Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the control of the production process of furniture, to know the level of product damage, the type of product damage, and the factors that affect the quality control of production at PT Eastwind Mandiri Semarang.Hasil Analysis shows that the average damage / broken production of PT. Eastwind Mandiri during October - December 2016 of 18.76%, the level of damage does not exceed the standards set by the company that is equal to 40% of the total production volume. The histogram diagram shows that the most common type of broken is damaged due to incompatible color of 384 pcs, unsuitable topcoat of 354 pcs, scratched item of 267 pcs, broken component of 85pcs, and wave component of 26 pcs. Based on the result of causality causal analysis which affect the quality control of furniture production process is material, in process, test method, human resources, environment, and machine. Based on the results of graph analysis of control chart p Center Line control of furniture production process is at the stage of control limit or does not exceed the control limit set by the company by 40%. Keywords: production process control analysis, cause and effect chart, and control chart p ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian proses produksi furniture, mengetahui tingkat kerusakan produk, jenis kerusakan produk, dan faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi pengendalian kualitas produksi pada PT Eastwind Mandiri Semarang. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kerusakan/broken rata–rata hasil produksi PT. Eastwind Mandiri selama bulan Oktober – Desember 2016 sebesar 18,76 % ,tingkat kerusakan tersebut tidak melampaui standar yang ditetapkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 40% dari total volume produksi. Diagram histogram menunjukkan bahwa jenis broken yang sering terjadi adalah rusak karena warna tidak sesuai sebesar 384 pcs, topcoat tidak sesuai sebesar 354 pcs, barang tergores sebesar 267 pcs, komponen pecah sebesar 85pcs, dan komponen gelombang sebesar 26 pcs. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diagram sebab akibat yang mempengaruhi pengendalian mutu proses produksi furniture ialah bahan, in process, metode uji, SDM, lingkungan, dan mesin. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of salary satisfaction and incentives partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Crew Vessel PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa in Banjarmasin. This study is quantitative descriptive by testing 90 Crew Vessel respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the salary satisfaction factor had a significant effect on the performance factors of Crew Vessel PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa in Banjarmasin. The factor of incentive satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance factor of Crew Vessel PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa in Banjarmasin. Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence among customer relationship management and service quality on corporate image, as well as the influence of customer relationship management, service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional, Tbk Branch Banjarmasin. This research method uses explanatory research. The population is current account customers, time deposit customers, and savings customers with a sample size of 102 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS21 application. The results showed that there is an effect of customer relationship management and service quality on corporate image. There is an effect of customer relationship management, service quality and company image on customer loyalty, customer relationship management provides a greater influence on customer loyalty without going through the corporate image, service quality carried out through a good corporate image will have a greater influence on customer loyalty at PT. National Pension Savings Bank, Tbk Branch Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Investors have strong reasons for making investment decisions, namely hoping to provide returns that are more than what they have invested. The investment decision is in the form of a decision to buy, sell, or maintain ownership of its shares. There are five factors that can influence investors in making investment decisions, including heuristics, risk aversion, financial tools, and firm-level corporate governance, and financial leteracy. This study aims to determine whether these five factors influence investor behavior in making investment decisions. The survey was conducted on 100 active student respondents in South Kalimantan Higher Education. Primary data obtained through distributed questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that investors really consider these five factors in making investment decisions. Keywords: investor behavior, investment decision making

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of affective commitment in mediating the influence of employee competencies, training, organizational culture on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Semarang, which numbered 100 employees. The sampling method uses the census method. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. This study shows that employee competency, training, and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment, employee competency, and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Training does not affect employee performance. Affective commitment can mediate in full (complete) the influence of employee competency, training, organizational culture on employee performance. Abstract

The study aims to analyze customer relationship marketing and customer loyalty through customer trust and customer satisfaction. The samples were selected using purposive sampling technique, based on which 100 respondents were selected. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. The hypothesis testing results show that customer relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Customer relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty The mediation test results found that customer trust and customer satisfaction were able to mediate the effect of customer relationship marketing on customer loyalty, the higher customer trust and customer satisfaction, the higher effect of customer relationship marketing on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Children are an important national asset for the future of life. Children can fail to get what their parents expect if the child experiences a disturbance during their growth and development. Children will grow and develop according to their stages. This community service aims to carry out early detection of the growth and development of preschool-age children. The method for community service is education and intervention to examine children's growth and development using the DDST examination instrument and KPSP format for 53 preschool-aged children. The implementation time is 14-20 December 2023 at the Pembina Pare State Kindergarten, Kediri. The results of examinations from 53 students regarding early detection of children's growth and development showed that 50 children (94%) had normal body weight, 41 children (77%) had normal TB, and 42 children (79%) had good/normal nutrition. For development, the results showed that 52 children (98%) were normal.  Comprehensive and coordinated early detection and intervention of deviations in toddler growth and development carried out in the form of a partnership between family, community, and professional staff will improve the quality of early childhood growth and development and readiness to enter formal education. Actions that can be given are to praise parents about the successes that have been achieved, encourage them to continue stimulation according to age, and schedule the next visit.

