Abstract

Planning for building maintenance and repairs is necessary to maintain the building so that it can be used properly for a long period of time. Building maintenance and repairs are generally carried out by building management. In the school building also needed the role of building management in carrying out maintenance and building facilities. With the facilities and infrastructure of a good and well-maintained school building, it will make the value of the school high. This research was conducted by collecting secondary data from all costs of repair and maintenance of buildings in five X private school locations from 2016 - 2018, as well as the initial value of the building construction and data processed using Microsoft Excel. From the data obtained for total repair and maintenance value from five locations of private schools x for 3 years amounting to Rp. 12,107,423,758. The total value of the costs obtained maintenance and repair of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) and architecture, to repair and maintain the foundation and structure of private schools X does not incur costs. For MEP maintenance and repair costs of Rp. 5,048,736,655 and architecture Rp. 7,058,687,103. One of the high value of maintenance and repair costs is due to the absence of procedures for repairing facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and repair costs are only carried out if the facilities and infrastructure are damaged and cannot be used, and there is no routine maintenance schedule. One of the things that must be done by private school X is to improve the maintenance system carried out by building management so that it can reduce the cost of repairing facilities and keep the facilities and infrastructure in good condition.ABSTRAK Perencanaan perawatan dan perbaikan gedung sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga gedung tersebut agar dapat digunakan dengan baik untuk jangka waktu yang panjang. Perawatan dan perbaikan gedung pada umumnya dilakukan oleh manajemen gedung. Pada bangunan sekolah juga diperlukan peran manajemen gedung dalam melakukan perawatan saranan dan sarana bangunan gedung. Dengan sarana dan prasarana gedung sekolah yang baik dan terawat, akan membuat nilai dari sekolah itu tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari seluruh biaya perbaikan dan perawatan bangunan gedung di lima lokasi sekolah swasta X dari tahun 2016 - 2018, serta nilai awal pembangunan gedung tersebut dan data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excell. Dari data di dapat untuk nilai perbaikan dan perawatan total dari lima lokasi sekolah swasta x selama 3 tahun sebesar Rp. 12.107.423.758,-. Total nilai biaya tersebut didapat perawatan dan perbaikan Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) dan arsitektur, untuk perbaikan dan perawatan pondasi dan struktur sekolah swasta X tidak mengeluarkan biaya. Untuk biaya perawatan dan perbaikan MEP sebesar Rp. 5.048.736.655,- dan arsitektur sebesar Rp. 7.058.687.103,-. Besarnya nilai biaya perawatan dan perbaikan salah satunya dsebabkan karena tidak adanya prosedur untuk perbaikan sarana dan prasarana. Biaya perawatan dan perbaikan hanya dilakukan bila sarana dan prasarana sudah rusak dan tidak bisa dipakai, serta tidak adanya jadwal rutin perawatan. Salah satu yang harus dilakukan sekolah swasta X adalah dengan memperbaiki sistem perawatan yang dilakukan oleh manajemen gedung agar dapat mengurangi biaya perbaikan sarana dan tetap menjaga sarana dan prasarana dalam kondisi baik.

Abstract

The geometric planning of the road has been made more convenient by technological advances in construction, which have led to innovations that are still growing. With the use of Autocad® Civil 3D, the process of planning the Indramayu-Jatibarang roadways is complete. This paper aims to explain how to plan roadways geometrically with Autocad® Civil 3D and to provide the reader a knowledge of how Autocad® Civil 3D can speed up and simplify work processes. The approach in this planning uses many programs, including Google Earth for determining the coordinates, Global Mapper for obtaining the site contour, and Autocad® Civil 3D for concluding the horizontal alignment. The process of designing with Autocad® Civil 3D is one of the results of this planning.

