Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of halal certificates, food quality, and price on purchasing decisions. The research method is quantitative. The data are collected using a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the purchase decision and the independent variable is the halal certificate, food quality, and price on the purchase decision of Aqeeqah products in Tangerang Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. This study shows that halal certificates have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqeeqah products in Tangerang District, while food quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqeeqah products in Tangerang District. The results of the research from the simultaneous test of halal certificate variables, food quality, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that people living in Tangerang Regency prioritize food quality and price rather than the legality of halal certificates when buying Aqeeqah products.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the model of interconnection between the Islamic Bank and Zakat Management Organisation, as the two represent the implementation of Islamic economics in Indonesia. Using the Group Method of Data Handling (GMHD) tool to discern the strength of the relationship between the two representative entities, Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Baitulmaal Muamalat, it also followed the hyper postphenomenology approach to sharpen the result by obtaining essential confirmation from key informants with respect to determining the ideal model. The result showed a robust and reciprocal correlation between the account variables and its influence was statistically significant. Furthermore, it was interpreted as an effort to improve the image of the banking system while providing added value, forms of corporate responsibility and a spirit of service to customers. The results led to convergence on the formulation of the ideal model, which depends on the moral intentions of the owners of capital, government alignment and the literacy of directors, control needs and public awareness. Thus, it bridges the findings of previous studies and recommends a model that inseparable moral economic instruments. Abstract

Abstract. The implementation of halal certification in Indonesia by Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) is still low, even though there are mandatory provisions according to Law no. 33 of 2014 and there is a free halal certification program(SEHATI). This study aims to analyze the problems faced by the micro and small business sectors in implementing halal certification and formulate strategies to accelerate the implementation of halal certification. The research used the ANP (Analytic Network Process) framework. The data was obtained from interviews with seven expert respondents representing academics, practitioners, the Indonesian Ulama Council, and regulators. The results showed that the strategy that can be formulated to accelerate halal certification for the MSE sector is to combine three alternative strategies in the rder of priority, starting from simplifying the business process of the halal certification submission system, increasing the capability of MSE entrepreneurs, and finally increasing institutional synergy Abstrak. Abstract

Background: Meal provision for Indonesian Hajj pilgrims, the world's largest national contingent (221,000 in 1447 H/2026 CE), is a large-scale, faith-based service governed by Sharia-based catering contracts, yet its risk management remains reactive. ISO 31000, as a secular-technical standard, cannot by itself capture the spiritual dimension of risk, namely halal integrity and the sanctity of worship. Objective: This study evaluates ISO 31000-based risk management in Hajj meal provision during the 2026 operations and integrates it with maqāṣid al-sharī'ah (ḥifẓ al-dīn, ḥifẓ al-nafs, and ḥifẓ al-māl) to develop a Sharia-aligned risk governance model. Methods: A qualitative-descriptive evaluative case study triangulates regulatory documents (KMHU No. 24/2025 and No. 43/2026), interviews and FGDs with PPIH personnel, catering partners, and an expert panel, and a likelihood–impact risk assessment. Results/Findings: Risks concentrate in the distribution and serving stages, peaking in Armina. The extreme risks (distribution delays, deteriorating food quality, and menu and portion non-conformity; scores 20–25) threaten both ḥifẓ al-nafs and ḥifẓ al-dīn. Implementation maturity is moderate (3.2 of 5): identification and analysis are established, but treatment and monitoring remain reactive because caterer liability (ḍamān) is enforced after incidents rather than prevented contractually. Contribution: This is the first study to integrate a global risk management standard with Islamic legal ethics in Hajj services. It offers a Maqāṣid-based risk register linking each ISO 31000 risk to the Sharia objective it threatens and to Sharia-based mitigation, reframes the organizer–caterer relationship as an ijārah contract bearing ḍamān, and provides Key Risk Indicators the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah can embed in catering contracts.
