Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the urgency of the understanding of hadith rukyatu al-hil?l in a more comprehensive and contextual manner within the framework of Maq?shid Syar?ah. This is because the understanding of the hadith rukyatu al-hil?l has an impact on the method of determining the entry of the early qamariyah months, especially those related to worship such as the fasting of Ramadhan, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. There are many hadith about the Prophet's order to see the new moon in order to find out the entry of the fasting month of Ramadan as well as the Eid-ul-Fitr festivities, because rukyat at that time was the only method for determining the entry earlier that month.  There is no doubt that the aim of Islamic law is to realize the benefit of mankind in the world and the hereafter and keep away all forms of difficulties. While, understanding the hadith of the rukyatu al-hil?l and their implementation textually sometimes cause confusion and difficulties as well as differences that often occur in the determination of the beginning of the month of qamariayah, especially those related to fasting, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

The researcher hopes that this study will bring great benefits and great importance whether theoretical or applied contribute to it in a practical intellectual contribution to religious progress and the modern jurisprudence. This research is a qualitative inductive research, its main sources are the six Hadith books, and secondary sources are books of the principles of jurisprudence and the purposes of Sharia and information contained in magazines and websites and others. This research uses the analytical approach, so that it is used to highlight the characteristics of messages that are implemented objectively and systematically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of Tarikh (history) learning based on local wisdom, (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of Tarikh learning based on local wisdom in Class IX at SMP (Junior High School) Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta The type of this research approach is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the activities of teachers and students during the Tarikh learning process. The object of this research was local wisdom in Tarikh learning method in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Data were obtained through observation of learning activities, interviews, field notes, and documentation in the form of pictures of learning activities. Data analysis techniques included the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data was obtained through triangulation. The results of this study indicate things as follows: (1) the implementation of Tarikh learning in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta is in accordance with the local wisdom of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, (2) the supporting factors for the implementation of Tarikh learning based on local wisdom in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta are adequate learning facility and students? awareness of the importance of preserving history and culture, while the inhibiting factors for implementing Tarikh learning based on local wisdom in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta are classroom atmosphere, the number of subject matter, and the lack of student motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam hadis tentang anjuran menceritakan kisah Bani Israil, yaitu hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam al-Tirmidzi nomor 2873. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan takhrij al-hadits, redaksi hadis tersebut dapat dijadikan hujjah karena termasuk dalam kategori hadis sahih. Melalui ilmu ma‘ani al-hadits didapati bahwa secara lingusitik hadis tersebut berisikan perintah yang berlaku bagi umat muslim untuk memberitakan apa yang dibawa oleh Nabi, memberitakan Bani Israil, dan larangan berdusta. Melalui pendekatan historis ditemukan bahwa hadis ini disabdakan Nabi karena sudah tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadap akidah Bani israil yang menyimpang. Melalui pendekatan konfirmatif didapati banyak ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dan hadis yang mendukung hadis yang diteliti. Melalui pendekatan yuridis didapati bahwa berbohong adalah termasuk dari akhlak tercela yang membahayakan individu dan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan etis didapati bahwa Islam merupakan agama yang sempurna, dan selalu mengajak pemeluknya untuk bersikap dengan akhlak mulia dan menjauhi akhklak tercela. Setelah melakukan kontekstualisasi hadis, hasil analisis menunjukkan hadis tersebut relevan dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, yaitu nilai pendidikan akidah, syariat, dan akhlak. [Islamic Education Values in the Hadith about the Suggestion of Telling the Story of Israel’s Children: the Study of Ma‘ani al-Hadith. This study aims to reveal the values of Islamic education in the hadith about the suggestion of telling the story of Israel’s children, which is the hadith narrated by Imam al-Tirmidzi number 2873. This type of research was library research. The data collection method used was the documentation method. Then it was analyzed using descriptive-analytic methods. The results showed that with takhrij al-hadith, the editorial of the hadith could be made as hujja (allegation of law) because it belongs to the category of shahih hadith (authentic hadith). Through the science of ma‘ani al-hadith it was found that linguistically this hadith contains instructions that apply to Muslims to preach what was brought by the Prophet, preach the Children of Israel, and the prohibition of lying. Through a historical approach, it is found that this hadith was conveyed by the Prophet because there were no worries about the deviant creed of the Children of Israel. Through a confirmatory approach, it is found that many verses of the Qur’an and hadith support the hadith under study. Through a juridical approach, it is found that lying is among the despicable morals that endanger individuals and society. Through an ethical approach, it was found that Islam is a perfect religion, and always invites its adherents to behave with noble morals and avoid despicable morality. After contextualizing the hadith, the results of the analysis show that the hadith is relevant to the values of Islamic education, namely the value of the education of faith, sharia, and morals.]