Abstract

Rumput gajah pakchong (Pennisetum purpureum cv. pakchong) merupakan hijauan pakan ternak yang saat ini banyak diusahakan secara intensif dalam usaha peternakan sapi, penggemukan dan pembibitan sehingga memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan. Peningkatan produksi Rumput gajah pakchong dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian pupuk kandang dengan perlakuan pemupukandan jarak tanam yang tepat. Penelitian dilaksanakanbulan Juli 2021 – September 2021di lahan sekolah SMKSPPNegeriSamarinda. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 4 Perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati Tinggi Tanaman, Lebar Daun, Jumlah Daun, Panjang Daun, Imbangan Berat Kering Daun dan Batang. Pemberian pupuk kandang feses sapi dengan dosis72 kg petak1 memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik, Jarak tanam yang lebih baik yaitu 80 x 150 cm/perlakuan Terjadi interaksi antara pemberian pupuk kandang feses sapi dan jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi Pennisetum purpureum cv. Pakchong. Pemberian pupuk 72 kg petak-1 dan jarak tanam 80 x 150 cm memberikan hasil terbaik.

Abstract

Background: The literature on the long-term use of muscle relaxant medications for chronic pain reveals a nuanced landscape characterized by varying degrees of efficacy, safety concerns, and the potential for combination therapies. The introduction establishes the complexity of chronic pain management, emphasizing the need for a multifaceted approach that includes both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. Literature Review: The systematic reviews by (Orrillo et al., 2022) and (M. Weisman et al., 2024) provide a critical lens on the efficacy and tolerability of muscle relaxants, revealing a lack of substantial evidence supporting their long-term use in chronic pain management. The findings emphasize the need for cautious application of these medications, particularly given the potential for adverse effects and the ambiguities surrounding their effectiveness over extended periods. Lastly, the exploration of muscle relaxants' role in post-chemotherapy and radiotherapy contexts, as discussed by (Radkowski et al., 2024), broadens the scope of their application, indicating that muscle relaxants may serve a critical function beyond traditional pain management. This perspective encourages further inquiry into their long-term efficacy and safety in various clinical settings. Conclusion: In conclusion, the literature presents a complex picture of muscle relaxants in chronic pain management. While they may provide short-term relief, their long-term use raises significant safety and efficacy concerns. The integration of combination therapies and non-pharmacological interventions appears crucial for optimizing treatment strategies. Future research is necessary to clarify the long-term implications of muscle relaxant use and to establish more definitive guidelines for their application in chronic pain management.

Abstract

Background: The literature review highlights the significant psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare professionals, particularly concerning the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The initial studies, such as the one by (A. Marco et al., 2020), revealed that emergency physicians reported PTSD symptoms, with identified stressors including disinformation and workload. This early finding set the groundwork for subsequent research, which consistently indicated that high-stress environments and inadequate resources contribute to the risk of PTSD among healthcare workers ((d’Ettorre et al., 2020); (Batra et al., 2020)). Literature Review: As the pandemic unfolded, studies demonstrated that healthcare professionals faced compounded psychological burdens, with factors such as long working hours and emotional exhaustion exacerbating their vulnerability to PTSD ((Luiz Carvalho Braule Pinto et al., 2021); (Chang et al., 2022)). The findings from (Sun et al., 2021) emphasized the alarming prevalence of PTSD symptoms and the lack of targeted interventions for healthcare providers, indicating a critical gap in the existing literature. Furthermore, the emotional toll of the pandemic was linked to increased anxiety and psychological distress, underscoring the need for ongoing research and support systems to address these issues ((De Pasquale et al., 2022)). Conclusion: Collectively, the studies reviewed indicate a concerning trend regarding the mental health of healthcare professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic, with PTSD emerging as a significant issue that requires urgent attention. The evidence points to the necessity for systematic assessments, targeted interventions, and robust support systems to address the mental health challenges faced by this critical workforce, particularly as the long-term consequences of untreated PTSD could adversely affect both healthcare providers and patient care.

Abstract

This study examines how factors such as profitability, solvency, leverage, and auditor opinion affect audit delay, with firm size considered as a moderating variable. A quantitative research method was employed, focusing on entities listed in the IDX 80 index on the Indonesian stock exchange during the 2021–2023 period. For statistical analysis, moderated regression analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The study's findings reveal that: (1) Profitability and leverage have a significant negative effect on audit delay; (2) Solvency has a significant positive effect on audit delay; (3) Auditor opinion has no significant effect on audit delay; (4) Firm size significantly moderates the effect of profitability and leverage on audit delay; (5) Firm size weakens the influence of solvency and auditor opinion on audit delay; (6) Firm size does not moderate the effect of auditor opinion on audit delay.
