Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris dari pengaruh ukuran bank, capital buffer, efisiensi dan kredit macet pada risiko likuiditas. Sampel penelitian adalah Bank Umum Konvensional yang memiliki nilai rasio aset bank di atas 2% dari total aset perbankan nasional (Bank Too Big To Fail) dan menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara penuh selama 2004-2019. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel EViews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran bank memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko likuiditas. Capital buffer memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko likuiditas. Efisiensi yang diukur dengan rasio BOPO memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko likuiditas. Kredit macet yang diukur dengan rasio NPL memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap risiko likuiditas. . Kata Kunci : Ukuran Bank, Capital Buffer, Efisiensi, Kredit Macet, Risiko Likuiditas

Abstract

Organizational ethics plays an important role in shaping a good climate for all members of the organization. The ethical issues concerning to social problem, protection of the rights of employees, public society (social responsibility) and also consumers. The application of ethics in organization raises the employee job satisfaction (seeorganizational justice theory and cognitive dissonance theory). This study was analyzed using multiple regression method by taking the object of research on 350 SME businesses in three regencies, East Luwu, Bone and Tana Toraja in South Sulawesi. This study was focused in three forms, namely egoistic ethical climate, benevolent, and principled ethical climate. The results of the study show that organizational climate is like egoistic ethics climate and benevolence ethical climate the organization does not show positive results on employee job satisfaction. However, the coefficient of egoistic climate has negative influence to job satisfaction. Whereas principled ethical climate shows a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Struktur Aktiva, Likuiditas, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Hutang pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 7 perusahaan pada makanan dan minuman dengan penelitian lima tahun terakhir sehingga didapatkan 35-unit sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio Struktur Aktiva berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio. Kata Kunci: Struktur Aktiva, Likuditas, Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the challenges PT PLN (Persero) faced in managing accounts receivable and improving profitability. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through library research. The data used are secondary data obtained from books, journals, documents, official websites, or reports on the issues under investigation. The data analysis technique employed is a qualitative analysis using quantitative data as support. The research findings indicate that PLN encounters various challenges in managing accounts receivable and enhancing business profits, such as regulatory issues, competition, and technological changes. Therefore, PLN must develop appropriate strategies to address these challenges and attain a stable and continuously increasing business profit.

Abstract

This study is conducted to analyze the intrinsic value of companies in mining sector using absolute valuation method of Dividend Discounted Model (DDM), and relative methods consisted of Price TO Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Price to Sales (P / S) using financial reports of mining sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. Based on the results of this study, the author develop Investment decisions for mining sector companies by considering recommendations from the stock valuation analysis that has been reviewed. This study recommends to buy ADRO, BSSR, PTBA, ITMG, KKGI,TBMS, ANTM, TPMA that are estimated undervalued and sell for the rest that are estimated overvalued but with specifics for trading or long term investments. Keyword : mining sector, dividend discounted model, price earning ratio, price to book value, price to sales, stock valuation.