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the role of ulumul hadith studies in responding to contemporary problems, specifically to discuss the concept of hadith maudh?, as well as its relevance and contextualization in helping and responding to news or information in the digital era, especially in dealing with hoaxes, where there are similarities of motives, indicators, and solutions to eradicate them. The results of this research are expected to be useful and contribute both practically and theoretically. The practical benefits of this research are expected to be able to provide encouragement and motivation to Muslims to always study vast treasures (khazanah) of Islamic science, especially in the ulumul hadith studies, so that a moderate Islamic society is realized and always prioritizes caution and clarification in accepting and disseminating news and information in this digital era. The type of this research included qualitative research, and its primary sources were the principles ulumul hadith books which discussed about hadith maudh?. Additionally, its secondary sources were the information contained in journals, websites, and others. This research used content analysis approach. The child starts his external relationship with him through listening. It is known that the skill of listening is necessary in human life, because it is the means of communication between people in the way of earning vocabulary, and learn the types of sentences and structures, knowledge of ideas and concepts, etc., the prerequisite for this skill is the ability of the listener to distinguish audible voices. It is true that a student may read and write in a foreign language without improving the communicative aspect of hearing comprehension and speech, but he remains unable to use the language correctly. In addition, the method of teaching listening skills to students, especially non-Arabic speakers, is more important than the listening skill itself, so that the method is more important than the material. Therefore, the teachers of Arabic language for non-native speakers must pay attention to the attention during their teaching of great interest. This research discusses the role of listening skill and teaching method for non-Arabic speakers through the book of the series of Arabic language instruction issued by Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Saudi Arabia, so that this book is taught in various universities and institutes of Arabic language teaching in Indonesia.Keywords: Mahārah al-Istimā’, Tadrīs al-Lughah, Kitāb Silsilahتدريس مهارة الاستماع لغير الناطقين بالعربية من خلال كتاب "سلسلة تعليم اللغة العربية "فجر رحمادانيجامعة محمدية يوكياكرتاfajarrachmadhani@umy.ac.idالملخصتعتبر مهارة الاستماع أولى المهارات وأهمها التي يمر بها الطفل في اكتساب لغة الأم، كما أن الاستماع هو الفن الأول الذي يتعامل معه الطفل، فالطفل يبدأ علاقاته الخارجية بمن حوله عن طريق الاستماع ، فتبدأ مهارات الاستماع بالنمو قبل غيرها. ومن المعلوم أن مهارة الاستماع شيء لازم في حياة الانسان، لأنها وسيلة الاتصال بين الناس بطريقة كسب المفردات، ويتعلم أنواع الجمل والتراكيب، معرفة الأفكار والمفاهيم وغير ذلك، فالشرط الأساسي لهذه المهارة هو قدرة السامع بتمييز الأصوات المسموعة. صحيح، أن الطالب قد يقرأ ويكتب في اللغة الأجنبية من غير أن يحسن الجانب الإتصالي من فهم مسموع وكلام، ولكنه يبقى غير قادر على استخدام اللغة استخداما صحيحا. إضافة إلى ذلك، أن طريقة تدريس مهارة الاستماع للطالب وخاصة لغير الناطقين بالعربية أهم من مهارة الاستماع نفسها، بحيث أن الطريقة أهم من المادة. لذا يجب على مدرسي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها أن يهتم الجانب الاستماعي خلال تدريسهم اهتماما بالغا. يتحدث هذا البحث عن دور مهارة الاستماع وطريقة تدريسها لغير الناطقين بغير العربية من خلال كتاب سلسلة تعليم اللغة العربية أصدرته جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، بحيث أن هذا الكتاب يدرس في شتى الجامعات ومعاهد تعليم اللغة العربية في إندونيسيا.الكلمات الرئيسية : مهارة الاستماع، تدريس اللغة العربية، كتاب سلسلة.

