Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to develop audio-visual learning on floor exercise in subjects PJOK at SMP Negeri B Srikaton. Which can be used to support learning. The learning media made is in the form of audio visual to determine the quality of the audio visual seen from the aspects of validity and practicality. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri B Srikaton. This study aims to develop an audio-visual on floor exercise material and to determine the quality of the audio visual in terms of validity and practicality. This research is a development research that refers to the ADDIE development model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate. The instrument used to measure the quality of the audio visual developed includes a validation sheet and a practicality sheet. The validation sheet is filled in by experts (linguists, material experts, and media experts). While the practicality sheet was filled out by students in individual tests (one to one test) and small group tests (small group test). The product of this research is in the form of audio visuals on the floor exercise material for class VII SMP. The results showed that: (1) the audio visual quality seen from the validity aspect was included in the valid category with an average score of 3.05 and (2) the audio-visual quality seen from the practical aspect is categorized as practical with an average score of 3.27. Abstract

This study aims to find out the Interest in Exercising of the People of Lubuklinggau City at the Silampari Sports Park (TOS). The results of the analysis showed that the factors from within with the need indicator were 79.67% or in the good criteria, the experience indicator was 73.34% or in the good criteria, in the attention indicator there was a result of 73.34% or in the good criteria, the interest indicator was 80% or in the good criteria, and the comfort indicator was 80% or in the good category. Then external factors with the indicator of interest have a result of 80% or in the criterion of good, the indicator of comfort has a result of 80% or in the criterion of good, while the indicator of infrastructure facilities has a result of 83.34% or in the criterion of very good. Based on the results of the research, the overall results show that the interest in sports of the people of Lubulinggau city in the Silampari Sports Park (TOS) is mostly in the very high category, namely frequency 12 with a percentage of 40%, in the high category, namely frequency 9 with a percentage of 30%, in the medium category, namely frequency 4 with a percentage of 13.34%, in the very low category, namely frequency 5 with a percentage of 16.67%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi anak dalam permainan sepakbola di sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Silampari Musi Rawas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei. Sampel berjumlah 36 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup sebanyak 30 butir pernyataan. Terdiri dari 2 sub variabel yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, pengujian hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan, yaitu: persentase motivasi anak dalam permainan sepakbola di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Silampari Musi Rawas berada pada kategori “rendah” 16.67%, “kategori sedang” sebesar 50%, kategori “tinggi" sebesar 33,33%. Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 26,6, motivasi anak dalam permainan sepakbola di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Silampari Musi Rawas masuk dalam kategori “Sedang”.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Hubungan Kekuatan Otot Lengan terhadap kemampuan long service Bulutangkis siswa kelas V SD Negeri 20 Rejang Lebong. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan metode yaitu teknik korelasi. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Tes. Berdasarkan analisis data dan uji hipotesis diperoleh: lebih besar dari pada , dimana = 0,978 > = 0,514. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan Long service dalam bulutangkis siswa kelas V SD Negeri 20 Rejang Lebong. Sedangkan untuk besarnya kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan Long Service sebesar 94,09%. Artinya kekuatan otot lengan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan Long service sebesar 94,09%, selebihnya sebesar 5,91% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangankan modul senam lantai dan untuk mengetahui kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D, yaitu define, design, develop, disseminate. Tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan biaya dalam penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas modul yang dikembangakan meliputi lembar validasi, angket kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Produk penelitian ini berupa modul senam lantai kelas VII SMP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek kevalidan termasuk kedalam kategori valid, hasil penilaian ahli bahasa dengan skor 0,077, hasil penilaian ahli materi dengan skor 0,888, sedangkan hasil penilaian ahli media dengan skor 0,759. (2) kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek kepraktisan dikategorikan sangat praktis, hasil penilaian kepraktisan respon guru dengan skor 4, hasil uji kepraktisan one to one dengan skor 4,02, sedanga hasil uji small group dengan skor 4,18.(3) kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek keefektifan tidak dilakukan dikarenakan adanya pandemi (covid-19) dan pihak sekolah tidak membenarkan untuk mengumpulkan siswa dalam jumlah besar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase after the application of Hand paddel training to swimming speed of 50 meters freestyle in beginner athletes. The research method used in this research is the pre-experimental method with the research design using one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at Noren Tirta Buana Swimming Club with a sample of 20 young athletes in the age group III and IV selected using total sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that there was an increase after the application of the exercise using Hand paddels to the 50 meter freestyle swimming speed of the novice athlete Noren Tirta Buana Swimming Club, this is evidenced from the results of statistical analysis that the t-count value (t-count > t-table) (1,51 > 0.13), the increase in pretest and posttest was 2,93%, so the hypothesis that Hand paddels can increase the speed of 50 meters freestyle can be accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of a QR code-based Corner Module Development with Game Modification Material at SMP IT An'nida, Lubuklinggau City. The method used in this research is the Research and Development method, which uses several instruments that can support research to obtain data or information. The questionnaire was prepared using a Likert scale. The results of this research show that the quality of the module seen from the validity aspect is included in the valid category, the results of the language expert's assessment with a score of 0.861, the results of the material expert's evaluation with a score of 0.8, while the results of the media expert's assessment with a score of 0.807. The quality of the module seen from the practical aspect is categorized as very practical; the results of the teacher response practicality assessment were a score of 4, the results of the one-to-one practicality test were a score of 3.8, while the results of the small group test were with a score of 4.0. From the research we have carried out, we will produce scientific works such as bar-isbn teaching materials and the accredited national journal Sinta 3. In conclusion, the game modification module was developed using the 4-D model, including 4 stages, namely, Defining (planning), DesigningDesign (Design), Developing (development), and Disseminating (deployment). The results of the validity of the modules developed from the results of assessments by experts (linguist experts, material experts, media experts) are categorized as high validity, and the results of the teacher practicality questionnaire can be classified as very practical. Abstract

