Abstract

This research uses experimental method that is by using method of learning Auditory, Intellectuality, Repetition (AIR). From hypothesis testing using ttest statistic formula to know whether there is influence of application of learning method of learning of Auditory, Intelectuality, Repetition (AIR). After testing hypothesis on test of difference of two mean and calculation of data of economic learning result by using statistic formula, hence in can thit = 4,38 and ttab = 2.00 at 5% significant level so that proved that hit hit> ttab .. With so it can be concluded "There is influence of learning method of Auditory, Intellectuality, Repetition (AIR) to student's economic learning result of class X even semester SMA Negeri 2 Menggala year lesson 2016/2017". Judging from the mean score of the students, the experimental class x ̅_ = 83.37 and the control class had an average value of x ̅_ = 71.03. So the average students' economic learning outcomes using Auditory, Intellectuality, Repetition (AIR) learning methods are higher than students using conventional learning methods

Abstract

Learning problems at Kasui 2 State Senior High School are currently a process of economic learning that is less than optimal so that learning outcomes in economic lessons are still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison between structured task learning models with independent unstructured tasks on economic learning outcomes in the odd semester X students of Kasui Way 2 Public High School 2016/2017 Academic Year. The method used in this study is an experimental method, a population of 126 students consisting of 4 classes. Sample class X1 as experimental class 1 is 30 students and class X4 as experimental class 2 is 30 students. The sampling technique uses Cluster Random Sampling technique. The results of the study revealed that> tdaf, which is 4.55> 2.00 so it can be concluded that "there is a comparison between structured task learning models with independent unstructured tasks on economic learning outcomes in odd semester X students of SMA Negeri 2 Kasui Way Right Year of Education 2016/2017 "and the average learning outcomes in experimental class 1 using a structured task learning model obtained a score of 81.56 and the average learning outcomes in experimental class 2 using unstructured independent assignments obtained a value of 66.8. Based on these results it is known that the average learning outcomes in experimental class 1 is higher than in experimental class 2.

Abstract

Perkembangan Fintech di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, terbukti pada saat pandemi COVID 19 penggunaan FinTech masih mengalami kenaikan meskipun lambat, diharapkan setelah paska pandemi COVID 19 FinTech di Indonesia bisa menjalin kolaborasi yang baik dengan industry perbankan dan Lembaga Keuangan Perbankan, karena timbul semacam tren digitalisasi pada gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia yang dipicu oleh peraturan pemerintah seperti jaga jarak sosial, jaga jarak secara fisik dan kerja dari rumah. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel kreativitas dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 peserta didik dari 4 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 didik. Dalam pengambilan sampel, penulis menggunakan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kreativitas dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi pada peserta didik kelas X Semester Genap SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan kriteria uji jika r_xy = 0 dikatakan tidak ada hubungan antara X dan Y, sedangkan jika r_xy = 0 tidak ada hubungan antara X dan Y, sedangkan jika r_xy 0 maka ada hubungan antara X dan Y. Hasil analisis data diperoleh r_xy = 0,986, maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kreativitas dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi pada peserta didik kelas X Semester Genap SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Dengan demikian, kreativitas mempunyai hubungan yang erat terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, sebab anak yang kreatif selalu memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi, rasa percaya diri serta tidak mudah putus asa, selalu kreatif dalam belajar untuk memperoleh prestasi belajar yang memuaskan.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: (1) The use of conventional learning models is not something bad, but it is felt to be less effective because students cannot realize their activeness in the learning process. (2) Students are less active in the learning process. (3) Low Myob learning outcomes. This research aims to analyze the increase in activity and learning outcomes of students using interactive learning media based on Video Tutorials in class XII Accounting in the odd semester of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was held at SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in collaboration with the Myob class XII Accounting subject teacher. The subjects of this classroom action research are students of class Based on the research results, Myob learning using interactive learning media based on video tutorials can improve the activities and learning outcomes of class XII Accounting students at SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. This is proven by the learning activities obtained by students. The percentage increase in overall student learning activity was 74.23 (Quite Active) in cycle 1 and increased to 81.64 (Very Active) in cycle II, there was an increase in student activity from cycle I to cycle II of 7.41. Meanwhile, the student's myob learning results from cycle I to cycle II have increased and have shown the goal of the success indicator being 80%. In cycle 1 there was a percentage of learning completeness of 6 students with an average score of 72.64 (35.3%) and in cycle II there were 14 students with an average score of 79.41 (82.3%) students. which was completed by a total of 17 students, so there was an increase of 47%.Keywords: Improving Learning Activities and Outcomes, Myob Subjects, Video Tutorial-Based Interactive Learning MediaDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v7i1.1-6
