Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher leadership on students' interest in learning Fiqh at MTs MALNU Menes Pandeglang. The study used a correlational method, with a sample of 34 students taken from a population of 114 students through the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using descriptive analysis and correlation tests. The results showed that teacher leadership has a significant influence on students' interest in learning Fiqh. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the correlation coefficient between the variables of teacher leadership (X) and student interest (Y) is 0.64. This indicates a moderate positive correlation, where 40.96% of the variation in student interest can be explained by teacher leadership, while 59.04% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The level of teacher leadership is in the very good category with an average achievement level of 84.78%, while student interest is classified as good with an achievement level of 80.16%

Abstract

This research explores the role of social media and digital education programs in improving Generation Z's digital literacy, including critical thinking, information evaluation and social skills. The research method used a qualitative case study approach, with secondary school students in Probolinggo Regency as the unit of analysis. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and verification to produce in-depth and holistic findings. The results showed that students who actively use social media, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, have a better ability to evaluate information than those who are less active. Interactive app-based digital education programs such as Kahoot and Google Classroom are proven to improve students' learning motivation and critical thinking skills. In addition, collaborative learning positively contributes to the development of social skills, such as communication and cooperation. The findings confirm the importance of integrating social media, learning technology and collaborative approaches to create a more relevant and adaptive learning environment in the digital era. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in the development of effective technology-based education strategies for Generation Z. Support from teachers, parents and education stakeholders is needed to maximize the positive impact of technology. It also opens up further exploration of demographic factors, such as gender and age, and the long-term impact of social media on education.

Abstract

Program Beras Sejahtera (RASTRA) merupakan kebijakan pemerintah dalam rangka pemberdayaan masyarakat agar masyarakat sejahtera yang telah berjalan lama, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya program Rastra ini masih terjadi banyak penyimpangan-penyimpangan seperti tidak tepat sasaran, tidak tepat waktu, dan beras yang terkadang kurang layak konsumsi, hal ini yang sering terjadi pada kantor Kelurahan Tabam Kota Ternate Utara Provinsi Maluku Utara. Sesuai dengan ketentuan mana yang berhak atau tidak mendapatkan bantuan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Kepeutusan (SPK). Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam situasi yang semiterstruktur dan situasi yang tidak terstruktur, dimana tak seorangpun tahu secara pasti bagaimana keputusan seharusnya dibuat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan Weighted Product sebagai model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelayakan Penerimaan Rastra dengan metode Weighted Product di Kelurahan Tabam Kota Ternate Utara dapat membantu pihak Kelurahan dalam menghitung kelayakan calon penerima bantuan Beras Sejahtera dan untuk menentukan kelayakan penerima beras miskin menjadi lebih tepat sasaran dan penyimpanan data seleksi tersebut dapat terupdate setiap saat.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the role of teachers in enhancing the motivation to learn Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Probolinggo. Islamic Religious Education plays a central role in shaping the character and morals of students, and learning motivation is a key factor in achieving these objectives. The research method employs a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with a number of PAI teachers in the madrasah. The interview results are analyzed to identify the best strategies and practices used by teachers in enhancing PAI learning motivation. The research findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in creating a motivating learning environment for students. Strategies employed by teachers include the use of innovative teaching methods, integration of technology, and a deep understanding of the individual needs of students. Additionally, teachers establish close collaborations with parents to provide additional support. The results of this research can serve as a guide for teachers, school principals, and relevant stakeholders in developing policies and programs aimed at improving PAI learning motivation at the elementary madrasah level. By understanding the key role of teachers in PAI learning motivation, it is hoped that the madrasah can create a more optimal learning environment, providing a positive impact on the spiritual and academic development of students
