Abstract

Funding and accountability have always been a major problem in financial management of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the financial management of education at MTs. Wihdatul Fikri on the aspect of funding sources and accountability of Madrasah. This research was a qualitative research using a case study method. The data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and in-depth interview. The results showed that 1) MTs. Wihdatul Fikri relied on tuition fees on BOS from government (the government fund from 2014 to 2016 was Rp. 207,850,000); 2) from 2014 to 2016 other sources of funds received by MTs. Wihdatul Fikri only came from IP and individuals which was lower than those from government (it was only Rp. 69,200,000); 3) the accountability of MTs. Wihdatul Fikri was low because there was no transparency in the report of madrasah accountability, either related to BOS funds or other funds from IP.

Abstract

Skabies merupakan infeksi kulit yang disebabkan oleh tungau Sarcoptes scabiei varietas hominis. Prevalensi skabies biasanya meningkat 3,6 kali lebih tinggi pada tempat dengan jumlah penghuni padat seperti asrama, panti asuhan, pondok pesantren, dan penjara. Belum pernah ada penyuluhan dan penelitian mengenai skabies di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ikhlas NW Desa Sajang, Kecamatan Sembalun. Berdasarkan informasi dari Kepala Sekolah dan Pemilik Pondok angka kejadian skabies cukup tinggi dan hampir menjangkit seluruh santri. Program kerja Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan edukasi kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan memberikan edukasi kepada santri dan santriwati mengenai pencegahan penularan dan pengobatan skabies. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Januari 2023. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi yang diikuti oleh 61 peserta dengan rangkaian kegiatan meliputi pre-test, pemutaran video edukasi, gambaran kasus skabies, dan penyampaian materi mengenai skabies. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pre-test dengan instrumen penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat pengetahuan santri termasuk kategori cukup baik sebanyak 21 orang (34,43%), kurang baik sebanyak 30 orang (49,18%), dan baik sebanyak 10 orang (16,39%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan mayoritas santri termasuk dalam katagori kurang baik 49,18%. Kata kunci: Skabies, Sajang, Pencegahan, Pengobatan, Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Developing critical thinking skills in Arabic language learning is currently a curriculum requirement, but the quality of the assessment instruments in textbooks is often suboptimal in stimulating these skills. This study aims to identify gaps (needs analysis) in the assessment instruments for Tashbih (التشبيه) material in the Balāghah Grade XII Madrasah Aliyah Religious Specialization textbook as a basis for formulating an innovative assessment model based on Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The method used was Qualitative Content Analysis of 28 Tashbih questions in the textbook, which was carried out by classifying the questions according to Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy (C1-C6) and the measurement’s focus. The results revealed a significant gap: the majority of assessment instruments (85%) were dominated by low cognitive levels (LOTS/C1-C2) and intermediate levels (MOTS/C3), focusing on memorization and simple identification of the pillars of Tashbih. Conversely, the measurement of the ability to analyze rhetorical functions, evaluate context, and create (HOTS: C4, C6) only reached 15%. Based on these findings, this study recommends the conceptualization of a Tashbih Rhetorical Analysis Project Assessment Model. This prototype model focuses on HOTS-based instruments that require students to compare, evaluate, and create Tashbih in authentic texts (Al-Qur’an/Hadith), supported by an assessment rubric that measures the depth of meaning analysis (Wajhu Shabh). This conceptualization is expected to serve as a guide for assessment innovation to improve students’ critical thinking skills in understanding Balāghah.
