Abstract

إن السفر جزء لا مفر منه في الحياة الإنسانية، سواء كان للعبادة والعمل والجاجات البشرية أو غير ذلك من الأغراض. وفي الإسلام أحكام مختلفة تُحكّم السفر، منها حكم سفر المرأة بدون محرمها. تُعَدُّ مسألة سفر المرأة بغير محرم من القضايا الفقهية التي دار حولها الجدل بين العلماء قديمًا وحديثًا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل فتوى مجلس الترجيح للجمعية المحمدية في سفر المرأءة بغير محرمها من منظور الإجتهاد التعليلي أو نظرية تعليل الأحكام الشرعية. وقد استنتج الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة بأن مجلس الترجيح والتجديد التابع للجمعية المحمدية أفتى بجواز سفر المرأة بغير محرمها إذا كان يحقق الحاجات التي في تفويتها تفويتٌ لمصلحة المرأة والمجتمع، بشرط الاحتياط التام لمسألة أمن الفتنة، مراعاةً لواقع الفقه الاجتماعي، وعملا بنظرية تعليل الأحكام الشرعية، وأخذا بفقه الواقع المتمثل في تغير الفتوى بتغير الزمان والأحوال.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) regarding the phenomenon of interfaith marriage in Indonesia, which is currently a hot issue and is often discussed and even debated. The theory used to analyze the fatwa is the theory of the concept of maālāt al-af'āl, which is an approach used to predict and glance at the possible consequences that will arise from an act. This qualitative research focused on library research which is descriptive-analytical based on text studies. In this case, the researcher uses the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) on interfaith marriage as primary data. In comparison, the secondary data were from fiqh books, ushul fiqh, and maqaşid as-syarī'ah. This study uses a content analysis approach (content analysis). This method was used to draw conclusions through efforts to bring up the characteristics of the message, which was carried out objectively and systematically. The results show that the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) forbids interfaith marriages absolutely, both non-Muslim men marrying Muslim women or Muslim men marrying Ahl al-Kitāb women, although the majority of madzhab scholars are of the opinion that it is permissible to marry Ahl al-Kitāb women for Muslim men. This shows that the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) has theoretically and practically implemented the concept of maālāt al-af'āl in the process of ijtihād and the adoption of Islamic law by predicting the impact of the marriage, such as the emergence of various problems in the household such as the implementation of worship, the future of beliefs and children's education, food arrangements, and practices related to religious traditions. Abstract

This article describes a strategy for improving teachers' competencies through training in the creation of interactive learning media. The research involved 15 teachers from SMA Muhammadiyah Kasihan Bantul as respondents. This evaluative study used pre-test and post-test methods to assess the effectiveness of the training program in creating interactive learning media using the Book Creator and Blooket platforms. The choice of Book Creator and Blooket as learning media was based on their ease of use, which allows for the creation of engaging graphic designs and content that supports interactive and innovative learning. The results of the training activities showed a significant improvement in the teachers' competencies. Before the training, the average knowledge and skills of the teachers in using learning media was only 65%. However, after the workshop, there was a significant increase, with the post-test results showing an average improvement in teacher competencies to 92.5%. Based on these evaluation results, it can be concluded that the training activities were effective in enhancing teachers' competencies, particularly in using interactive media technologies in the learning process. By utilizing platforms like Book Creator, teachers can create more engaging, creative, and student-centered learning materials, thus supporting the achievement of optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

Hadith mauqūf is a prophet tradition whose chain of transmission only reaches the companions of the Prophet Muhammad, without continuing to the Prophet. In the study of ushul fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), there are different views regarding the validity of hadith mauqūf in matters of worship. Some scholars accept the hadith mauqūf as proof while others reject them, especially in aspects related to the provision of Shari'ah laws. This paper aims to analyse the position of hadith mauqūf in the law of worship and review their validity from the perspective of ushul fiqh. The results of the study show that some scholars accept hadith mauqūf as evidence if there is a strong indication that the companions did not argue on the basis of personal thoughts, while others reject it because in worship there must be direct evidence from the Prophet Muhammad. The ushul fiqh approach shows that hadith mauqūf can be used as evidence in matters of worship if they fulfil certain rules, especially if there are indications that the companions attributed their opinions to the sunnah of the Prophet SAW.

