multiple regression, it was found that investment knowledge significantly increased students' interest in the stock market. Online investment applications also contribute positively by providing a user-friendly and educative platform. This synergy between knowledge and technology strengthens students engagement in equity investment. This study recommends improving financial literacy and technology integration in investment education. Educational institutions are advised to enrich the curriculum with investment materials and organise relevant training. Collaboration with online investment application providers to organise seminars and training can also be an effective strategy to increase students investment interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pemasaran terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Pringsewu 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan atau Field Research dengan meneliti langsung pada obyek yang akan diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data angket dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan mengunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara persial terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Cabang Sukoharjo, dilihat dari nilai thitung > ttabel (3,217 > 1,984). Kemudian variabel pemasaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara persial terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Cabang Sukoharjo, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung < ttabel (1,572 < 1,984). Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Cabang Sukoharjo, dimana Fhitung > Ftabel (10,831 > 3,09).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisis  pengaruh  pengetahuan perbankan syariah mahasiswa Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Ma’arif Kalirejo terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Dengan Theory Of Planned Behavior bahwa manusia berperilaku dengan cara yang sadar dan mempertimbangkan segala informasi yang tersedia dan kontrol keperilakuan berpengaruh terhadap niat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data regresi linear sederhana. Pengolahan data menggunakan IMB SPSS 26. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dengan angket (kuesioner), teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non probabiliti sampling menggunakan teknik  sampling total. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 62 mahasiswa program studi perbankan syariah semua dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana, diketahui bahwa variabel pengetahuan mahasiswa program studi perbankan syariah terhadap berpengaruh secara positif terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) yaitu dengan nilai signifikansi variabel pengetahuan sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 artinya ha diterima atau bepengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel pengetahuan mahasiswa program studi perbankan syariah terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
