Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand how the role of Islamic religious education in preventing and treating homosexual or gay behavior. Because there are so many homosexual actors who experience a psychological shock caused by their ignorance in dealing with the matter. The results of this study are to find out the extent to which homosexuals view the prohibition of Islam in carrying out such deviant behavior and also to find out how to overcome this deviant behavior with prevention and healing through the teachings of Islamic religious education. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and also a study of religious studies as a solution in overcoming homosexual behavior and using five data sources in the form of five different gay resource persons. Homosexual informants realize that homosexual behavior is something that is prohibited and forbidden by religion and a way to overcome this behavior is as a prepentive effort by realizing the prohibition of this behavior in religion, leaving all associations related to homosexual behavior, realizing the danger posed by behavior homosexuals and provide counseling for Islamic understanding to homosexual actors while curative efforts that can be taken are by doing ruqyah syar'iyyah and also the rituals of the riyadhah of ibadah.

Abstract

This article was conducted to see how far the religious formation of the converts was obtained. Because as a muslim who is new to Islam, certainly requires a religious formation to make it easier for him to understand the teachings about Islam. It aims to be able to describe how religious formation is carried out by family converts and how the results o religious formation convert to Islam, which is in accordance with Muslims in general. So that this research can be a role model for the community in carrying out religious guidance on converts. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the method of description analysis to find out more about the implementation of religious coaching for several families of convert families. The results of this study show how the process of fostering Islamic religious education carried out by several convert families in several ways and methods to increase the firmness of their faith in Islam. So as to make their faith strong and make a muslim person intact and to avoid their return to their old beliefs.

Abstract

We as Muslims are inseparable from the learning of the Holy Qur'an, because the Qur'an is the first and foremost source and legal basis. Therefore, the Qur'an is from various aspects. In reading the Koran there is also a verse called muhkam and mutasyabih. This research method uses a literature study, the author reads references from several literations, which are finally made as additional knowledge for the author. Wisdom verse muhkam means to facilitate the knowledge and purpose of the verse so that it is easy to practice the implementation of its teachings. The wisdom of the verse Mutasyabih is to add merit, because with so many verses it requires help and effort in expressing its intentions.

Abstract

Proses pendidikan yang menggunakan media amtsal (perumpamaan), dimaksudkan untuk membentuk berbagai premis diharapkan peserta didik mampu untuk merumuskan istimbathnya secara logis, dan melatih daya Ijtihad yang kuat. Sedangkan Qasam merupakan gaya bahasa yang dijunjung tinggi didalam kebudayaan dan kebiasaan bangsa Arab dalam rangka demi menjaga kehormatannya. Dengan bentuk gaya bahasa dengan tujuan untuk menguatkan setiap pernyataan yang disampaikan. Hakikat qasam dalam al-Tafsir al-Bayani terdiri dari dua aspek, yaitu etimologi dan terminologi. Dari segi etimologi qasam bermakna sumpah yang benar berbeda dengan kata half yang mengandung arti kebohongan sumpah dan ketidaksungguhan si pengucapnya. Secara terminologi, qasam adalah gaya bahasa dalam al-Qur?an yang menjelaskan makna sebuah ayat dengan cara penalaran indrawi yaitu pengalihan perhatian (lafitah) dari sesuatu yang dapat dirasakan (hissi) kepada sesuatu yang abstrak. Bentuknya ada dua, yaitu sumpah dengan huruf wau al-qasam dan sumpah dengan huruf la. Fungsi qasam dalam al-Tafsir al-Bayani telah beralih dari fungsi asalnya yakni untuk mengagungkan atau memuliakan objek sumpah menjadi sebuah retorika bayani yang bertujuan menganalogikan antara muqsam bih dengan jawab al-qasam.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze living social phenomena, important study material that becomes an academic attraction, especially when religion is faced with social change and actual problems that must be answered by Islam. PTKIN as a study institution of Islamic education today has received a response from the wider community and has become an interesting social phenomenon to study. The fundamental problem that is the focus of this study relates to the dynamics of the face of Islamic State Islamic Higher Education (PTKIN) in the context of change to the State Islamic University, especially with the inclusion of lecturers from various educational backgrounds, disciplines and diversity of organizations that become new forces at the State Islamic University (UIN). The focus of this study is interesting to study related to the religious views of UIN lecturers which are limited to lecturers who teach religious material in the study area outside the religious groups at three State Islamic Universities (UIN), namely UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, and UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This research is a field research using qualitative methods. To obtain data is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The findings can be concluded that each State Islamic University (UIN) has its own focus and specificity to appear and contribute to developing Islam Rahmatan Lil amin alamin by striving to formalize Islam and revive the Shari'a. Islamic portraits and religious views of the lecturers strongly agree that PTKIN supports the development of Islam which is rahmatan lil alamin and unites the differences of religion and ethnicity. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena sosial yang hidup, bahan studi penting yang menjadi daya tarik akademik, khususnya ketika agama berhadapan dengan perubahan sosial dan masalah aktual yang harus dijawab oleh Islam. PTKIN sebagai lembaga studi pendidikan Islam dewasa ini telah mendapat respon masyarakat luas dan menjadi fenomena sosial yang menarik untuk diteliti. Masalah mendasar yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini terkait bagaimana dinamika wajah keislaman Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN) dalam konteks perubahan ke Universitas Islam Negeri terutama dengan masuknya tenaga dosen dari beragam latar belakang pendidikan, disiplin dan keragaman organisasi yang menjadi kekuatan baru di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN). Fokus penelitian ini menarik untuk diteliti terkait pandangan keagamaan dosen UIN yang dibatasi pada para dosen yang mengajar materi keagamaan pada area studi di luar rumpun agama yang terdapat pada tiga Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN), yaitu UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, dan UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa masing- masing Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) memiliki fokus dan kekhususan tersendiri untuk tampil dan berkontribusi mengembangkan Islam Rahmatan Lil ?alamin dengan berupaya untuk menformalkan Islam dan menghidupkan syariat. Potret Islam dan pandangan keagamaan dosen sangat setuju bahwa PTKIN menunjang pengembangan Islam yang rahmatan lil alamin dan menyatukan perbedaan agama dan suku bangsa.

