Abstract

Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and addictive substances are substances that can provide a calm, or excited effect on its users, but also provide negative effects such as hallucinations, loss of emotional and behavioral control. Drug abuse has spread to various age groups from school age to adults. It is necessary to build the character of adolescent behavior based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith to prevent drug abuse. The purpose of the study was to analyze the character building of adolescents based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in dealing with drug abuse factors. The study population was adolescents aged 12-19 years, the sample size was 95 respondents. Questionnaire research instrument. Correlational survey research method with cross sectional approach. Data analysis using Spearman rank test. The results of the study found substance factors that affect the risk of drug abuse low category as much as 92.6% and high category as much as 7.4%. The risk of drug abuse was found to be 94% of non-users and 6% of drug users. There is a perfect relationship between substance factors and the risk of drug abuse in adolescents, ρ = 0.000; α, r = 0.920. The Al-Qur'an and Hadith provide moral guidance that prohibits drug use as part of adolescent character to prevent drug abuse. It is necessary to strengthen the character based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in adolescents to prevent drug abuse behavior.

Abstract

Adolescents are individuals in a period of growth and development that is synonymous with finding and building identity towards maturity. Adolescent behavior is very easily influenced by the surrounding environment. The current digital era makes the flow of communication, information, and individual freedom unlimited. Islamic education is needed to shape the behavior and character of adolescents who have akhlakul karimah and healthy soul. The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of character education and adolescent values towards mental health in the digital era through Islamic education. This research method is qualitative with a library research approach. Data sources come from literature reviews from research journals, books and other scientific articles according to the theme. Data is collected through literature study and analyzed by analyzing Islamic education in the process of transforming character and value education for adolescents in the digital era towards a healthy soul. The main focus of the research is to describe the transformation of character and value education in mentally healthy adolescents in the digital era through Islamic education. The accuracy of the results of this research analysis was carried out by triangulating the data analysis results involving experts according to expertise. The results of this research analysis show that Islamic education based on the Qur'an, Sunnah/Hadith, and Ijtihad is very appropriate for transforming value and character education which is also in line with mentally healthy values, especially for adolescents in the digital era.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a child's growth is inhibited and they do not achieve their optimal physical and cognitive growth potential. Children who experience stunting can be detected from the age of 0-5 years. The mother's physical readiness during pregnancy through routine Antenatal care, taking iron tablets at least 90 tablets during pregnancy, carrying out Early Initiation of Breastfeeding after giving birth and providing exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months, the mother's psychological condition and family support can play a role in preventing stunting. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of family support for pregnant women as an effort to prevent stunting. The research was conducted in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan in 2024. This type of research is qualitative research with an in-depth interview method. The research sample was taken using the multistage random sampling method adjusted to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The research participants were 5 mothers who had children aged 0-2 years with an age range of 20-35 years and had met the research inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of data processing were analyzed to assess the role of family support for mothers during pregnancy as an effort to prevent stunting. The results of the study showed that all participants (100%) knew about stunting in children and received family support during pregnancy. The form of family support varies for each mother, such as accompanying the mother during pregnancy check-ups and childbirth, providing care and nutrition during pregnancy and childbirth, preparing transportation plans to health facilities to avoid delays in handling childbirth. The existence of family support for mothers shows that mothers can go through their pregnancies comfortably, have their nutritional needs met and receive regular pregnancy check-ups so that their pregnancies are always healthy and free from stunting. Family support given to pregnant women during pregnancy has a significant influence in preventing stunting in children. Family support for pregnant women is expected to be continued until the child is born and care during growth and development as well as the importance of education from health workers in health services

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menyatakan bahwa “ Indonesia berada dalam kondisi Darurat Narkoba” yang berarti penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkoba berada pada tingkat kerawanan yang tinggi. Pada tahun 2015 sudah terdapat 4.030 juta orang telah menjadi pengguna Narkoba, dan menyebabkan kematian 33 orang perhari. Penyalahgunaan narkotika, psikotropika, dan zat adiktif (napza) sudah merambah pada berbagai tingkat usia termasuk anak sekolah dan remaja. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor individu yang berhubungan dengan risiko penyalahgunaan napza pada remaja di Desa Bincau Kecamatan Martapura Kota Kabupaten Banjar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian survey analitik. Populasi penelitian remaja yang berusia 12 – 19 tahun yang belum menikah. Tehnik sampling total sampling. Jumlah sampel 95 responden. Instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Spearman rank. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Faktor individu yang mempengaruhi risiko penyalahgunaan NAPZA pada remaja pada kategori rendah 87 responden (91,6 %) dan kategori tinggi 8 responden (8,4 %). Risiko penyalahgunaan NAPZA pada remaja pada kategori tidak pengguna 89 responden (94 %), tahap coba-coba 1 responden (1%), pemakaian regular 1 responden (1%), ketagihan 1 responden (1%), dan ketergantungan 2 responden (2%). Ada hubungan yang sempurna antara faktor individu dengan risiko penyalahgunaan NAPZA, ρ =0,000 ; α, r = 0,856 . Keluarga dengan anak remaja penyalahgunaan napza diharapkan segera membawa anaknya untuk melakukan rehabilitasi ke tempat pelayanan kesehatan atau melalui Badan Narkotika Kabupaten/Kota. This study analyzes individual factors related to the risk of drug abuse among adolescents in Bincau Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Analytical survey research method. The research population is teenagers aged 12 – 19 years who are not married. Total sampling technique. The total sample is 95 respondents. Questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis used the Spearman rank statistical test. The research results showed that individual factors that influence the risk of drug abuse in adolescents were in the low category 87 respondents (91.6%) and in the high category 8 respondents (8.4%). The risk of drug abuse among teenagers in the category of non-users is 89 respondents (94%), trial and error stage is 1 respondent (1%), regular use is 1 respondent (1%), addiction is 1 respondent (1%), and dependency is 2 respondents (2 %). There is a perfect relationship between individual factors and the risk of drug abuse, ρ =0.000; α, r = 0.856 . Families with teenage children who abuse drugs are expected to immediately take their children for rehabilitation to a health service or through the Regency/City Narcotics Agency.

Abstract

Progress in the fields of helath and technology as well as increasing welfare of course also have an impact on individual health. The healthier the individual, the greater the opportunity to increase his or her lufespan.Thus the number or erderly individuals also continues to increase.Erderly are individuals who are 60 years old or more.The elderly physioligical systems have experienced a decline.This condition certainly has the impact that elderly, so they have various diseases that are classified as degenerative diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, osteoarthritis and others. Most elderly are also unable to be economically productive. Elderly have not income and no adequate family support can live in nursing home. Nursing home is social or free of charge residence for elderly poors. Conditions of being economically disadvantaged, having physical illness, no family support, and have to live in a nursing home can trigger elderly to experience health problems such as depression. Depression in the elderly has the impact of psychosocial problems such as powerlesness, hopelessness, low self-esteem, and social isolation. The aim of this research is to analyze depression and psychosocial problems in elderly living in nursing homes. The research design descriptive analytic. The research sample was elderly living in nursing homes and sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The total sample was 86 elderly. Data collection used the Geritriac Depression Scale instrument and psychosocial response instruments. Descriptive data analysis. The research results showed that 87% of the 86 respondents experienced depression. In 75 elderly who were depressed, it was found that 97% (73 people) experienced psychosocial problems low self-esteem, 93% (70 people) of powerlesness, 99% (74 people) of hopelessness, and 77% (58 people) of social isolation. The suggestions given are strengthening care, especially related to the mental health of the elderly and the need for programmed activities that support the physical, psychological, socio-cultural and spiritual health of the elderly living in nursing homes.
