Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Covid-19 merupakan penyakit jenis baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19, pemerintah menganjurkan semua aktivitas bertatap muka secara langsung dibatasi, termasuk aktifitas pendidikan dilakukan secara daring. Hal tersebut tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa SMA kelas X dalam menjalani pembelajaran sistem daring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di MAN 2 Blitar Kecamatan Wlingi Kabupaten Blitar. Desain: Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 381 siswa dan jumlah sampel 38 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA Kelas X. Instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner (online form). Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 15-30 Desember 2020. Data dianalisa dengan prosentase dan diinterpretasikan sehingga mendapat data kuantitatif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatakan dari 38 responden hampir seluruh yaitu 29 responden (76,3%) mempunyai motivasi belajar sedang, sebagian kecil yaitu 7 responden (18,4%) mempunyai motivasi kuat dan sebagian kecil lagi yaitu 2 responden (5,3%) mempunyai motivasi lemah. Hampir seluruh responden mempunyai motivasi sedang, Motivasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal seperti jenis kelamin, usia, tinggal bersama, lokasi tempat tinggal, jaringan dan media pembelajaran Kesimpulan: Untuk itu responden diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan mengambil sisi positif dan mampu mengatasi kendala internal maupun eksternal yang dialami selama pembelajaran daring. Bagi para pengajar disarankan untuk memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan beragam, memanfaatkan penggunaan media yang menarik dalam memberikan materi, dan melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Siswa SMA, Pembelajaran Daring, Covid-19 ABSTRACTBackground : Covid-19 is a new type of disease that has never been identified before in humans. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19virus, the government recommends that all face-to-face activities be directly restricted, including educational activities carried out online. This will certainly affect students' learning motivation.Objectives : The research was to find out the learning motivation of grade X high school students in undergoing online system learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in MAN 2 Blitar, Wlingi Subdistrict, Blitar Regency.Design : The research design uses descriptive. The research population of 381 students and the sample   number of 38 respondents. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling. Research variables Learning Motivation High School Students Grade X. Research instrument in the form of questionnaires (onlineform). The research was conducted on December 15-30, 2020. Data is analyzed with percentage and interpreted so that it gets quantitative data.Results : From the results were obtained from 38 respondents almost  all  of them are 29 respondents (76.3%) moderate learning motivation, a small percentage of 7 respondents (18.4%) have strong motivation and a small percentage of 2 respondents (5.3%) have weak motivations. Almost all respondents have moderate motivation, Learning motivation is influenced by internal and external factors such as gender, age, co-living, location of residence, network and learning media.Conclusion : Therefore respondents are expected to increase learning motivation by taking the positive side and being able to overcome internal and external obstacles experienced during online learning. Teachers are advised to choose the right and diverse learning methods, take advantage of the use of interesting media in providing materials, and evaluate learning.Keywords: Motivation, High School Students, Online Learning, Covid-19

Abstract

Background: Post-stroke patients experience changes in physical function so that they need self-defense mechanisms in order to adapt to their conditions. The self-defense mechanism model that a person uses appears when a person faces a reality that causes fear, anxiety, and insecurity. The purpose of this study was to determine the model of self-defense mechanisms in post-stroke patients in the working area of the UPTD Bendo Health Center, Pare District, Kediri Regency. Methods: The research design is descriptive, the research population is 56 people and the research sample is 49 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted on March 20 - April 20 2023. The research variables were models of self-defense mechanisms in post-stroke patients. The research instrument used a defense style questionnaire. Results: The results showed that 22.40% used the mature, neurotic, immature model, 10.2% of the respondents used mature and neurotic, 14.3% of the respondents used the mature, immature model, 8.20% of the respondents used neurotic, immature, 16.3% respondents used the mature model, 8.20% used immature and 8.20% used neurotic and 12.2 respondents did not use the self-defense mechanism model. Conclusion: The self-defense mechanism model used by respondents was influenced by several factors including age, gender, work history, and family support, information. Models of self-defense mechanisms in post-stroke can be used simultaneously or alternately, useful for facilitating physical adaptation for post-stroke patients

