Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition in the Hospitality industry. Various strategies can be chosen to be implemented by the managers of hotels in order to compete and continue to grow in line with consumer demands. Understand the hotel is in developing or not developing governance is a step that should always be done. Hotel Bhinneka Gresik pricing policy, which offered relatively cheap prices for the intended market segment is medium. Relatively low prices and satisfactory service is supported, so the company has hopes that consumers have decided to stay at this hotel, and this course meets the basic objectives of the company’s profits.Referring to the fact that researchers interested in conducting research on “The Influence of Price and Service Satisfaction Of Customer To Stay In Hotel Unity in Gresik”. The purpose of this study were: To determine whether there is significant influence between price and service to customer satisfaction Unity Hotel in Gresik.The population of this study is the overall consumer who stay at the Hotel Bhinneka Gresik. Because the population is too much then the pen entuan number of samples using the purposive random sampling using the formula of Nursalam and obtained a sample of 97 people many consumers. The variables in this study consisted of the cost of the service as independent variables and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis secara parsial hubungan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Dwi Tunggal Abadi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua populasi yang ada dan penarikannya diambil secara sensus yaitu 100% dari jumlah populasi. Adapun alasan dilakukannya penarikan sampel secara sensus adalah karena kecilnya jumlah populasi yang ada di tempat dimana diadakan penelitian, dengan cara menyebar kuesioner sebanyak 22 ke responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS/Windows. V 18. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan (uji t) antara variabel stress kerja dengan variabel kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai thitung = -3,824 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001. Dengan menggunakan batasan signifikan α = 0,05 didapat ttabel sebesar 2,086. Dari hasil tersebut maka kriteria pengujian yaitu -t hitung < -t tabel yaitu -3,824 < -2,086 yang artinya Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dengan demikian hipotesis uji t variabel stress kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor non keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di Seksi Operasi Utilitas P.T. Semen Indonesia (persero) Tbk-Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, observasi dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor non keuangan yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi di seksi operasi utilitas P.T. Semen Indonesia (persero) Tbk-Tuban yaitu; Dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi perlu diperhatikan faktor finansial dan non finansial; Tidak semua keputusan investasi yang secara finansial dapat dilaksanakan dan pada akirnya ditolak karena tidak sesuai dengan faktor non keuangan; Adanya pengaruh dari Visi,Misi, dan tujuan perusahaan ; pengalaman masa lalu; dan perubahan faktor lingkungan,politik,ekonomi,dan sosial – budaya dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini memberikan batasan masalah hanya pada faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan dari variabel pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan faktor yang lain tidak dikaji karena variabel tersebut merupakan hasil temuan peneliti saat melakukan observasi awal pada karyawan di PT. White Oil Nusantara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh variabel pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variable produktivitas karyawan di PT. White Oil Nusantara Manyar Gresik. Sedangkan F hitung adalah 28,992 dengan tingkat singnifikan 0,000 sedangkan F tabel pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (0,05) adalah 3,14. Dapat dilihat bahwa F hitung > F tabel ( 28,992 > 3,14 ), Yang berarti secara simultan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. White Oil Nusantara. Hal ini memberikan pemaparan bahwa bila kondisi kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yakni pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja dilaksanakan bersama-sama maka akan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Abstract

Environmental problems that we now face have range and the trait of being global. Recently many countries, advanced economic implement a policy development of living environment internationally. As for the purpose of this research is to review and analyzes application of the System Management of the Environment (SML) based on ISO 14001 in PT. Petrokimia Gresik and to know the obstacles found in the Implementation of the Management of the Environment (SML) based on ISO 14001 in PT. Petrokimia Gresik. This research used the Methodology Qualitative. The kind of data that in use in research is primary andsecondary data. This research is Explorative for research it is associated with questions ? what ?. Hence, target researchers is to memformulasi some questions that having precision research will come can respond to. Data analysis begins with conducting in-depth interviews with informants. After interviewing, researchers make transkip the results of interviews with circuitous way back recording interviews with circuitous way back recording the interview. After the researchers wrote the results of interviews into transkip, next researchers make reduction data by means of abstraction, namely take an appropriate data to the context research and ignore the necessary data. The result of this research draw a line straight the theory ISO 14001 of the Management of the Environment applied by PT. Petrokimia Gresik to the fact that is he in accordance with the and laws.All employees had participate in manifesting love environment be culture work harmonious between productivity with wisdom nature. A lot of innovation produced by an employee of PT. Petrokimia Gresik for Manifesting Love Environment with the Competition Fire on the Moon K3 National, 5R Competition, competition or preparedness emergency. But it is possible that PT.Petrokimia Gresik is chemical company that have been constructed for 45 Years where productionlevel still in sued to reach production maximum will but thecompany old with age, although there had been improvements every day but it is possible that there are still any waste products that passes from the Implementation of the Management of the Environment. Not to forget also that every the Implementation of the Management of the Environment going to need a charge that is great in a factory and care training human resources. Abstract

This study aims To determine the competence and career development have an effect on the performance of employees performed in PT Surya Madistrindo is a business unit engaged in the field of Sales and Field Marketing Gudang Garam (GG) brand that is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia and various countries in the world of companies Is committed to provide the best service for the best customer to the customer, given the service is the main activity in Sales and Field Marketing, therefore needed a reliable and qualified human resources. In this research, the type of data used is primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are koesioner, interview and observation. Method of analyzing the data used is quantitative quantitative methods obtained from the results of respondents’ answers to the questionnaire. Then after analyzing the data need to be tested instruments so that the data obtained can be tested and reliable The result of this research shows F count> F table (34,639> 3,085), thus H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it indicates that jointly competence and career development variables have an effect on employee performance which is dependent variable on employee PT. Surya Madistrindo Surabaya. While the competence variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) shows t count> t table (4.570> 1,983) then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, this indicates that competence significantly influence employee performance, career development (X2) on employee performance ) Shows t count = 4.760 means t count> t table (4,760> 1,983), m0unjukkan H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means career development has a significant effect on employee performance. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475727

Abstract

Background. A good brand image owned by the company will make it easier for customers to decide on a purchase. Words of mouth (WOM) are positive or negative experiences communicated by someone after buying a product. Research Purpose. This study aims to examine and prove the analysis of Word of Mouth (WOM) and brand image on purchasing decisions. Research Method. This study used quantitative with a case study approach at Harapan Minimarket Tuban Regency, East Java Indonesia. The population was 120 respondents and the number of samples taken was 100 respondents using non-purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Findings. The results showed that a lot of Word of Mouth (WOM) was shown to have a positive and significant influence on increasing purchasing decisions at Harapan Minimarket. Then a quality brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Harapan Minimarket. Conclusion. Finally, Word of Mouth (WOM) and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on increasing purchasing decisions at Harapan Minimarket.
