Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk berbagi pengalaman dengan pengamat Keselamatan Kesehatan Akademisi dan Praktisi dalam pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan untuk Truk Tangki Angkutan Darat di Perusahaan X. Kecelakaan sering terjadi pada saat kegiatan truk tangki. Pada awal 2012 Perusahaan X menerapkan sistem yang disebutkan di atas. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya adalah bahwa pada akhir tahun 2012 Perusahaan X berhasil menerapkan sistem ini. Kesimpulannya, ada satu cara untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan truk tangki tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan sistem tersebut.

Abstract

Globalisasi mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat termasuk dunia pendidikan. Kompetisi di era globalisasi didasarkan oleh keunggulan untuk mampu bersaing baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Menghadapi kompetisi global seperti sekarang sudah tentu diperlukan strategi marketing perguruan tinggi dalam menarik calon mahasiswa baru agar menjatuhkan pilihannya bersekolah di Akamigas Balongan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja yang yang dilakukan dalam marketing Akamigas Balongan sehingga bisa menarik siswa baru. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metoda kualitatif fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akamigas Balongan melakukan strategi komunikasi dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru dengan melakukan analisis kondisi internal dan eksternal, teknik komunikasi pemasaran, dan monitoring dan evaluasi respon konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how Kompas.com, Tribunnews.com, and CNNIndonesia.com frame news about the "gemoy" image of public figures. The researcher employed a descriptive and qualitative methodology, utilizing the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki model to classify framing elements: syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical. The findings reveal that each online news portal has its own distinctive characteristics in framing the news: (1) Kompas.com tends to positively assess the "gemoy" image as an authentic reflection of the related figure; (2) Tribunnews.com is more critical and views "Politik Gemoy" as a campaign strategy that undermines democracy; (3) CNNIndonesia.com employs satire when addressing the "gemoy" image. This study highlights the diverse strategies used by media outlets to influence public perception and underscores the media's significant role in shaping political discourse. In conclusion, the media play a pivotal role in shaping public perception through the various framing approaches they employ.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis konten di platform TikTok menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) Teun A. van Dijk untuk memahami bagaimana bahasa, kekuasaan, dan ideologi direpresentasikan serta dampaknya terhadap audiens. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis tiga konten utama yang membahas isu kesehatan dan pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi konten berdasarkan popularitas tagar yang relevan dan dianalisis melalui tiga dimensi AWK: teks, kognisi sosial, dan konteks sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa informal dan gaya khas anak muda dalam konten TikTok efektif menyampaikan pesan serius seperti bahaya konsumsi minuman manis, kritik terhadap sistem pendidikan, dan risiko gagal ginjal. Strategi penyampaian, termasuk penggunaan statistik mencengangkan dan cerita pribadi yang relatable, mampu menarik perhatian audiens dan meningkatkan kesadaran mereka terhadap isu-isu tersebut. Dalam dimensi kognisi sosial, narasi membentuk skema baru terkait gaya hidup sehat dan kritik terhadap sistem pendidikan, sementara dalam konteks sosial, kreator memanfaatkan kekuasaan sebagai penyampai informasi untuk memengaruhi perilaku audiens. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa TikTok memiliki potensi besar sebagai media penyampaian pesan sosial yang efektif dan relevan dengan perubahan tren perolehan informasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi media untuk lebih memperhatikan adaptasi strategi penyampaian informasi sesuai preferensi masyarakat di era digital, khususnya melalui platform berbasis video pendek. Abstract