Abstract

In fact, the habit of religious activities has proven to be influential in forming students' character. Judging from the attitudes and behavior of students who are accustomed to carrying out religious activities and those who are not accustomed to participating in religious activities. This research aims to describe and analyze the religious activity habits of students at SDIT Nur El-Qolam Serang Banten. This research uses a qualitative approach with field study methods (library research). Meanwhile, the data sources used in this research contain two primary and secondary sources. The primary includes interviews with several first-grade students taken from one class and a parallel first-grade teacher as a secondary source of reinforcement. Meanwhile, secondary data includes intermediary media such as journals, proceedings, and documents on students' religious activities monitored by their respective class teachers. Apart from that, the data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and taking notes. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used use the Miles and Huberman theoretical model, including data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusions. The results of this research show that the concept of character education contains several findings including (1) first-grade students routinely use it; (2) religious programs; (3) formation of student character; and (4) inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing religious program activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh sistem manajemen keuangan dan pembiayaan pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, yang termasuk kedalam lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa konsep manajemen keuangan dan pembiaayan pendidikan. Metode deskriptif-kualitatif ialah metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Adapun data yang diperoleh menggunakan data primer yakni data yang didapatkan secara langsung dari lembaga tersebut, selain itu ditunjang oleh data sekunder yakni dengan pustaka yang dimuat dari beberapa referensi buku untuk mencari landasan teori dari beberapa para ahli. Pengumpualan menggunakan wawancara langsung kepada narasumber. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwasanya MA Nurul Iman memanaje keuangannya dengan sistematis dan pembiayaan pendidikannya secara efektif dan efisien. Dimulai dari perencanaan, penggunaan keuangan, pengawasan dan evaluasi serta pertanggungjawaban, pelaporan serta pertanggung jawaban. Tata pengelolaan dari pihak sekolah sangat diperhatikan sampai ada tim khusus, seperti adanya PKM yang membantu mengatur keuangan sekolah. Selain itu dari pembiayaan pendidikan diatur dengan efektif dan efisiensi guna untuk menunjang pembelajaran baik dari pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik. Kemudian dialokasikan terhadap sarana dan prasarana untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran dan mengembangkan bakat dari peserta didiknya.

Abstract

Fiqih is one of the essential subjects at the Madrasah Aliyah level because it provides an understanding of Islamic Shari'a law.Law is dynamic, therefore, to understand Islamic law, critical and creative thinking is needed. This is due to the growing era and the ever-changing problems of life. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a 21st century world development that demands changes in competence, which is marked by the use of information and communication technology in all aspects of life, including in the learning process. The ability to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate is an important competency in entering the life of the 21st century, requiring the government to improve human resources. Likewise in the world of education, students must be able to solve problems with their critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the critical thinking skills of class XI students in one of the madrasah aliyah in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using a test as a research instrument. The results of processing and analysis of this study indicate that students' critical thinking skills are in the moderate category with an average score of 73. Therefore, in the learning process, teachers must always improve the quality of education by facilitating students to develop their critical thinking skills and abilities.

Abstract

Reading the Qur'an is an obligation for Muslims and Muslim women to be studied because the Qur'an is the foundation in understanding Islamic teachings. The most basic thing for students is to be able to read the Koran properly and correctly in accordance with the legal rules of reading the Koran such as recitation and makhorijul letters. However, there are still students who have difficulty reading the Qur'an. Factors that cause students' low ability to read the Qur'an are internal factors from students who are lazy to recite the Koran because they mostly play gadgets and external factors are motivation from weak parents. This study aims to analyze the factors that hinder the ability to read the Koran in grade VII in one of the junior high schools in Garut city. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using the Koran reading test as the research instrument. the test results of the ability to read the Qur'an from 40 students who are included in the low category as many as 4 people. Therefore, the role of educators, parents, and the environment will greatly affect the motivation of students in reading the Qur'an.

Abstract

Islamic education learning so far has often been trapped in conventional approaches that do not involve physical and intellectual activities, so they are unable to train students' abilities to solve critical problems logistically, quickly, and precisely. This research aims to provide alternative solutions to PAI learning problems through the application of humanistic theory, accelerated learning models through the SAVI approach, and analyzing its impact on students' critical thinking skills. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with research subjects, namely 1 PAI teacher and 20 class VIII students at Darmayanti Cimaung Middle School. Data collection is carried out through interview techniques, observation, documentation, and questionnaires, the results of which are then analyzed and compiled in the form of a research report. The research results show that the application of humanistic accelerated learning theory through the SAVI approach can improve students' critical thinking skills by 80.62% in the good category. So it can be concluded that the theory of the humanistic accelerated learning model through the SAVI approach can improve students' thinking skills.
