<![CDATA[Pengelolaan pendidikan terkait dengan Pemerintah secara makro sebagai pembuat kebijakan dan secara mikro Kepala Sekolah sebagai sebagai pengelola sekolah. Sebagai orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap manajemen di sekolah, kepala sekolah dituntut untuk dapat bekerja secara baik dan profesional. Melihat beratnya pekerjaan yang diemban oleh kepala sekolah, maka jabatan ini merupakan jabatan yang tidak dapat di isi oleh sembarang orang. Jabatan ini harus benar-benar di isi oleh orang-orang yang berkompetensi dan profesional. Namun amat disayangkan bahwa: â€Departemen Pendidikan Nasional memperkirakan 70 persen dari 250.000 kepala sekolah di Indonesia tidak Kompetenâ€. Kesimpulan ini merupakan temuan Direktorat Peningkatan Mutu Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional setelah melakukan uji kompetensi. Banyaknya kepala sekolah yang kurang memenuhi standar kompetensi ini diduga sebagai akibat dari kurang baiknya proses rekruitmen dan pengangkatan kepala sekolah yang selama ini berlaku. Proses pengangkatan kepala sekolah jarang disertai pendidikan dan pelatihan.Pendidikan dan pelatihan kepala sekolah adalah program kesempatan balajar yang terencana dalam satuan waktu tertentu yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja kepala sekolah. Dalam prosesnya, diharapkan ada perubahan tingkah laku sebagai akibat adanya interaksi antara stimulus yang diberikan dengan respon. Dasar filosofis dari pendidikan dan pelatihan adalah berlandaskan nilai-nlai pancasila.Tujuan utama dari pendidikan dan pelatihan kepala sekolah adalah untuk memperoleh kecakapan khusus yang diperlukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas-tugas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Oleh karena itu maka program-program pendidikan dan pelatihan harus dikemas secara rapi, menarik serta menjadi suatu program yang berkelanjutan atau paling tidak merupakan suatu bagian kehidupan dan pelaksanaan tujuan di ulang kembali. Pendidikan dan pelatihan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan profesionlisme dapat dilaksanakan dengan dua program, yaitu program pre-service dan program in-service training. Program pre-service diperuntukkan bagi calon kepala sekolah yang akan menjadi kepala sekolah. Sedangkan program in-service training diperuntukkan bagi mereka yang telah menduduki jabatan kepala sekolah. Ada tiga kelompok materi dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan, sehingga dengan adanya materi tersebut dapat memenuhi harapan persyaratan jabatan kepala sekolah. Materi tersebut dibagi dalam kelompok dasar, kelompok inti dan kelompok pendukung.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems in this study are (1) Little interest in students of the STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung economic study program for entrepreneurship; (2) There are still limited jobs to absorb university graduates in Indonesia; and (3) Number of Educated Unemployment. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship Value of Entrepreneurship Subjects with Student Entrepreneurial Interest in Economic Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study were students of Economic Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. Data collection uses a questionnaire and documentation of student grades. Hypothesis testing uses the Product Moment formula. The results showed that there was a relationship between the value of entrepreneurship courses with the interest in entrepreneurship among students of the Economic Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is to determine the effect of using the Course Review Horay learning model on improving IPS learning outcomes of eighth grade students of Wiyata Bhakti Natar Middle Lampung South Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019. The method used in this study was an experimental method, the population in this study were all students of class VIII of Wiyata Bhakti Natar Middle School South Lampung totaling 130 students, the sample consisted of two classes, namely class VIII A and VIII B, where class VIII A as an experimental class totaling 32 students and class VIII B as a control class of 32 students. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test statistical formula obtained t hit = 3.10 and t distribution table at a significant level of 5% known tdaf is t (1-1 / 2 α)= 2.00 so that it proved t hit> t list. Thus it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the use of Course Review Horay learning models on student IPS learning outcomes and the average IPS learning outcomes of students who in the learning process use the Course Review Horay learning model is higher than students in the learning process using conventional learning models]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the Talking Stick Learning Model on Economic Learning Outcomes in Class X Students in Even Semester of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the talking stick learning model on economic learning outcomes in class X students in the even semester of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019. This study uses an experimental method, where research methods that require the writer to practice teaching directly on the subject under study using the talking stick learning model. The population in this study were 98 students of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung, amounting to 98 students in which the sample consisted of 2 classes namely X Accounting as an Experiment class which amounted to 34 people and X Sharia Banking as a control class of 32. After hypothesis testing on the two similarity tests - the average and the calculation of economic learning outcomes data using a statistical formula, then it is obtained 3.52 and at a significant level of 5%. This means that there is the influence of the talking stick learning model on economic learning outcomes in class X students in the even semester of SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019]]>

