Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of internet use and bank lending on Aceh's economic growth. The data used are secondary in the form of panel data of 15 city districts in Aceh during the period 2010-2017. The analysis model used is Johanson Co-integration, Panel Vector Autoregressive (PVAR) and Granger Causality Test. The study found that there is no long-term relationship between internet use, bank lending, and economic growth. Bank credit has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The use of the internet has a positive and significant impact on bank lending but does not affect economic growth. Furthermore, economic growth and bank lending have a positive and significant effect on internet usage. Granger causality test results indicate that there is a one-way causality from bank credit to economic growth and internet use.Keywords: Economic Growth, Internet Use, Bank Credit, and Panel Vector Autoregressive

Abstract

Tracer studies are a method used by tertiary institutions to track, monitor, and supervise graduates that have been produced by tertiary institutions. These activities can make a performance measurement related to the implementation of education so far. Currently, the tracer study has been developed to become a system that can provide decisions and measure graduates using an intelligent agent (AI). In this study, the authors used a descriptive research method, namely developing an information system based on existing data and developed using PHP software, and the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) is a system development method. Researchers have implemented an AI integration framework in a web-based tracer study architecture. System evaluation is used as the next research iteration of the proposed decision support system, this study also aims to monitor graduates. With the existence of an intelligent system-based e-tracer study, it has become an evolution in studying artificial intelligence to support monitoring and as a tool in increasing graduates in Higher Education.Keywords:Systems Framework, Tracer study, Intelligent Systems, Web

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on online marketing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and is included in the type of library research. The output of this research is national and international journals. This research is expected to increase the growth of MSMEs through online marketing. The results of a literature review concluded that the coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on business actors around the world, including in Indonesia. Most business actors are forced to stop their business activities, because of policies issued by the government. This situation has an impact on reducing turnover. But on the other hand, there is a significant increase in online sales transactions so that it can become an opportunity for the growth of MSMEs by optimizing online marketing.

Abstract

It is considered important to research customer preferences when using sharia financial instruments (mudaraba, musharaka, muravaha). This is not only a management consideration for Islamic banks, but is also critically needed in efforts to self-determine marketing guidelines for Shariah financial products. The purpose of this study is to find out how customer preferences for Islamic financial products at Bank Muammalat contribute, whether there are differences in customer preferences based on the characteristics of financial products, and what characteristics of Islamic financial products. is to clarify whether has a more dominant influence. Customer's decision whether or not to use this bank's loan product. The respondents were 65 customers of Mudaraba, Musharaka and Murabaha financial products of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Banda Aceh branch. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Additionally, data were analyzed with nonparametric statistical tools using the Mann-Whitney method (U test). As a result, customers' preferences in availing Mudaraba, Musharaka and Murabaha financial products of Muamalat Bank Banda Aceh Branch are as follows: We found that it consists of public understanding, public information, and customer environment. Existence. Customer environmental factors are very important preference factors compared to other indicators. Based on statistical tests, Ho1, Ho2, Ho3, and Ho4 are accepted because we know that differences in gender, age, marital status, and education level do not make a difference in preference for the three financial instruments. Hypotheses Ha1, Ha2, Ha3, Ha4 are rejected. Conversely, differences in employment and median monthly income actually lead to differences in customer preferences for financial products. (Ha5, Ha6 are accepted and vice versa; Ho5, Ho6 are rejected). The conclusions drawn from this study are that customer preferences in using Islamic financial products are related to economic benefits, bank location, financial security, adherence to beliefs, profit sharing concept, religious understanding, public information, It is the customer environment. Among these preferences, the customer's environmental factor is the dominant preference compared to other factors

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of hope, optimism, and resilience on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bank Indonesian Syariah (Persero). Banda Aceh Branch. This study was conducted in the city of Banda Aceh, with a sample of 106 respondents, where the sampling used as respondents was carried out in the form of a census, that is, taking the entire population. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Banda Aceh Branch is the defendant. The data analyzed in this study are primary data, specifically in the form of popular questionnaires. The data were then processed by multivariate linear regression analysis using SPSS. The subjects of this study are hope, optimism and resilience as independent variables. Meanwhile, the dependent variable of this study is job satisfaction. The results of this study show that simultaneously the variables hope, optimism and resilience have a significant impact on the job satisfaction variable. In part, only the hope and resilience variables have a significant impact on the job satisfaction variable.

