Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the influence of used cardboard game against beginning math skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. This type of research is experimental design with one group pretest posttest design. Population and sample in this study were 20 children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. Collection techniques namely direct observation of children's activities. Data were analyzed using t-test formula and method of statistical analysis with SPSS for windows release.16. The hypothesis of this study was the influence of used cardboard game against beginning math skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t value amounted to 13.703, while t table with level sig (5 %) and (df = n - 1 = 20-1 = 19) t table amounted to 2,093. Because t is greater than t table or 13.703 > 2.093, it means that the influence of old cardboard games against beginning math skills in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar. Determinant coefficient generated is equal to r2 = 0,562. This means that the influences of used cardboard game against math skills in children beginning kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah by 56,2%. And can researchers conclude that the presence of cardboard used to influences the game math skills in children beginning kindergarten Syakhshiatul Ummah Siak Hulu District of Kampar.The keywords: Used Cardboard Game , Math Ability Beginning

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is a discipline problem in children, the researchers found several children: do not pray before and after the study, did not ask permission out in learning, likes to talk loudly and shouting, no running in the class, do not want to put playground equipment on the shelves, no one spoke when the teacher was explaining, and no one can not sit neatly / silent when learning takes place even interfere with his friend who was working on a task. These actions indicate that there are children who do not obey the rules / regulations. The aim of this study was to determine the child's learning style and discipline as well as to determine the effect of learning styles to discipline children in kindergarten Islam Al-immigrants Perak Simpang Jaya village Right Kerinci District of Siak. The method used in this research is a quantitative study using correlation techniques. The sample used in this study were 48 children. The data collection techniques is done by observation. Based on the research results child's learning style more on visual learning style with a percentage of 60.5%, while the discipline of children classified into the category of being with a percentage of 79.1%. From the research that the correlation between the visual learning style with discipline is not significant and shows that the direction of a negative correlation with the strength of the correlation is very weak. Furthermore, the correlation between auditory learning style with discipline is not significant and shows that the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of the correlation is very weak. While the correlation between kinesthetic learning style with discipline are significant and show that the direction of a negative correlation with the strength of the correlation is weak. the overall results of this study showed no influence of learning style to child disclipine at islam al-muhajirin kindergarten in simpang perak jaya village kerinci kanan district siak regency This is evident from the results of Chi Square test.Keywords: learning style, discipline

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find a picture of early childhood teachers personal competence district Gaung Anak Serka of Indragiri Hilir, whether the competence of the teacher's personality is good or not, so it can be seen how the competency of the teacher. The method used is descriptive survey with the technique of collecting data through questionnaires in the scale always, often, sometimes, never, distributed to 70 early childhood teachers district Gaung Anak Serka of Indragiri Hilir. The results showed personal competence early childhood teachers regency overall of indicators that are in either category, but when viewed from indicator there is one indicator that gets unfavorable category, even though the indicators are very important in personal competence due regard to the code of conduct of teachers. Thus, personal competence early childhood teachers must be addressed and improved in order to be better, because the competence of the teacher's personality is very important in shaping the character also influence the next generation.Keywords: Competence Personality

Abstract

Child abuse is an old human history and nowadays we hear it happen more often. The performer of child abuse can be anybody, especially the closest one to children. Work field, social-economic level, and culture differences are some condition that would lead to stress and friction in people’s live and for sure, it also affect the child rearing. The most influential person who play role in child rearing is a mother. But in fact, mother also become the performer in child maltreatment. Mother from the low income family often faced more problems and had to struggle to help providing family needs. It leads to stress and affecting the child rearing. In Kepulauan Meranti Regency, eventhough the number of child maltreatment is lower that other Regency in Riau Province, but the number is increasing about 3% per year, but most cases go unreported. The objective of this research is to describe the child maltreatment performed by mother in form of emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative approach to describe the form of child maltreatment. Result that can be concluded from the data analysis, the higher percentage of child maltreatment by mother is the physical abuse 57,62%, verbal abuse 51,43%, neglect 42,04% and sexual abuse 26,43%. Stressfull life leads to unappropriate behavior toward child. To prevent it, mother from low income family need support from other member of family and society to decrease stress level and maintain positive child rearing.

Abstract

Abstract: The porpuse of this research is to investigate the influence of cooperative learning type inside-outside-circle toward child’s speaking ability 5 to 6 years old. This research was done at RA At-Taqwa Pengalihan, Enok sub - district Indragiri Hilir. The is experiment research design by one group pre-test post-test design. The population is the children at RA At-Taqwa pengalihan, Enok sub- district Indragiri Hilir regency by the total is 15 children. The technique collection data is observation. Based on the hypothesis test the score tcount is 29,45 >t table =2,145 bysig 0,000, because sig < 0.05 then there is a difference between the abiliy to speak a child of the age of the year. There is influence of cooperative learning type inside-outside-circle toward child’s speaking ability 5 to 6 years old at RA At-TaqwaPengalihan, Enok sub - district Indragiri Hilir regency is 29, 45%.Keywords: Speaking Ability, Cooperative Learning Type Inside-Outside-Circle