<![CDATA[The problems in this study are: (1) the economic learning outcomes of class XI students. IPS 4 is still low, (2) the lack of variety of learning strategies used. The purpose of this study was to improve the activities and economic learning outcomes of class XI students. IPS 4 used a group resume learning strategy in economic subjects in SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2019/2020. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two stages of a cycle which in its application uses a group resume learning strategy. The subjects in this study were students of class XI.IPS 4 SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung, amounting to 34 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests using 40 question sheets and observation sheets. The data analysis technique was carried out to analyze the activity data and student learning outcomes. The results showed the percentage of student learning activities increased from 58.72% in the first cycle to 78.50% in the second cycle. The percentage of student learning outcomes also increased from 67.65% in the first cycle and 85.29% in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that learning activities by applying a group resume learning strategy can improve economic learning activities and outcomes of students in class XI.IPS 4 SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2019/2020]]>

<![CDATA[Data analysis techniques are one of the critical stages that young researchers must carry out when conducting research. Apart from that, young researchers also need to understand knowledge related to statistical methods to make carrying out their research easier. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of young researchers (especially students) related to Structural Equation Modeling using the PLS and the Simultaneous Equation Model. Apart from that, this activity also aims to increase the experience of young researchers by directly instilling the use of the SmartPLS program. This Community Service Activity was conducted as a seminar on June 13, 2024, from 08.00 to 12.00 WIB (09.00 to 13.00 MST) online via Zoom Cloud's Meeting. Universiti Malaysia Sabah is a partner in this activity. Seventy-six participants, including lecturers, students, and researchers from state and private universities in Indonesia and Malaysia, participated in this activity. <![CDATA[Kurikulum berperan penting sebagai suatu pedoman pembelajaran yang mencakup perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dalam rangka memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman melalui serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran. Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum dengan model pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam, serta kontennya lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri Gandri dalam meningkatkan akhlak beragama. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, metode pengambilan data menggunakan tiga cara, yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles and Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Adapun hasil atau kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa perencanaan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri Gandri dalam meningkatkan akhlak beragama dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahap perencanaan melakukan analisis capaian pembelajaran, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran sebagai pengembangan alur tujuan pembelajaran, melakukan penyusunan modul ajar dengan mengembangkan alur tujuan pembelajaran yang di dalamnya tercantum tujuan pembelajaran, langkah-langkah pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran yang relevan, materi pembelajaran, dan jenis evaluasi pembelajaran yang digunakan.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementation of Online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Improve Educational Services for Parents of Students in Vocational High Schools, is research that implements an online program in the form of Whatsapp services and websites in order to improve and improve services for parents of students in Schools. CRM itself is actually often used in business companies, but is also starting to be used in the world of education. CRM aims to improve relationships with customers, in this case parents, and increase interest in the school, which ultimately results in the school having many students. The online CRM used is an Android application in the form of a Whatsapp application and website. With this service application, parents of students can find out about the distribution of information and developments in school programs that will be and have been implemented for their children or students at the school, so that they can improve services that ultimately increase interest. Today a good customer relationship management (CRM) platform is the backbone of many successful student recruiting efforts. CRM for schools is a customer-centric system that can help education professionals, build relationships with prospects and enrollees, generating data-based insights.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems in this research are: (1) The use of conventional learning models is not something bad, but it is felt to be less effective because students cannot realize their activeness in the learning process. (2) Students are less active in the learning process. (3) Low Myob learning outcomes. This research aims to analyze the increase in activity and learning outcomes of students using interactive learning media based on Video Tutorials in class XII Accounting in the odd semester of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was held at SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in collaboration with the Myob class XII Accounting subject teacher. The subjects of this classroom action research are students of class Based on the research results, Myob learning using interactive learning media based on video tutorials can improve the activities and learning outcomes of class XII Accounting students at SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung. This is proven by the learning activities obtained by students. The percentage increase in overall student learning activity was 74.23 (Quite Active) in cycle 1 and increased to 81.64 (Very Active) in cycle II, there was an increase in student activity from cycle I to cycle II of 7.41. Meanwhile, the student's myob learning results from cycle I to cycle II have increased and have shown the goal of the success indicator being 80%. In cycle 1 there was a percentage of learning completeness of 6 students with an average score of 72.64 (35.3%) and in cycle II there were 14 students with an average score of 79.41 (82.3%) students. which was completed by a total of 17 students, so there was an increase of 47%.Keywords: Improving Learning Activities and Outcomes, Myob Subjects, Video Tutorial-Based Interactive Learning MediaDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v7i1.1-6]]>