Abstract

Women in Islam have a special obligation, namely the obligation to wear Hijab. Allah swt ordered it to maintain the dignity of a woman so that no eye would see what a woman should not look at. However, the development of the times affects human lifestyles, especially for Muslimah in hijab, the term hijab OOTD appears. Outfit Out The Day or commonly called OOTD, is an outfit or personal clothing that a person chooses and wears for their daily activities. With that, the OOTD hijab is a hijab that has become a choice and is used by a Muslimah in her daily life, whether she follows the trend or not. The existence of the ṡaub al-syuhrah hadith and the emergence of the OOTD hijab phenomenon are interesting discussions for the author. Through qualitative research with the type of library research and descriptive-analytic analysis, accompanied by takhrij al-hadiṡ and ma'ani al-hadi theories, then the ṡaub al-syuhrah hadith is examined in the context of its writing on the OOTD hijab phenomenon. The existence of the ṡaub al-syuhrah hadith and the emergence of the OOTD hijab phenomenon are interesting discussions for the author. Through qualitative research with library research methods and descriptive-analytic analysis, accompanied by takhrij al-hadiṡ and ma'ani al-hadiṡ theories, then the ṡaub al-syuhrah hadith is examined in the context of its writing on the OOTD hijab phenomenon. The hadith of ṡaub al-syuhrah is assessed as a hasan/ hasan liġairihi hadith and can be used as evidence. Contextualization of the hadith of ṡaub al-syuhrah towards the OOTD hijab phenomenon, namely if it is used with the intention of boasting, takabbur, sum'ah, even to the point of wanting to be praised and seeking popularity, it includes ṡaub al-syuhrah. Whereas the essence of wearing the hijab is that it is adjusted to the syariah and becomes the intention as a cover for the genitals. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to be able to add insight, especially for Muslimah in this era when the OOTD hijab trend is still worn based on the basics of Islamic Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moderate attitude (washathiyyah) that characterizes religious understanding in the Muhammadiyah Movement, especially in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic, which until now has not ended. Muhammadiyah through its fatwa institutions, the Majelis Tarjih dan Tajdid have issued circulars or guidelines for the implementation of worship during the covid-19 pandemic, as a form of response to the problems that arise in the midst of a very diverse society in responding to the conditions of this covid pandemic, there are some people who are indifferent even underestimate the issue of this pandemic, by not complying with the health protocols that have been made by the government there are also some others who are too excessive in responding to it, resulting in looting or hoarding of goods, even panic buying that occurs in several places. So, this is where the role of Muhammadiyah as a moderate Islamic movement is to contribute both morally and materially, one of which is by providing moderate religious understanding in responding to this pandemic. This research includes qualitative research that focuses on library research which is descriptive analytical based on text studies,In this case, the researchers made Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Circular Number 02/EDR/1.0/E/2020, regarding Worship Guidelines. In the Covid-19 Emergency and several other Tarjih fatwas related to guidelines for the implementation of worship during the Covid-19 pandemic as primary data.To analyze the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis using the method of content analysis. This method is used to draw conclusions through efforts to bring out the characteristics of the message which is carried out objectively and systematically.

Abstract

The purpose this study is to discuss and uncover the urgency of understanding the hadith based on sociological conditions and the conclusion of Islamic law from it and show some examples related to it. The researcher hopes that this study will bring great benefits and great importance whether theoretical or applied contribute to it in a practical intellectual contribution to religious progress and the modern jurisprudence. This research is a qualitative inductive research, its main sources are the six Hadith books, and secondary sources are books of the principles of jurisprudence and the purposes of Sharia and information contained in magazines and websites and others. This research uses the analytical approach, so that it is used to highlight the characteristics of messages that are implemented objectively and systematically.
