Low in the student’s practice score, could reach low of student compatitative ability in Bandung, that impact from management infrastructure uncompleted. The research purpose for knowing illustration of planning, implementation, evaluation, problem and solve the problem faced in management infrastructure to increase students of vocational high school competence in Bandung. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data obtained through observation techniques, documentation studies, and interview. The conclusion of the research results is that infrastructure is one of the important and main resources in improving student competence in schools. The availability of complete and good educational infrastructure and management according to management standards will provide positive motivation to vocational students, so that learning activities will be more interesting and really help students in compensating for the obstacles they have, so that students can learn optimally and and creative.

Pertukaran informasi dan pengetahuan antar pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah, mereka dapat saling mendukung dan memperkuat posisi mereka dalam pasar digital yang kompetitif. Dengan adanya kolaborasi dan sinergi, home industry dapat bersama-sama menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang muncul di era digital ini. Dengan masyarakat yang lebih aktif di media sosial, home industry memiliki peluang besar untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen, memahami kebutuhan mereka, dan merespons secara cepat. Media sosial berperan penting dalam promosi home industry, membantu pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah memahami dan memanfaatkan advertising secara efektif untuk membangun citra merek yang kuat dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku home industry tentang penggunaan advertising di media sosial sebagai langkah peningkatan digital marketing. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan pemahaman tentang berbagai platform media sosial, strategi periklanan yang efektif, dan pengukuran kinerja iklan. Metodenya adalah menggunakan metode PKM dengan kuesioner dan sosialisasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku home industry tentang manfaat media sosial dalam pemasaran digital. Mereka mulai menyadari potensi pasar online tanpa biaya iklan tinggi. Sosialisasi ini berpotensi meningkatkan penerapan digital marketing pada home industry. Disarankan agar pelaku home industry terus mengembangkan kemampuan pemasaran digital dan berkolaborasi untuk berbagi pengalaman dalam mengelola advertising di media sosial.

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research on digital economy and industry convergence, with a focus on the impact of digitalization on business adaptation and innovation. Using data from key databases, including Scopus and Web of Science, and visualized through VOSviewer, the analysis reveals key themes, influential authors, and evolving research trends from 2000 to 2024. The findings highlight that "digitalisation" remains central to the discourse, particularly in relation to manufacturing, automation, and business process digitisation. Recent research shows a growing focus on sustainability and the role of digitalization in addressing environmental challenges. Additionally, the impact of COVID-19 has accelerated the adoption of digital strategies, with businesses increasingly focusing on flexibility, risk management, and business resilience. The analysis of author collaboration networks identifies prominent contributors and interdisciplinary efforts in this field. This study underscores the importance of digital innovation for business growth and calls for further exploration of how digital technologies can enhance sustainability and resilience in a post-pandemic world.

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran penting langkah-langkah keamanan siber dan keterampilan digital dalam mendorong pertumbuhan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dalam ekonomi digital di Indonesia. Analisis kuantitatif yang melibatkan 150 UKM dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antara praktik keamanan siber, keterampilan digital, dan indikator pertumbuhan UKM. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keamanan siber dan keterampilan digital yang lebih tinggi dikaitkan dengan pertumbuhan UKM yang lebih besar. Selain itu, keterampilan digital memediasi sebagian hubungan antara tindakan keamanan siber dan pertumbuhan UKM. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya investasi strategis dalam ketahanan keamanan siber dan kemampuan digital agar UKM dapat berkembang di lanskap digital Indonesia yang dinamis. Para pembuat kebijakan didesak untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang mendukung UKM dalam meningkatkan keamanan siber dan keterampilan digital, sehingga dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan inovasi.

This study entitled the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Genta Trikarya Sumedang. The problem of this research is the lack of optimal facilitation of improving employee performance. The purpose of the study was to determine work motivation, employee performance, the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Genta Trikarya Sumedang. This study uses a descriptive research method approach with quantitative analysis techniques, conducted through a survey method. Data collection techniques were analyzed by means of observation and questionnaires. The population is the performance of employees at PT. Genta Trikarya Sumedang as many as 50 people and the research sample was 50 people. The research data uses simple regression analysis, correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work motivation is 1,915 (good enough) with an average of 63.73%, employee performance is 1,617 (good enough) with an average of 64.76%, then the magnitude of the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at PT. Genta Trikarya Sumedang of 0.820 (very strong relationship), and the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Genta Trikarya Sumedang amounted to 67.2% and there are still 32.8% of other factors. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test, it turns out that tcount (9.93) > ttable (1.67722), it can be said that there is a positive influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Genta Trikarya Sumedang is acceptable. To increase work motivation can be useful because it is human nature that requires some kind of inducement, encouragement or incentive to get better performance. Motivation acts as a technique to improve the performance of employees working at different levels.

Keberadaan kader posyandu sebagai peyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan balita sangat penting terkhusus di posyandu melati desa citamiang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan kondisi balita baik dari berat badan ataupun lainnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh balita di posyandu melati sejumlah 48 balita. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dengan seluruh balita. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah format experimen dan format observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sarana pemantauan pertumbuhan lengkap 85%, pelayanan pemantauan pertumbuah dan perkembangan di Posyandu baik 95%, Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat 85% baik, keberhasilan program posyandu 100% baik. Saran perlu adanya tempat bermain untuk menarik anak agar datang ke posyandu.