PT Wijaya karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. Halim High-Speed Train Project is a company engaged in construction, investment, and concessions. Engaged in the construction sector certainly has a high potential for danger and danger factors. One of them was an accident caused by working at a height. Therefore, it is important to control the danger of working at height to prevent and control the danger of height. This study uses field observation methods, literature studies, and interviews to determine how the hazard control program works at height. The hazard control program for working at height at PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk, Halim High-Speed Train Project has been by the regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 9 of 2016, among others. Fit to work, toolbox meeting inspection, Scaffolding and Full Body Harness. At PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk, The halim high-speed train project has procedures related to the Control of work hazards at height, namely the height work safety procedure No. WIKA-BG-PDSMM-IK-26. PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. Halim High-Speed Train Project, but there are still problems related to the lack of supervision of work safety equipment and lack of training for workers related to high-altitude work.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to produce a persik game media “perkalian asik” which is valid according to media and material experts as well as practical and fun according to users (teachers and students). The model used in this research is using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire and then analyzed using quantitative data analysis and qualitative data. The result of the development is persik game media product "perkalian asik" which is used in the mathematical content of multiplication material. This media is in the form games that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This game is also equipped with a user guide that can be accessed online or offline. The result of the persik game product validation testshow the level of validity, namely the average value of media expert validators is 95 percent which is categorized as very valid and the average value of material expert validators is 77 percent which is categorized as valid. The results of the practicality test by the teacher obtained a score of 98 percent and the test to students obtained a score of 97 percent which was included in the very practical and fun category. Based on the percentage results, it can be seen that the persik game is valid, practical and fun, so that it can be used in the learning process in second grade elementary school. Abstrak: Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media game persik “perkalian asik” yang valid menurut ahli media dan materi serta praktis maupun menyenangkan menurut pengguna (guru dan peserta didik). Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development , (4) implementation , (5) evaluation. Adapun Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah angket dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Hasil pengembangan berupa produk media game persik “perkalian asik” yang digunakan pada muatan matematika materi perkalian. Media ini berupa game online yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun. Game ini juga dilengkapi dengan buku petunjuk yang dapat diakses secara online maupun offline. Hasil uji validasi produk game persik menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan yaitu menghasilkan nilai rata-rata dari validator ahli media sebesar 95 persen yang dikategorikan sangat valid dan nilai rata-rata validator ahli materi sebesar 77 persen yang dikategorikan valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan oleh guru memperoleh nilai sebesar 98 persen dan uji coba kepada siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 97 persen yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis dan menyenangkan. Berdasarkan hasil persentase tersebut, terlihat bahwa media game persik valid dan praktis serta menyenangkan, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas II sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The problem in research was about the mastery of English vocabulary among students. Students had difficulties in writing words, understanding their meanings, and constructing correct sentences. Based on interview results, students often did not understand the material presented due to the use of ineffective teaching strategies and media. This condition led to unsatisfactory learning outcomes, as shown by the summative assessment 56% (18 out of 32 students) did not reach the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKTP) of 75. The purpose of this study was to examine students’ vocabulary mastery before and after the implementation of the strategy, as well as to observe the process in each cycle. This research was conducted using Classroom Action Research two cycles. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed significant improvement. The average student score increased from 58 in the pre-cycle to 75 in the first cycle, and 87 in the second cycle. The percentage of students achieving classical learning mastery also improved from 47% (15 students) in the pre-cycle, to 66% (21 students) in the first cycle, and 88% (28 students) in the second cycle. These results indicate that the applied strategy was effective in improving students’ vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a critical aspect of workplace management, ensuring employee well-being and reducing occupational hazards. In recent years, digital communication tools have played a transformative role in enhancing OHS awareness through real-time information sharing, interactive training, and automated hazard detection. This study employs a qualitative research approach using a literature review and library research method to analyze the effectiveness of digital platforms—such as e-learning systems, virtual reality (VR) training, social media, mobile applications, and artificial intelligence (AI)—in promoting workplace safety. The findings indicate that VR-based simulations and AI-driven safety analytics significantly enhance employee training effectiveness and hazard prediction. Additionally, social media and mobile applications facilitate instant safety communication, enabling employees to report incidents and receive timely updates. However, challenges such as digital illiteracy, misinformation, data privacy concerns, and high implementation costs persist, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study highlights the importance of balancing technology with human oversight to ensure the ethical and practical application of digital OHS tools. Future research should explore the long-term impact of digital safety interventions on behavioral change and workplace accident reduction. This study contributes to the growing discourse on digital transformation in occupational safety, providing insights for organizations, policymakers, and researchers on optimizing digital communication tools for OHS improvements.

Abstract

The increasing need to strengthen the safety culture in the industrial sector, especially in large industrial areas such as Karawang which has a high level of work risk and complexity of communication between organizational levels. A suboptimal safety communication culture often hinders the formation of worker risk awareness, so a deep understanding of how communication practices, organizational values, and daily interactions build or weaken awareness of occupational hazards. This study aims to analyze the process of developing a culture of safety communication and explain how safety communication patterns can increase risk awareness in industrial work environments. Using a qualitative approach of case studies on two manufacturing companies in Karawang, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 12 informants consisting of 2 HSE managers/staff, 4 production line supervisors, and 6 operators from various work units, accompanied by direct observation on safety briefing activities and K3 document review. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, barriers, and communication practices that affect workers' risk perceptions. The results show that an effective safety communication culture is built through active leadership involvement, open hazard reporting mechanisms, consistency of safety messages, and the use of communication media that is easy to understand across levels. In addition, risk awareness increases when communication is dialogical, routine, and integrated with the safety learning system. This study concludes that strengthening safety communication culture contributes significantly to increasing risk awareness and encouraging safe work behaviors, as well as providing practical implications for the development of organizational culture-based OSH strategies in the industrial sector.
