Physical fitness and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are important aspects for referees. This is because the distance traveled by the referees during the game is related to soccer players and psychological disorders often experienced by the referee. However, the training as an effort to refine the performance of the referees has not been done yet. Based on these facts, this study was aimed at analyzing: (1) the contribution of physical fitness to the performance of referees; (2) EQ contribution to referees' performance, and; (3) the contribution of physical fitness and EQ simultaneously and significantly to the performance of the referees. To achieve such purposes, this study used correlational descriptive method by involving 71 members of soccer referee in PSSI (Indonesia football association) association of Pekalongan and Batang Regencies as the population in this study. The population was sampled into 68 active referees. Their physical fitness data were obtained through psychomotor tests using FIFA Fitness Test guidelines. Meanwhile, EQ data were obtained through a test by using Assessing Emotions Scale guidelines. Besides, the performance referee data were obtained through the assessment done by the match supervisor using referee assessment guidelines and assistant referees applicable in PSSI. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis and resulted the significance value of 0,05. The results showed that the performance of the referee is contributed by: (1) Fitness Test equal to 5.06%; (2) EQ equal to 15.28%; (3) Fitness Test and EQ together equal to 52%.

This study aims to determine the differences in entrepreneurial motivation in students who take part in the Management Entrepreneur Day (MED) program, including both implicit and explicit motivation in Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Brawijaya University. This type of research is quantitative research with a method of collecting data in the form of probability sampling. The collected data was analyzed by applying SPSS analysis with a different test based on Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results of this study indicate that implicit motivation including motives for achievement (need for achievement) and motives for affiliation (need for affiliation) provides no difference in motivation (for entrepreneurship) in students who take MED. However, implicit motivation for controlling (need for power) presents a significant difference in the personal value among the students before (pre) and after (post) participating the MED activities. Whereas, explicit motivation including motives for achievement, depics a significant difference in students who take the MED program. Explicit motivation for affiliation (need for affiliation) and explicit motivation for controlling (need for power) indicates no difference in both before (pre) and after (post) participating in MED. From these results, the researchers concluded that the entrepreneurship program did not provide a significant change in entrepreneurial motivation among the participating students.

The object ofresearch was paperless office internal (POINT) at PT. Telekomunikasi (Telkom), Indonesia, Tbk. Datawas collected from permanent employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in four locations whose usingPOINT application shaped by internal web-based portal. Data collected by using questionnaires inthe period December 2010 to January 2011. Respondent were 118 workers. Data analysis was performedusing a model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with component-based applicationassistance SmartPLS 2.0. The results state that user satisfaction, personal innovative and facilitatingconditions were positively related directly to innovate with IT. Post-adoption perceived usefulnessand confirmation of expectations were positively related indirectly to innovate with IT, while selfefficacyand rewards found no effect on innovate with IT. The result of research confirmed previousresearch and conducted discussions on the results of research that was unique. Discussion and conclusionsof study yields several implications and needed further research on the behavior of innovatingwith IT.Keywords: Innovate with IT, the post-adoption behavior, personal innovativeness, self-efficacy, rewards

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan pengaruh Environtment Sustainability (ES) melalui Penerapan Strategi Sustainability (SPA) terhadap Competitive Advantage (CA) pada Biro Perjalanan Wisata (BPW). Objek penelitian ini adalah BPW di Kota Malang, Sampel penelitian ini adalah BPW dalam skala kecil. Proses pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Teknik snowball sampling. Item kuesioner diukur dengan skala likert. Pengolahan data selanjutnya menggunakan Smart PLS sebagai alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teori maupun praktis dalam penelitian strategi sustainability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa environtment Sustainability berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Competitive advantage (CA) pada BPW. Environtment Sustainability merupakan salah satu komponen yang diperlukan dalam untuk meningkatkan Competitive advantage (CA) usaha salah satunya BPW. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa praktik penerapan sustainability (SPA) memediasi hubungan antara environment sustainability (ES) dan competitive advantage (CA). Adanya praktek berkelanjutan dari perantara pariwisata memperkuat penerapan environtment Sustainability untuk meningkatkan competitive advantage pada BPW. Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini tidak dipungkiri lagi bahwa informasi menjadi salah satu sumber daya utama pada setiap oranisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Penyebaran teknologi informasi sudah merambah keberbagai bidan terutama dalam bidan pariwisata. Salah satu pariwisata yang saat ini sedang di gemari oleh masyarakat adalah kegiatan ekowisata. Taman nasional way kambas merupakan daerah konservasi sumber daya alam baik itu flora dan fauna. Taman nasional way kambas di kelilingi 39 desa penyangga, salah satunya desa braja harjosari. Desa mencanangkan diri sebagai desa wisata, namun dalam pelaksanaannya belum memiliki sistem pemasaran menggunakan teknologi Informasi sehingga potensi-potensi yang ada sulit untuk berkembang karena kurangnya penujung dan tidak memiliki daya saing yang cukup kuat untuk bersaing di era teknologi informasi saat ini. Oleh karena itu di perlukan analisis pengembanan sistem yan mampu meningkatkan potensi-potensi ekowisata dan strategi pengembangan ekowisata guna meninkatkan kunjungan dan daya saing dengan wisata sejenis. SWOT analisis menentukan pengembangan sistem promosi dengan merumuskan strategi alternatif yang dapat digunakan serta merancang suatu sistem pemasaran berdasarkan alternatif strategi yang ada. Hasil dari analisis tersebut penggunaan teknologi terletak pada kuadran 1 yang berarti desa braja harjosari harus memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk melihat peluang yang ada. Strategi pemasaran yang bisa dilakukan yaitu melalui media web yan dapat di jankau semua orang.