The problem in this study is how much influence eye-hand coordination has on the accuracy of the smash of volleyball players at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Seeing these problems, this study aims to reveal the effect of eye-hand coordination on the smash accuracy of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau Volleyball players. This research is an experimental research. The population of this study were students who participated in the volleyball extracurricular of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau with 48 members consisting of 25 old players and 23 new players. The sample in this study amounted to 30 male players, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrumentation used a repeated volleyball test. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the t test formula. The results showed that tcount = 5.017 > ttable 1.699, meaning that hand-eye coordination significantly increased the accuracy of volleyball smashes. Thus, the hypothesis stated earlier can be accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that hand-eye coordination has a significant or significant effect on the accuracy of volleyball smash players.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difficulty of the underhand passing technique of the Sahabat Muda club in Lubuklinggau City and to determine the factors causing the difficulty of athletes doing the underpassing of the Sahabat Muda club in Lubuklinggau City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that explains the situation or ongoing activities by conducting interviews. In this study, the population was 15 people and the sample consisted of 10 people who took part in volleyball training activities at the Young Friends Club. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews to determine the difficulties and factors of difficulty of each individual. The results of this study indicate that the description 1) The error that usually occurs when doing a downward pass is that the position of both arms is too high. When receiving the ball, both knees are not bent. The arms are not tight, the ball hits the upper arm. 2) The cause is due to an error in positioning the batting arm bent at the elbow so that the bat is narrow, as a result the ball rotates or turns its direction. Improper impact of the ball on the palm of the hand. At the time of contact with the ball the arms are not parallel. There is no harmonious or simultaneous movement of the arm and leg movements. Too explosive movement of the swing as a whole, so the ball is far off the mark. Knees are less bent in the preparation step of implementation. Hit or contact the ball with the forearm too late so that the direction of the ball is up and back. The high ball that should have been in the top pass, but was taken with the bottom pass, so it is not accurate at the intended target. Abstract

This research aims to understand the development of elementary school motoric learning in the Topos sub-district based on traditional folk games in Lebong district, Bengkulu Province. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method using the Dick and Carey model approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observations, and questionnaires and conducting observations and interviews with PJOK teachers and homeroom teachers at SD Negeri 28 Lebong and SD Negeri 39 Lebong regarding PJOK learning related to games. The results of this research show that: the quality of the book seen from the validity aspect is included in the valid category, the results of the language expert's assessment with a score of 0.88, the results of the material expert's assessment with a score of 0.8, while the results of the media expert's assessment with a score of 0.807; The quality of the book seen from the practical aspect is categorized as very practical, the results of the teacher response practicality assessment were with a score of 4, the results of the one to one practicality test were with a score of 3.9, while the results of the small group test were with a score of 4.0. From the research we have conducted, we will produce scientific works such as teaching materials in the form of books and national journals accredited by Sinta 3. The conclusion is that traditional game books were developed using the 4-D model, including 4 stages, namely; Define (planning); Design (design); Develop (development), and Disseminate (deployment).