Abstract

One of the marketing elements that influences customer behavior is product management and promotion mix. Product management emphasizes that customers need certain types and service facilities, while promotion mix is ​​a promotional variable that uses a combination of flash, publicity, sales promotion and personal selling. It is hoped that customer perception can increase, by increasing the number of promotion mixes. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix on customer perceptions at the BTNS Bank Banda Aceh Branch Office. To obtain the required data and information, research was carried out directly at the Operational office of Bank BTNS (Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah), Jl. Daud Bereueh, Banda Aceh. The object of this research is the influence of Promotion Mix on customer perceptions, while the respondents in this research were 100 people. Simultaneous research results show that all the variables studied have a significant effect on customer perceptions at Bank BTNS Banda Aceh Branch, this is because the Fcount > Ftable value is obtained at a significance level of α = 5%. Meanwhile, partially (as a whole) the influence of the variables advertising (X1), publicity (X2), selling personnel (X3), Sales Promotion (X4) has a significant influence on customer perceptions of Bank BTNS Banda Aceh Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to build a website-based program model for the creation of a website-based information system for assignment warrants and official travel warrants. For the application development process using the waterfall model, and data flow diagrams are used for logical data flow diagrams to describe the system to be proposed. The conclusions from the results of this study are; 1) The official travel order information system at the AMIK Indonesia Campus was developed to facilitate the processing of SPPD information for staff so that it becomes more effective and efficient, and 2) The official travel order information system at the AMIK Indonesia Campus was developed web-based using PHP and Mysql as databases thus producing SPPD input forms, employee data input forms, provincial, district and SPPD reports.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of service to customers, Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch tries to identify the needs and desires of customers by creating good and superior service quality and trying to provide satisfactory service to customers, seen from cultural factors between customers and the magnitude of service quality, so that all problems and obstacles are handled well and detected quickly and the risks that may be faced will be reduced. Therefore, several problems were identified whether cultural factors affect the dimensions of service quality at Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch and which cultural dimension factors are dominant in influencing the dimensions of service quality at Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch To obtain data and information, the author conducted a study by taking a location at. Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch Jl. T. Nyak Arief while the object of this study is research on factors that affect the dimensions of service quality in this case is the cultural dimension factor carried out in the city of Banda Aceh. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch. While the sample in this study was determined by the sampling method. The sampling method used is Quota Sampling with a total of 50 respondents. Based on the results of the discussion, it is obtained a hypothesis that accepts the alternative hypothesis as part of the factors that influence the dimensions of service quality of Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch, because the results of simultaneous testing obtained F count of 10,426 while F table at the significance level α = 5% is 2,427. This shows that F count> F table, with a significance of 0.000. This proves that the variables of Power Distance, Individualism, Masculinity, Uncertainty Avoidance and Long-Term Orientation together have a significant effect on the service quality dimensions of Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch. From the results of the t-test (partially) it shows that only three variables are significant, namely the Power Distance variable, the Individualism variable and the Long-Term Orientation variable and each independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Factors that influence the service quality dimensions of Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch because it has a t-count value that is greater than the t-table value and the other two variables, namely the Masculinity variable and the Uncertainty Avoidance variable, have a low significance value to influence the service quality dimensions of Bank Central Asia Syariah Banda Aceh Branch.

Abstract

The information system for damaged house data in Tangse District is designed to facilitate the management of damaged house data efficiently and accurately. This system aims to replace the manual process still in use by implementing computer-based software, enabling the data entry and processing of damaged houses to be carried out more quickly and easily. The system includes several key features, namely data input for damaged houses, data search, and report generation. Users can input data regarding damaged houses, search for previously entered data, and generate reports for printing. The process begins with user login, followed by the selection of the main menu to choose the desired function. The system is implemented using software such as Microsoft Access and Visual Basic, with normalization concepts applied to ensure data is well-organized and consistent. Evaluation results show that this system enhances work efficiency and data accuracy in managing damaged house information, providing convenience for the head of the subdistrict and related officers in making more precise decisions.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including education. The integration of technology in Quranic education offers great potential to enhance the quality of learning. This study aims to develop a workshop focusing on the implementation of the Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) method in Quranic instruction. The workshop is designed to equip educators with technical skills in utilizing educational technology, such as interactive tajwid simulators, audio tools, and automatic evaluation systems. Research indicates that the use of technology can significantly improve student motivation and the effectiveness of Quranic education. Akrami (2024) found that mobile-based applications effectively enhance student learning outcomes, while Hakimi (2024) emphasized the importance of flexible and interactive approaches in teaching. Through this workshop, educators are expected to apply technology effectively within Quranic curricula, thereby improving teaching quality and enriching students' learning experiences.
