Abstract

The increasing number of traffic accidents can be caused by drivers, vehicles, highways, and the environment. In Indonesia, traffic accidents become one of the problems in the transportation sector. Prevention is done during this time to anticipate accidents only based on the data of the accident quantity that has occurred. Though factors or incidents that can cause accidents to become the biggest contributor in the event of accidents. For example, driving a vehicle in an unorderly manner, the pace of the vehicle with the above-average velocity set traffic rules, and sudden vehicle maneuvers. This research is done by identifying and analyzing the behavior of motorcyclists who affect accidents and applying TCT methods to observation data at points that become potential locations Against accidents. The research location is on the Narogong Highway which is divided into 2 segments. In Segment 1 begins at junction four Cipendawa (after the flyover Simpang Cipendawa) until the junction of the three Gg. Sawo (Bantar Gebang Market). Next, in Segment 2 starts from junction three of Gg. Sawo (Bantar Gebang Market) until the three houses of Vida housing. The results showed that the research location had potential that could cause the accident to be front-side on the first order, collision front-front on the second-order, and side-by-side collision on the third order. The speed of vehicles has an impact on accidents.

Abstract

This study uses the Accident Equivalent Number (EAN) method based on the weighted value of accident victims with the accident fatality rate and the number of victims. The weighting of the accident rate is then determined by the EAN formula: 12MD + 3LB + 3LR + 1K, then using the Upper Control Limit (BKA) formula to determine the ranking of accident-prone points with the formula BKA = C + 3?C to determine priority handling of accident-prone points. And using the road inventory survey method to find out the factors that cause accidents and efforts to handle accident-prone points appropriately Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the Narogong road in the city of Bekasi is classified as an accident-prone area because it has an EAN value that exceeds the Upper Control Limit (BKA) value. The coordinate point of the location with the highest EAN value is segment three at the point -6.3145869 s.d '-6.3230043. (residential area of ??Vida Bekasi to Bantar Gebang market area) with an EAN value of 126 and a BKA value of 48.3. In this segment there have been 12 accidents with 7 fatalities, 2 seriously injured, 8 slightly injured with a material loss of Rp. 11,200,000. And the dominant type of accident is the front-rear hit-and-hit accident by 39% with the cause of the traffic accident being the driver factor by 76%. Efforts to handle accident-prone points by holding counseling about safety riding, painting road markings, installing road signs as needed, and conducting routine checks of street lighting that is not functioning.

From the analysis and discussion get Simultaneous Effect Hypothesis Test results that the Sig. (0,000) <? (0.05) and f count (35.671)> F table (3.89) H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that the simultaneous effect of the Light Vehicle Road damage of 33.8%, the simultaneous effect of the Heavy Vehicle Road damage amounted to 47.7%, Motorcycles simultaneous effect on road damage by 12.1% and the simultaneous effect of Motor Vehicles not to road damage by 14.2%, the result of the identification of the type and class of road damage indicates that the need for administration of additional layer (overlay) as a treatment for damage to roads, based on the analysis of the design used road repair method with a design life of 10 years, namely: (Overlay) Rigid Pavement (Rigid Pavement) as thick as 18 cm .and of analysts earn fees at cost (overlay) Rigid Pavement (Rigid Pavement) Rp. 9,114,626,20 / segments.

Abstract

The Corona virus that broke out around the Wuhan area in December has spread in 100 countries and caused more than 100,000 people worldwide to test positive for infection. The impact of this pandemic has caused countries to close access in and out to their respective countries, including Indonesia, which has caused threats to the economy, especially in the aviation sector. The aviation sector which was affected by the Covid-19 epidemic affected all sectors in it including airport operations, namely the parking revenue sector. The decrease in the number of aircraft use has an impact on the number of vehicles entering and exiting which results in a significant decrease in the parking revenue itself. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the performance of roads and vehicle parking characteristics. The method used in this research is to conduct direct field surveys including parking accumulation, parking duration, parking lot capacity, road geometry, traffic volume, side friction and vehicle speed. The analysis results obtained that the parking characteristics for the highest accumulation of four-wheeled vehicles are 1038 vehicles and 329 vehicles for two-wheeled vehicles, parking duration ranges from <1 hour for cars and> 7 hours for motorbikes, the highest parking volume is 3578 cars and 1180 motorbikes, turnover rate parking lots on average 0.14 cars / plot and 0.04 motorbikes / parking lot. The average car index is 82.9% and 33.1% for motorbikes, so that vehicle parking at the airport still accommodates parking demand. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic caused a decrease in vehicle volume by 91% for four-wheeled vehicles and 55.4% for two-wheeled vehicles. In terms of parking characteristics, vehicle parking at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport can still accommodate requests. For the performance of the Angkas I Halim Perdanakusuma road section.

Abstract

Bogor Regency with the largest population in Indonesia, namely as many as 5.9 million people. With the population in the area classified as very large, the number of traffic accidents in Bogor Regency is high, namely 357 accidents in 2018. It affects the level of traffic density, but this condition is not balanced with adequate road facilities and infrastructure and public transportation. Of course this causes an increase in the volume of traffic in the Bogor Regency Regional Government Road Area and also increases the potential for accidents. The research objectives were to determine the performance of roads, accident-prone roads, dominant causes of accidents, and to know the prevention of accidents in the Bogor District Government Road Area using the Accident Equivalent Rate (AEK), Upper Control Limit (BKA) method. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that Jalan Raya Bogor, Jalan Raya Sukahati - Karadenan, and Jalan Tegar Beriman are included in the category of roads prone to traffic accidents, because they have AEK values that exceed or are greater than the BKA and UCL values. The most common type of accident was Front-Forward crash, which accounted for 39.51% of the total number of accidents. The time of accidents that most often occur in the area of Bogor Regency Regional Government Road is in the morning at 00.00 WIB - 06.00 WIB with a percentage of 28.53% of the number of accidents.