Abstract

Father play important role in children live. Not only to fullfil children needs but also to take care and protect his children. In Indonesia, some fathers do his main role as a breadwinner and often leave the responsibility to raise the children to mother who takes the role to raise the children and spent most of the time with them. But there are still fathers who are involved in child rearing. To do so, father should be able to overcome stress and bounce back from difficulties, which called resilience. Because stress and problems can affect the relation between father and children that make him unable to create warm and loving relation with children. The aims of this research is to describe father’s resilience in Siak Kecil District. The sample in this research are 347 father who has children between age 0-6 years old. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative approach. Result that can be concluded from the data analysis, the higher percentage of resilient indicators is reaching out 89, 09% the lowest percentage is emotion regulation 72.09%.Fathers is able to be related with others and ask for support when required.But they still need to develop the abilty to control emotion to be able to have a healthy relationship with others, especially their children.

Abstract

Abstract : This Research is based on low of self-confidence in children. Self-confidence has an important role in determining one's behavior. Good self-confidence will have a positive influence on the development of child assertive behavior. Without being supported by traits that reflect assertive behavior, the child will find it difficult to achieve something to the fullest and it will be difficult for him to achieve success. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and assertive behavior in children aged 5-6 years at TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru. This study is a quantitative study with a type of correlation research. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples with a sample of 90 people. The data collection technique used is the observation sheet. The data analysis techniques were used Pearson Product Moment Correlation techniques. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it is known from the correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.102 with a significance level of 0.039 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-confidence and assertive behavior. The level of the relationship is included in the very low category with the value of the determinant coefficient generated is 10%, it can be seen that self-confidence contributes 10% to assertive behavior.Keyword: Self-confidence, Assertive Behaviour

Abstract

Abstract: This study background due to the persistence of low self-concept in children. Self-concept has an important role in determining one's behavior. A good self-concept will have a positive impact on the development of children's independence. Without being supported by an independent nature, then the children will encounter difficulties in achieving something to its full potential and they will also find it difficult to succeed. This study aimed to find out the relationship between self-concept and independence in children aged 5-6 years old at Bintang Cendikia Islamic Leadership Preschool and Kindergarten 2 in Pekanbaru. This study was quantitative study with correlation study type. Sampling technique used in this study is a sample saturated with a total sample of 42 children. The data collection techniques were used observation sheets. The data analysis techniques were used Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Based on the hypothesis test result obtained correlation coefficient value of rxy = 0.643, it is greater than rtable = 0.304 (0,643 > 0,304) with significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Level relationship resides in the strong category with the resulting determinant coefficient value is of 41.4% it can be seen that the concept of self-contribution of 41.4% to independence.Keyword: Independence, self-concept

Abstract

Abstract : This research is based on the gross motor ability of children who are still relatively low, this is evidenced from 1) the existence of some children who are less able to do walking activities on the board with the equilibrium balance, 2) some children are less able to throw in a directional and jump pad apupun pedestal appropriately. As for the purpose in this penelitin is to know the game reflex army can improve the abusive motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Q Al-Ma'ruf Tampan Sub-district Pekanbaru City. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research with subject number of 16 children. Technique of collecting data using observation technique. Data analysis in this research is by using formula percentage. Based on the results of the study showed that the motor abilities of children before the cycle or pre cycle cycle reached an average of 42.38 with the category began to develop (MB), whereas in cycle I the abusive motor ability of children increased to 64.13 with BSH category, pre cycles to cycle 1 reached 51%, then the classroom action performed on cycle II rough motor abilities increased better to 74.05 with BSB category, and the increase from pre cycle to cycle II reached 76% percentage. With this result shows that the arts reflex game can improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Q Al-Ma'ruf Pekanbaru.Keywords : Ability, Crude Motoric, Reflective Game of the Army

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by childhood since children have learned how to behave socially in accordance with the expectations of those who are closest to him, namely his mother, father, siblings, and other family members. Such as family relations between the father and mother who are not harmonious, often fight in front of children, harsh treatment of children, too strict and curb children's freedom, all of which will greatly affect the development of children's personality and self-concept of children. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the self-concept of children aged 5-6 years in Harapan Maju Sibiruang Kindergarten, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar District. 2) To find out the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years in Harapan Maju Sibiruang Kindergarten, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar District. 3) To determine the relationship between self-concept and social behavior of children aged 5-6 years in Harapan Maju Sibiruang Kindergarten, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar District. The population in this study were all children in Harapan Maju Sibiruang Kindergarten Kamapar Kampar Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, as many as 27 teachers consisting of 3 classes. This type of research is correlative quantitative research. The sample in this study were 27 children. Based on hypothesis testing from the results of product moment correlation analysis, the value of rxy is 0.703. Correlation is interpreted using the table of r product moment values. From the calculation it is known that r count> r table for a significant level of 5% = 0.437> 0.273. This means that Ha can be accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that self-concept with social behavior has a positive relationship. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination are known that the self concept with social behavior of children in Harapan Maju Sibiruang Kindergarten Koto Kampar Hulu District is 49%, meaning that children's self-concept determines 49% of their social behavior while 50.6% of social behavior is determined by other variables.Key Words: Self concept, social behavior