Abstract

Background: Auditory hallucinations are the inability of humans to distinguish internal stimuli (thoughts) and external stimuli (outside world). Hallucination clients give perceptions or opinions about the environment without any real objects or stimuli. And it affects the patient's ability to meet their needs, including the ability to fulfill self-care. Ability is the ability, skill, strength of a person to work on their own. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to describe the ability of auditory hallucinatory patients in self-care fulfillment.Method: The design research is descriptive, population and research sample of 20 respondents, with total sampling technique, research instruments in the form of cheklish, this study was conducted on 13 May-13 June 2019 using a single variable is the describe ability of auditory hallucinatory patients in self-care fulfillment. Data is analyzed by percentage and interpreted quantitatively.Result: The results of the study were obtained from 20 respondents, most of the respondents 13 respondents (65%) were able to perform self-care well, a small portion of respondents 3 respondents (15%) had sufficient self-care ability, half of respondents 4 respondents (20%) had the ability lack of self care.Conclution: Self-care ability in patients Hearing hallucinations are influenced by age, sex, education, occupation, marital status, living with family, duration of suffering, history of hospitalization, taking medication and medication history. It is expected that auditory hallucinosis patients are willing and able to perform self-care properly and optimally to maintain personal hygiene and the environment

Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 pandemic could have an adverse impact on both physical and psychosocial conditions. Physical distancing encourages a person to be unable to perform activities normally to reduce the likelihood of transmission. Physical distancing must be done by everyone, including students and their families. This condition can lead to feelings of loneliness, boredom, and anxiety. Another impact that society feels is the onset of unrest due to financial condition, employment, and future life plans. Anxiety and anxiety caused by the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the emergence of mental health problems and emotional mental disorders. Purpose: This study aimed to find out the picture of mental health and emotional mental disorders in students and families during the Covid 19 Pandemic.Methods: The research design used is a descriptive crossectional. The population in this study was students of Nursing Diploma 3 Study Program STIKES Karya Husada Kediri and his family. Fifty-six students were selected as sample members, through random sampling techniques. The variables in this study were mental health and emotional mental disorders. Data retrieval is carried out from 6 to 20 June 2020, with the instrument Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-29). Descriptive analysis of data is performed with the help of frequency distribution tables.Results: The results of the study found that there were 2 respondents (3.6%) psychological disorders (anxiety and depression), none (0%) psychoactive disorders/drug use. Research data also shows that there are 5 respondents (8.9%) psychotic disorders, as well as 16 respondents (28.6%) PTSD disorder. Mental health disorders experienced by respondents are emotional mental disorders with symptoms of fear, worry, anxiety, tension and even excessive headaches. Mental health disorders result in impaired daily life activities.Conclusion: To prevent an increase in the number of people with emotional mental disorders in students and their families, there needs to be educational efforts that contain how to avoid and overcome emotional mental disorders that occur and the need for psychosocial mental health support in students and their families

Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by coronavirus infection. During the Covid-19 pandemic can cause psychosocial disorders such as stress, anxiety, and depression. One of the ways that determines the success of families in preventing psychosocial disorders during the Covid-19 pandemic is to know how to do 5B activities (learning, worship, playing, chatting and recreation together), increasing physical immunity, as well as improving mental and psychosocial health such as positive emotions, positive thoughts, positive social relationships.Purpose: This study aimed to know the overview of family knowledge on how to prevent psychosocial disorders during the Covid-19 pandemic.Methods: This research used a descriptive crossectional design with a population of 318 families and a large sample of 39 families, sampling was done by Random Sampling method. The research variable is an overview of family knowledge on how to prevent psychosocial disorders during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was held on 15 – 30 December 2020. The research instrument used in data retrieval is a questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed with the help of frequency distribution tables.Results: From the results of the study obtained from 39 respondents, 18 respondents (46%) good knowledge, 16 respondents (41%) enough knowledge and 5 respondents (13%) lees of knowledge on how to prevent psychosocial disorders during the Covid-19 pandemic.This is due to factors that influence knowledge, age, education, employment, never/unable to get information about the prevention of psychosocial disorders during the Covid-19 pandemic.Conclusion: To increase family knowledge of enough and less categories, respondents are expected to add and search for information through health workers as well as media such as TV, Internet, and newspapers. Respondents with good knowledge should apply in their daily lives and help health workers socialize on how to prevent psychosocial disorders during the covid-19 pandemic to other families