This study aims to determine the influence of green brand image on green brand equity which is mediated by green brand trust in cosmetics and body care company The Body Shop Indonesia. The research type is explanatory research that explains or proves the relationship or influence the variabel thorugh hypothesis test. Sampling uses a non-probability sampling method with a 170 respondents who had made trancactions or purchased in The Body Shop Indonesia. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that (1) green brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on green brand equity in The Body Shop Indonesia company, (2) green brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on green brand trust in The Body Shop Indonesia company, (3) green brand trust variable has a positive and significant effect on green brand equity in The Body Shop Indonesia company, (4) green brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on green brand equity in The Body Shop Indonesia company mediated by green brand trust. The conclusion of this research is that with the presence of green brand trust as a mediating variable, it will be able to build a better relationship between green brand image and green brand equity in the cosmetics and body care company The Body Shop Indonesia. The development of technology is now growing very rapidly. It encourages people to create something that could provide convenience to perform a task. One of them is able to monitor and detect fires from long distance. A house fire is a frequently-occured disaster in the community. It can be caused by environmental factors as well as carelessness of the home owner. Home fires often occur when there is noone at home. They can occur at anytime because it is a disaster that goes unexpected. This research aims to design a fire detection system using a temperature sensor and smoke sensor that can provide an indication of fire early on in a room. The design of this system consists of a temperature sensor, smoke sensor and Arduino microcontroller system which is able to transmit datafrom the temperature and smoke sensor to Raspberry Pi via serial communication. The results were shown in Raspberry Pi through a GUI display. It is suggested that the system uses security camera or web camera for precise monitoring and adds notification feature via SMS or other means through internet. Good governance is a governance that comes from participation in which managed by people through democratic institutions that are legitimate, accountable and transparent and are used responsively for the benefit of the community. Too realize good governance in Dayun District Siak Regency, The efforts of Berumbung Baru first attempt to evaluate the level of governance, territory and society through instrument village development in accordance with the mandate of the minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 81 of 2015 concerning Evaluation of Village Development. Evaluation of village development can be identified in village competitions helds annually by the ministry of Home Affairs the Republic of Indonesia through the Directorate General of Village Government Development. The theoretical concept used in this study is the Principle of good governance according to Santoso in which explains that the ideal concept of good governance is good governance derived from the principles of participation, accountability, transparancy and responsiveness for the benefit of the community. This study aims to find out about the efforts of Berumbung Baru Village realizing good governance in Dayun District, Siak Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods and descriptive assessment of the data. Data collection techniques are using interview, observation and documentation techniques that involve informants as the source of information. The result showed that the efforts of Kampung Berumbung Baru for realizing good governance had been maximized. This can be seen from the various achievements achieved by Berumbung Baru Village both at the Village and National levels and the National level with the crowning of the Berumbung Baru Village as the labsite location for the model of village and sub-district development throughout Indonesia. Success factors for Berumbung Baru Village realizing good governance include the leadership of the Village Head and the Potential of Berumbung Baru Village. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat ini membutuhkan manajemen puncak yang dapat mengadaptasi semua persaingan tersebut menjadi suatu peluang bisnis yang mampu mempertahankan perusahaan. Seorang pemimpin yang mampu menghadapi perubahan dan persaingan serta didukung oleh budaya organisasi yang bagus dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan merupakan salah satu jalan untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang baik demi mengatasi persaingan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang, dan untuk mengetahui diantara kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Malang dengan kriteria bekerja minimal 3 tahun dan merupakan karyawan tetap maka dapat ditentukan populasi sebanyak 90 dan di tolak sebanyak 30. Berdasarkan data terakhir maka sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 karyawan sengan menggunakan terknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk setiap item variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik dengan program SPSS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian terhadap Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Malang.
