Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand how the role of Islamic religious education in preventing and treating homosexual or gay behavior. Because there are so many homosexual actors who experience a psychological shock caused by their ignorance in dealing with the matter. The results of this study are to find out the extent to which homosexuals view the prohibition of Islam in carrying out such deviant behavior and also to find out how to overcome this deviant behavior with prevention and healing through the teachings of Islamic religious education. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and also a study of religious studies as a solution in overcoming homosexual behavior and using five data sources in the form of five different gay resource persons. Homosexual informants realize that homosexual behavior is something that is prohibited and forbidden by religion and a way to overcome this behavior is as a prepentive effort by realizing the prohibition of this behavior in religion, leaving all associations related to homosexual behavior, realizing the danger posed by behavior homosexuals and provide counseling for Islamic understanding to homosexual actors while curative efforts that can be taken are by doing ruqyah syar'iyyah and also the rituals of the riyadhah of ibadah.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of death in women and ranks fourth as a disease that occurs in women worldwide. Cervical cancer is a disease that is difficult to detect and can be detected when it is in an advanced stage. This requires early prevention by carrying out a pap-smear examination. Pap-smear examination manually requires a relatively long time, so a tool is needed by segmentation. Segmentation is image processing by performing perfection between the intended object and the background. One of the CNN methods commonly used in medical image segmentation is the U-Net architecture. Segmentation in this study was carried out on the nucleus and cytoplasm of the Herlev dataset using the U-Net architecture combined with data augmentation and image enhancement. In the learning process, this research resulted in a fairly high IoU value of 78% and an RMSE close to 20%. The results of this study also yielded an accuracy value of 89%, with an average precision, recall and F1 score of 89%, 89% and 88.67%, respectively. This shows that the combination of the CNN U-Net architecture with image quality improvement and data augmentation is quite good at segmenting cervical cells for the nucleus and cytoplasm

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance and to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang. This research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population amounted to 63 employees, the sampling used was a saturated sample technique totaling 63 employees... Data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and f test. The results showed that: There is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 11.648 + 0.643X1 and the tcount value of 5.650> t table 1.670 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. There is an influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 16.339 + 0.566X2 and the tcount value of 4.415> t table 1.670 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.764 + 0.507 + 0.348, the correlation coefficient value of 0.586 and 0.492, the coefficient of determination of 0.400 or 40%, and the fcount value of 21.691> ftabel 3.150 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.