Abstract

Keterlambatan pada pelaksanaan proyek sering kali terjadi, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pengendalian pada proyek agar pelaksanaannya dapat kembali terlaksana sesuai dengan waktu yang telah dijadwalkan. Metode Earned Value merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan dan pengelolaan proyek agar pekerjaan pelaksanaan proyek dapat berjalan sesuai tujuan akhir tanpa banyak penyimpangan. Perencanaan biaya dan waktu ini dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Susun STIE Tazkia Cendikia Bogor yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks kinerja proyek, perkiraaan biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan, memberikan alternatif penyelesaian untuk mengatasi keterlambatan yang terjadi serta membuat kurva S setelah percepatan. Durasi pelaksanaan yang direncanakan adalah 330 hari dengan nilai kontrak Rp55.747.044.800,00 dan pada realisasinya berjalan selama 344 hari dengan kerterlambatan 14 hari dari rencana. Hasil perhitungan dengan metode earned value menunjukkan bahwa proyek sudah berjalan dengan biaya yang efisien, berdasarkan nilai CPI yang secara keseluruhan bernilai > 1. Sedangkan untuk nilai SPI pada minggu ke-13 hingga minggu ke-48 walatu tidak semnuanya memiliki nilai kurang dari < 1, hal ini menunjukkan proyek sedang mengalami keterlambatan. Percepatan yang dilakukan untuk mengejar keterlambatan yaitu menggunakan metode crashing dengan alternatif percepatan yang paling efektif untuk diterapkan yaitu penambahan 4 jam kerja lembur pada pekerjaan besi beton lantai 1,2 yang mampu mengejar keterlambatan proyek hingga sesuai dengan rencana yang di tentukan. Sehingga proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan durasi normal yang telah direncanakan dengan biaya sebesar Rp804.485.769. Dari biaya normal yaitu Rp539.784.000 dengan durasi percepatan 14 hari.

Abstract

Patient trust, medical expertise, and care experience play a crucial role in shaping effective and satisfying healthcare services within a hospital setting. This research explores the dimensions of patient trust, involving the security of personal information, trust in medical expertise, and confidence in the care experience, along with their impact on overall patient satisfaction. This study aims to address this research gap by meticulously examining patient trust dimensions and their effects on patient satisfaction in the Amarilis 2 inpatient ward. The study population consists of 72 patients in the Amarilis 2 ward at Dr. Adhyatma MPH Hospital in Semarang. The sampling technique employed a census approach, resulting in a sample size of 72 respondents. Data collection was conducted through a Google Form shared via a link for questionnaire completion. The research findings indicate that trust in the security of personal information, trust in medical expertise, and trust in the care experience have a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Guru dan orang tua merupakan kelompok primer yang berperan besar terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran atau pendidikan pada anak usia dini. Peran sinergis kedua pihak tersebut sangat penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan berbagai aktivitas pembelajaran bagi anak, baik yang diselenggarakan di sekolah maupun di rumah. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu memberikan edukasi pada orang tua tentang pentingnya sinergi peran guru dan orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter anak usia dini. Metode dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah edukasi dengan memberikan ceramah dan tanya jawab. Pelaksanaan tanggal 19 Juni 2024 dan 22 Juni 2024 di TK Negeri Pembina Pare, Kediri dengan peserta 65 orang tua. Setelah diberikan edukasi kepada orang tua murid didapatkan pengetahuan orang tua setelah diberikan edukasi yaitu 40 orang tua (62%%) pengetahuan baik, 25 orang tua (38%) pengetahuan cukup, dan peran orang tua didapatkan 39 orang tua (60%) peran baik dan 26 orang tua (40%) peran cukup dalam sinergi pada pendidikan karakter anak usia dini. Peran utama orang tua dalam pendidikan anak adalah membentuk karakter, nilai-nilai dan karakter anak. Beberapa hal yang dilakukan orang tua dalam sinergi tersebut adalah orang tua menjadi pendamping dan model perilaku anak, pembimbing belajar dirumah, sebagai mitra sekolah dan mengenal kebutuhan serta potensi anak.
