Abstract

The dynamics of cultural change is something that happens today. State Islamic College (PTKIN). The challenge against cultural change at PTKIN is a phenomenon that occurs in the development and changes in PTKIN’s internal and external environment. The transformation of organizational culture at PTKIN will require changes in organizational performance. PTKIN’s organizational culture changes emphasize the principle of adiptif, agreement and interest in the needs and desires of stakeholders, technological developments and information and in accordance with the strategic plan of PTKIN.

Abstract

Madrasa quality improvement is a crucial thing in the progress of Islamic education in Indonesia. School Improvement is a program that works to improve the quality of madrasas, especially at MTsS Maqama Mahmuda. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the strategic management process that occurred at MTsS Maqama Mahmuda from the school improvement program. The form of this research is descriptive qualitative with the subject of the study consisting of the chairman of the foundation, the head of the madrasa, the teaching staff, the teaching staff and one parent of the santri. The data used in this study are primary data that is the result of non-participatory observation and in-depth interviews and secondary data, which are documents that support this research. Based on the research results, several research findings can be found, including: 1) There is an analysis of the internal and external environment of madrasas in preparing strategic plans in the School Improvement Program 2) Formulation and reformulation of strategic planning by considering risk management 3) Implementation of effective strategic management through commitment and consistency from educators and education staff 3) Effective control and evaluation system by prioritizing the principle of rigor, transparency, accountability and sustainability. So it can be concluded that through the implementation of effective and efficient strategic management at MTsS Maqama Mahmuda has produced good performance from the School Improvement Program.

Abstract

Pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memperkuat karakter toleransi di lingkungan sekolah melalui implementasi manajemen pendidikan multikultural melalui pendekatan service learning. Pendekatan ini mengintegrasikan pembelajaran dengan layanan masyarakat yang berguna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, tanggung jawab kewarganegaraan dan pemberdayaan komunitas sekolah. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan sekolah, workshop serta implementasi proyek kolaboratif seperti kegiatan lintas budaya dan penyelesaian masalah berbasis komunitas. Hasil program ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi, empati dan kerjasama lintas budaya pada setiap warga sekolah yang terdiri dari perserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Selain itu, pendekatan ini juga berhasil membangun sikap moderat, toleran dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif dengan memberdayakan seluruh warga sekolah.

Abstract

Program PkM ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam bidang perekonomian berupa pelaksanaan program penciptaan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Dalam program berbasis kegiatan KKN ini menggunakan metode PAR dengan tujuan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif di setiap tahapan, memastikan bahwa solusi yang diterapkan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Program diawali dengan acara sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan sosialisasi ID masjid dan sertifikasi halal, meliputi pengenalan NIB, tata cara pendaftaran, dan dokumentasi yang diperlukan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha, dengan enam orang pengusaha berhasil menyelesaikan proses registrasi dan mendapatkan NIB. Proses pendaftaran yang meliputi pengumpulan dokumen, pengisian formulir, dan verifikasi data berjalan lancar berkat dukungan teknis dan bimbingan dari tim PkM. Program tersebut tidak hanya memfasilitasi akses masyarakat terhadap legalitas usaha tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran tentang manfaat NIB bagi pengembangan usaha dan akses terhadap program pemerintah. Kesulitan teknis yang dihadapi dapat diatasi dengan bantuan langsung, dan keberhasilan program ini berdampak signifikan terhadap kredibilitas dunia usaha dan membuka peluang baru. Program ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan praktis dalam proses administrasi dan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kapasitas usaha lokal di masa depan.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan ujung tombak dari pembentukan mutu pendidikan. Secara empiris kinerja guru pada SMPN 4 Takengon sangatlah bervariatif, sehingga diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk  mengetahui arah dan kekuatan determinasi yang antara varibel bebas yaitu pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas. Jumlah koresponden sebanyak 46 orang guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa determinasi yang cukup signifikan diantaranya 1) Determinasi yang signifikan dari variabel pelatihan dan kinerja guru dengan nilai r1= 0.616 dan R1=0.380  dapat diartikan bahwa variabel pelatihan mempunayai kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 38% 2) Determinasi yang signifikan pada variabel disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru dengan nilai r2= 0.578 dan R2=0.334 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja  mempunayai kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 33.40% 3) Determinasi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama dengan nilai r12= 0.660 dan R12=0.435 dapat diartikan bahwa kedua variabel bebas mempunyai kontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 43.50% apabila dilakukan secara bersama-sama. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat sinergitas dan linieritas dari variabel kedua bebas yaitu pelatihan dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga semakin tinggi variabel kualitas dan kuantitas pelatihan dan disiplin kerja guru maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru di SMPN 4 Takengon.

Abstract

This study analyzed the determinants of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among MTsN teachers in Central Aceh Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a survey of 280 teachers, the data were analyzed through the Partial SEM-PLS approach. The population of this study consisted of all MTsN teachers in Central Aceh Regency, from which a sample of 280 respondents was determined using the simple random sampling technique to ensure representation across different madrasahs. The data sources included primary data obtained directly from respondents through structured questionnaires. The data collection technique employed a survey method using a Likert-scale questionnaire designed to measure teachers' perceptions of organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and OCB. The results showed that organizational justice (βz41 = 0.224), job satisfaction (βz42 = 0.399), and organizational commitment (βz43 = 0.243) had a positive and significant direct effect on OCB. Organizational justice also had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (βX21 = 0.667), while organizational justice (βY31 = 0.537) and job satisfaction (βY32 = 0.228) positively and significantly affected organizational commitment. The Goodness of Fit (GoF) value of 0.614 indicated a strong model. These findings emphasize the importance of organizational justice and job satisfaction in strengthening commitment and encouraging teacher OCB, which could serve as a foundation for developing sustainable policies and programs to improve madrasah performance.

Abstract

Gender - Based Violence (GBV) in educational institutions is a serious problem that impacts the safety, psychological health and academic achievement of students. This study aims to systematically examine the causes, forms and efforts to address GBV in the educational context using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The literature search process was conducted in reputable scientific databases using keywords relevant to GBV, education  and power relations. Selected articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, then analyzed thematically to identify patterns and trends in research findings. The results of the study indicate that the main factors of GBV in educational institutions include rigid gender stereotypes and norms, patriarchal culture, unequal power relations, dysfunctional family backgrounds, substance abuse and the influence of the internet and technology. The most frequently reported forms of violence include physical, verbal, psychological, sexual and symbolic violence that occurs both in person and through online media. The impact of this violence not only reduces students' sense of security and psychological well-being but also negatively affects attendance and academic achievement. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive response strategy through gender equality education, strengthening institutional policies, increasing educator capacity  and providing support systems and safe spaces for victims. These findings are expected to inform the development of more inclusive educational policies and practices free from GBV.
