Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas masalah menjadi signifikan di Indonesia, dengan sepeda motor mencatatkan jumlah keterlibatan tertinggi. Berdasarkan data dari IRMS Korlantas Polri, lebih dari 79.000 kecelakaan terjadi pada periode Januari hingga Agustus 2024, dengan pengendara sepeda motor berisiko tinggi terlibat. Salah satu penyebab utama adalah kantuk pengendara, yang menurunkan konsentrasi dan kemampuan reaksi, sehingga meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengembangkan solusi yang dapat mendeteksi kantuk pengendara secara akurat demi meningkatkan keselamatan berkendara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem deteksi kantuk yang nantinya akan digunakan pada helm pengendara sepeda motor. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi teknologi untuk mengirimkan informasi posisi pengendara ke kontak keluarga melalui aplikasi Telegram jika pengendara terdeteksi dalam kondisi tidur. Metode penelitian meliputi perancangan sistem deteksi kantuk, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian untuk memastikan akurasi deteksi kantuk serta akurasi pengiriman informasi melalui aplikasi Telegram.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus pencurian sepeda motor menunjukkan bahwa sistem keamanan konvensional seperti kunci kontak manual dan kunci stang mekanik tidak lagi efektif. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem keamanan sepeda motor berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mengintegrasikan autentikasi biometrik, pelacakan GPS, dan kontrol kunci stang otomatis. Autentikasi dilakukan menggunakan sensor sidik jari pada smartphone, sementara pelacakan lokasi kendaraan menggunakan modul GPS Neo-6M. Mekanisme penguncian stang dikendalikan oleh aktuator solenoid yang terhubung ke mikrokontroler ESP32. Seluruh sistem dioperasikan melalui aplikasi smartphone berbasis Kodular dan dilengkapi dengan antarmuka web lokal serta notifikasi Telegram. ESP32 berperan sebagai pusat kendali sistem dengan dukungan koneksi Bluetooth dan WiFi, serta berkomunikasi dengan layanan cloud ThingSpeak untuk penyimpanan data. Pengguna dapat mengaktifkan atau menonaktifkan motor serta mengontrol kunci stang melalui perintah suara atau sentuhan. Pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mengenali pengguna dengan cepat, mengontrol kunci stang secara otomatis, serta mendeteksi dan memberi notifikasi ketika terjadi pergerakan mencurigakan. Hasilnya, sistem ini dinyatakan efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai solusi keamanan sepeda motor berbasis IoT yang praktis dan inovatif.

Abstract

This article is a community service journal as a form of activity report in the implementation of higher education tridharma activities. This service is the application of IOT in the placement and classification of fish quality. The circulation model and selection of quality fish are only given a place and a label so that it allows the misuse of fish by related parties, either repacking or selling actions that do not comply with company standards. In solving problems with the company, we provide service in the form of making prototypes of fish placement media and supervision in the form of direct monitoring to superiors through cloud control by obtaining information on recording the date of entry and exit of fish from the container and also the name of the person in charge of Quality control, so that it can be used to support quality fish and also to maintain the availability of these fish. In this system, informants are determined based on an implementation study, namely the company management. Analysis and mitigation of supply chain risk has an impact on sales and inventory, with the existence of this program it is hoped that it can assist companies in implementing product quality determination. Abstract

This article about community service activities discusses the transformation of the electromedical profession as a response to technological developments in the management of electromedical equipment with the aim of improving the quality of health services. This transformation includes changes in the roles, skills and responsibilities of electromedical professionals to adapt and optimize increasingly complex electromedical equipment. The results of this workshop show that the transformation of the electromedical profession has a positive impact on the management of electromedical equipment and the quality of health services. Electromedical professionals involved in this transformation experience increased competency and effectiveness in caring for, maintaining, and repairing electromedical equipment. Apart from that, the application of the latest technology also allows for more efficient monitoring and management of electromedical equipment. Abstract

A power analysis and performance study of a vehicle safety system combines vehicle contactor control, battery voltage monitoring, and an automatic disconnect feature to maintain power stability. Quantitative system performance measurements using statistical and probability approaches included connection reliability, voltage drop patterns, current distribution, and the relationship between operating time and power consumption. A total of 300 observation data sets were collected from a controlled testing process. The results show that battery voltage drop follows a negative linear trend with a correlation coefficient of -0.54, indicating a moderate relationship between load duration and voltage degradation. Analysis of relay response probabilities and WiFi connectivity showed a 96.3% success rate and a 3.7% probability of connection failure under standard network conditions. The distribution of errors in voltage measurements tended to follow a log-normal pattern based on the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test. The findings confirm that the safety control system performs stably in most test scenarios, but requires specific optimization when peak currents occur

Abstract

The perception of complexity and a lack of real-world relevance often hinder elementary school students' interest in robotics. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of creative project-based learning in building a strong foundation in robotics and enhancing student engagement at SD Margorejo 1 Surabaya. By integrating design thinking principles and project-based learning, this approach sought to create authentic and meaningful learning experiences. Employing a qualitative case study methodology with a participatory action research design, fifth-grade students were involved in a series of robotics projects designed to address real-world problems in their local environment. Data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and project artifact analysis. The findings revealed that creative project-based learning significantly increased students' interest in robotics. Students not only grasped fundamental robotics concepts but also developed critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills. Moreover, this approach effectively strengthened students' understanding of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) concepts and fostered awareness of robotics' relevance in daily life. This study concludes that creative project-based learning is an effective strategy for building a strong robotics foundation and cultivating student interest at the elementary school level.
