Abstract

Bali Barat National Park is one of the tourist destinations on the island of Bali which was developed as a place of research, development of science and education, supporting cultivation, tourism, and recreation. The objectives of this article include: (1) knowing the evergreen forest conditions in Bali Barat National Park, (2) knowing the conservation activities that have been carried out, and (3) knowing the contribution of Motif Awan (participatory models of tourists) in maintaining conservation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with triangulation validity test The results showed that the evergreen forest conditions in Bali Barat National Park were good, there was little damage but not so much. Existing ecosystems can improve themselves. Conservation efforts carried out include security patrols, monitoring of Bali curves, and clean environmental actions. Community involvement in conservation efforts is successful in conservation efforts and provides optimal results. Visitor participation is needed to maintain the Bali Barat National Park  area, especially in relation to waste and ecosystem sustainability.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities, there are several educational facilities to support learning activities, one of which is that the use of learning media is still very lacking. This research aims to describe the application and analyze learning outcomes, as well as determine student responses regarding the application of a learning media guidebook based on volcano replicas. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample for this research is class X IPS 3. The variables of this research are the suitability of learning media, the process of applying media in geography learning, and student learning outcomes. Data collection methods are observation, tests, questionnaires, documentation. In this research, data analysis uses N-gain analysis. Based on the results of N-Gain analysis of 30 students. The majority of students (77%) experienced an increase in the medium category, while a small number of students (6%) experienced an increase in the low category, and a group of students (17%) experienced an increase in the high category. The N-Gain value ranges from 0.286 to 0.833, overall the average student increase is 0.512, indicating a sufficient increase in learning outcomes. Implementation of learning using replica-based media based on learning outcomes obtained an average score of 84.16. while in the class implementing learning activities using the lecture method, the average score was 68.16. So media and media application activities can have an influence on learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji struktur cerpen, nilai-nilai sosial tokoh cerpen, dan nilai-nilai sosial tokoh dalam cerpen “Nasihat-Nasihat” karya A.A. Navis yang dikaitkan dengan bahan ajar sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi intrinsik serta dialektika relasional milik Faruk (2021). Objek penelitian adalah cerpen “Nasihat-Nasihat” dan data diperoleh dari kutipan-kutipan yang mengandung nilai-nilai sosial.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan cerpen memiliki struktur alur maju dengan konflik kompleks, tokoh utama yang mengalami perkembangan karakter, serta latar yang mendukung tema. Nilai sosial yang ditemukan meliputi hormat kepada orang tua, kesetiaan, kepedulian, dan keterbukaan terhadap perubahan. Temuan ini berfungsi sebagai landasan pengembangan modul sastra berbasis Problem Based Learning dan Contextual Teaching & Learning pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Kata kunci: Bahan ajar, cerpen, nilai sosial   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the structure of the short story, the social values ​​of the characters in the short story, and the social values ​​of the characters in the short story "Nasihat-Nasihat" by A.A Navis which are associated with literary teaching materials. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses the intrinsic content analysis approach and Faruk's relational dialectics (2021). The object of the study was the short story "Nasihat-Nasihat" and data was obtained from quotations containing social values. The results of the study showed that the short story has a progressive plot structure with complex conflicts, main characters who experience character development, and a setting that supports the theme. The social values ​​found include respect for parents, loyalty, caring, and openness to change. These findings are the basis for the development of literature modules based on Problem-Based Learning and Contextual Teaching & Learning in the Merdeka Curriculum Keyword: Teaching materials,  short stories, social values
