Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to examine the influence of service innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction at Telkomsel IOT Control Center and its impact on customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach: This study is a quantitative research conducted using a sample of 200 accounts from the IOT control center. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, specifically Partial Least Squares (PLS). Research Findings: Findings of this research is that customer loyalty of Telkomsel IOT control center can be built through increasing customer satisfaction, which is formed by good service innovation and satisfying service quality. Therefore, in efforts to enhance customer loyalty, Telkomsel should create many service innovations and focus on service quality that can satisfy customers. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: In the effort to build customer loyalty, the development of service innovation and improvement of service quality need to be focused on customer satisfaction Keywords: customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, service innovation, service quality, IOT control center

Abstract

Transportation safety is a critical aspect of the tour and travel industry. With increased focus on passenger safety and comfort, tour and travel companies must adopt information technology to enhance safety aspects. This article discusses the design and development of a tour and travel company website that is more safety-conscious, integrating important features such as NIK usage, passenger tracking, real-time notifications, and customer awareness education regarding safety. The design process employs the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) methodology. In summary, the new features added to the booking system have greatly improved user satisfaction and operational efficiency for the company. The safety-conscious website has positively impacted passenger safety and comfort. Technologies like NIK integration, real-time tracking, and automatic notifications have made the service more reliable and user-friendly. However, there's still a need for better education on safety requirements for drivers and vehicles, as many users admit to lacking understanding in this area. Continued efforts to educate users transparently can enhance trust and safety in transportation services.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan biaya produksi dengan melakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode full costing dan variable costing. Jenis peneltian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dimana permasalahan yang dikemukakan oleh peneliti dilakukan analisis secara kuantitatif melalui perhitungan dan dilakukan analisis penjabaran melalui penjelasan yang telah diuraikan. Sumber data diperoleh secara primer dan sekunder, dimana data promer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara secara langsung dan data sekinder berupa buku referensi dan jurnal penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah HPP dengan menggunakan metode full costing Rp 341.100/lembar dan variable costing Rp 332.800/lembar sedangkan harga jual dengan profit sebesar 25% dengan metode full costing Rp 426.875/lembar dan variable costing Rp 416.000/lembar.

Abstract

The low level of public knowledge regarding determining the inventory of perishable products is the knowledge-sharing of community service activities to increase community knowledge and understanding in determining optimal inventory levels in households regarding perishable products. In community service activities using socialization and knowledge-sharing methods, it is hoped that using this method will increase community understanding. Apart from that, the results of the service increase public knowledge and understanding in determining perishable product inventory management and applying it in everyday life to reduce waste.

Abstract

Bill Bakerykoe is one of the UMKM operating in the food sector in Kudus, with the main production being Donat and Roti Manis. Based on observations, UMKM do not yet have a good work area arrangement. In carrying out bread production activities, using the current layout of production facilities, it was found that the arrangement of the work areas was not in accordance with the sequence of the production process flow from the initial process to the final process. Thus, there was repetition in passing through production areas that should not have been time to pass. The work stations observed were from the location of the raw material warehouse, production machines, to the product packaging area. This research aims to provide proposals for the layout of new production facilities that is appropriate and more efficient, and can eliminate repetitive activities that can waste a lot of time, by minimizing the total production distance. The research method used is Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) which starts from preparing a production route sheet, production process map, creating an ARC (Activity Relationship Chart), redesigning the layout, stages of analyzing the results, then conclusions and suggestions. The results of the research were changes to the layout of 7 work areas including the raw material area 1 (A), the leftover materials area (C), the equipment warehouse area (D), the dough molding area (F), the dough frying area (G), the Donut WIP (J), and equipment washing area (O). As for the comparison of the total production distance in the initial layout and the improved layout, the results showed that the new layout can reduce the total production distance by 16.4 meters.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas penilaian kinerja karyawan, penggunaan sistem informasi yang tepat menjadi sangat penting. Sistem informasi dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mengelola data kinerja karyawan secara efisien. Selain itu, penggunaan metode yang tepat juga diperlukan untuk memastikan objektivitas dan konsistensi dalam penilaian kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan PT. Genisan Teknik Indonesia yang memudahkan para pembuat keputusan untuk menentukan perpanjangan kontrak kerja karyawan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan 4 (empat) kriteria yaitu kedispilinan, kejujuran, penampilan dan absensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan supervisi dan karyawan serta observasi dokumen untuk mengetahui proses dan prosedur penilaian kinerja karyawan. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall. Hasil pengujian sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT.Genisan Teknik Indonesia dengan metode Analytic Hirarchy Process berfungsi dengan baik. Hasil akhir penghitungan sistem pendukung keputusan yang ditampilkan dalam laporan mampu menunjukkan urutan ranking terbaik karyawan beserta bobot penilaiannya.

Abstract

Secara singkat penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi industri halal bagi Indonesia dengan melihat dominan penduduk beragama muslim. Selain itu mengingat pentingnya logistik halal di dalam menjaga persyaratan halal produk dari proses produksi sampai konsumsi. Di Indonesia sendiri logistik halal belum banyak dipahami dan diterapkan pada semua indistri makanan halal. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperjelas tentang logistik halal dengan menetapkan standar logistik halal. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa jurnal ilmiah, laporan badan pusat statistik, kebijakan mengenai halal logistik di Indonesia menurut MUI. Hasil dari laporan ini dapat disimpulkan jika Indonesia belum ada regulasi halal logistik yang memiliki standar dengan jelas, selain itu penulis memberikan saran kepada industri makanan halal dalam melakukan proses logistik sebaiknya sesuai syariat islam yang nantinya dapat menjadi syarat logistik secara global. Abstract

The problems that occur in PT Sari Warna Asli V Textile Industry are goods that are scattered and not properly arranged, resulting in officers having difficulty finding goods and disrupting the smoothness and efficiency of operational activities, as well as the slow release of goods. For this reason, this research is conducted to improve the layout of the finished goods warehouse using dedicated storage and class-based storage method, and to compare the old layout and the two proposed layouts to find the layout that provides the most optimal results to be applied in the finished goods warehouse of PT Sari Warna Asli V Textile Industry. The method used to solve the problem in this study is a comparative quantitative method. The result of this research is the proposed layout with a dedicated storage method results in a travel distance of 40.4 m. While the proposed layout with class-based storage method produces a distance of 14.84 m. Therefore, it can be concluded that the layout with class-based storage method is suitable to be applied in the finished goods warehouse of PT Sari Warna Asli V Textile Industry. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which the variables of delivery accuracy (X1) and product security (X2) influence customer satisfaction (Y) at J&T Express in Jepara. A quantitative method was applied with multiple regression analysis on 100 samples randomly selected through a questionnaire. Data processing using SPSS version 26 software revealed that delivery accuracy (X₁) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (β=0.968; p=0.000), while product security (X₂) was insignificant (β=-0.047; p=0.603). The Adjusted R² value of 0.796 indicates that 79.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by these two variables: delivery accuracy (X1) and product security (X2). This study concludes the importance of optimizing delivery accuracy as a top priority without neglecting product security as a customer need.
