Abstract

This study, conducted at SD Negeri Ciberem, aims to identify the factors contributing to the low learning interest of students and describe the teacher's efforts in fostering students' interest in the Javanese language lessons for the fourth grade at SD Negeri Ciberem. Based on the researcher's observations in the fourth-grade Javanese language classes at SD Negeri Ciberem, it was found that students displayed a low interest during learning sessions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The study also involves three sources: teachers, students, and the parents of the students. The study results show that:(1) Factors contributing to the low interest of students in Javanese language learning are rooted in physical and psychological aspects, such as intelligence, attention, and interest. Other influencing factors include teachers, parents, and the learning environment. (2) Teachers' efforts to address students' learning interests include peer tutoring activities, ice-breaking sessions, and adopting a cooperative attitude during instruction. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah 29 siswa. Siswa tersebut terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan dengan alokasi waktu 6 x 35 menit. Berdasarkan data hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada siklus I mata pelajaran IPA dengan presentase ketuntasan pada pertemuan ke-1 mencapai 58,62% pertemuan ke-2 mencapai 68,96%. selanjutnya pada siklus II pertemuan ke-1 mencapai presentase ketuntasan 79,31%, mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan pada pertemuan ke-2 yaitu 89,65%. Pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Siklus 1 pertemuan ke-1 mencapai presentase ketuntasan 51,72%, pertemuan ke-2 mencapai 62,06%. Selanjutnya siklus II pertemuan ke-1 tingkat presentase ketuntasan mencapai 72,41%, mengalami peningkatan pada pertemuan ke-2 yaitu 82,75%. berdasarkan data rekapitulasi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning apat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam memotivasi belajar siswa kelas V di SD N 1 Pasir Kulon, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga siswa dengan prestasi akademik yang berbeda beserta orang tua mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua sangat berpengaruh dalam memotivasi belajar siswa, termasuk memberikan dukungan emosional, menyediakan sarana belajar, dan memberikan penghargaan atas prestasi siswa. Namun, ditemukan kendala seperti keterbatasan ekonomi dan waktu, yang menghambat keterlibatan penuh orang tua dalam proses pendidikan anak. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi siswa.

Abstract

This research originated from the problem that children in disaster-prone areas need improvement and physical, spiritual and social strengthening. This study aimed to evaluate and test the impact of several models of physical education and sports learning in improving the physical, spiritual and social aspects of children in disaster-prone areas. The research was conducted at Kalipagu State Elementary School with 20 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire for data analysis using normality and linearity tests and correlation analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, hypothesis testing and discussion, the results of this study show that the value of Fount between the physical, spiritual, and social aspects of physical learning is 4.112. Meanwhile, the price of Ft (? = 0.05)(3.19) is 3.127. Because the value of Fount is greater than Ftable (Fount> Ftable), the hypothesis that states that there is no jointly significant relationship between the independent and dependent variables is rejected; thus, it can be concluded that together there is an essential relationship between physical, spiritual, and social aspects of biological learning. Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to the field of education, with technology playing a central role. One prominent impact is the rise of social media, which is now widely used by teachers to share teaching experiences and educational content. Platforms such as TikTok and Instagram have seen an increasing number of teachers, known as Teacher-Content Creators, who produce and share content related to the teaching profession. These educators share a variety of materials, including engaging learning resources, creative teaching media, content about teacher-student relationships, and ideas for icebreaker activities. Their presence on social media provides younger generations with insights into the teaching profession, including how to create a fun and effective learning environment. This exposure has the potential to inspire young people to pursue a career as elementary school teachers. This study aimed to determine whether the content shared by Teacher-Content Creators contributed a partial and simultaneous effect on the interest of students in the Primary School Teacher Education Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto in becoming elementary school teachers. Using a quantitative approach, the research findings revealed that, partially, the content had no significant effect. However, simultaneously, the content exerts a notable effect on the students interest in becoming elementary school teachers.