Abstract

 يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أهمية فهم السنة النبوية واستنباط الأحكام الشرعية منها في ضوء أسبابها وملابساتها ومقاصدها والأوضاع الاجتماعية التي تتعلق بها، وذكر بعض النماذج التطبيقية في فهم السنة في ضوء أوضاعها الاجتماعية. يرجو الباحث أن تأتي هذه الدراسة بفوائد عظيمة وأهمية كبيرة نظرية كانت أو تطبيقية تسهم به إسهاما فكريا عمليا في التقدم الديني والتطرر الفقهي والحديث. هذا البحث هو البحث النوعي الاستقرائي، مصادره الأساسية هي كتب الحديث الستة، كما أن مصادرها الثانوية هي كتب أصول الفقه ومقاصد الشريعة والمعلومات الواردة في المجلات والمواقع الإلكترونية وغيرها. يستخدم هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي، بحيث أنه يستخدم لإبراز خصائص الرسائل التي يتم تنفيذها بشكل موضوعي ومنهجي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأوضاع الاجتماعية، فهم السنة، استنباط الأحكام الشرعية The purpose this study is to discuss and uncover the urgency of understanding the hadith based on sociological conditions and the conclusion of Islamic law from it and show some examples related to it. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moderate attitude (washathiyyah) that characterizes religious understanding in the Muhammadiyah Movement, especially in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic, which until now has not ended. Muhammadiyah through its fatwa institutions, the Majelis Tarjih dan Tajdid have issued circulars or guidelines for the implementation of worship during the covid-19 pandemic, as a form of response to the problems that arise in the midst of a very diverse society in responding to the conditions of this covid pandemic, there are some people who are indifferent even underestimate the issue of this pandemic, by not complying with the health protocols that have been made by the government there are also some others who are too excessive in responding to it, resulting in looting or hoarding of goods, even panic buying that occurs in several places. So, this is where the role of Muhammadiyah as a moderate Islamic movement is to contribute both morally and materially, one of which is by providing moderate religious understanding in responding to this pandemic. This research includes qualitative research that focuses on library research which is descriptive analytical based on text studies, In this case, the researchers made Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Circular Number 02/EDR/1.0/E/2020, regarding Worship Guidelines. In the Covid-19 Emergency and several other Tarjih fatwas related to guidelines for the implementation of worship during the Covid-19 pandemic as primary data. To analyze the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis using the method of content analysis. This method is used to draw conclusions through efforts to bring out the characteristics of the message which is carried out objectively and systematically. الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الموقف الوسطي الذي أصبح سمة من سمات الجمعية المحمدية وخصائصها، وخاصة في حالة انتشار جائحة كوفيد-19. لقد أصدرت الجمعية المحمدية من خلال مجلس الترجيح والتجديد التابع لها الفتاوى والإرشادات في أداء العبادات أثناء جائحة كوفيد-19، استجابة للمشاكل التي يواجهها المجتمع الإندونيسي في شتى مواقفهم تجاه هذه الجائحة، منهم الأشخاص الذين لا يبالون بل يقللون من شأن قضية هذه الجائحة، من خلال عدم الامتثال للنظم الصحية التي وضعتها الحكومة، وبعض الآخر يبالغون في الاستجابة لها، مما يؤدي إلى نهب البضائع أو احتكارها، والشراء الذعر الذي حدث في العديد من الأماكن. فمن هنا، كان للجمعية المحمدية -بصفتها حركة إسلامية وسطية- دور هام  في المساهمة معنويًا كان أو وماديًا، من خلال توفير المفاهيم الدينية الوسطية للمجتمع في الاستجابة لهذه الجائحة.  يعتبر هذا البحث بحثا نوعيا بحيث يركز على البحث في المكتبات وهو بحث تحليلي وصفي يعتمد على دراسات نصية، وفي هذه الدراسة قام الباحث بدراسة منشور القيادة المركزية المحمدية رقم 02 / EDR / 1.0 / E / 2020  بشأن إرشادات العبادات خلال جائجة كوفيد-19 كبيانات أولية. ولتحليل البيانات استخدم الباحث المنهج التحليل النوعي بحيث تستخدم هذه الطريقة لاستخلاص النتائج من خلال الجهود المبذولة لإخراج خصائص الرسالة التي يتم تنفيذها بشكل موضوعي ومنهجي.
