Abstract

The Government of Jakarta is trying to reduce the traffic volume by launching many new rail-based public transportation modes in this Jakarta Capital Region, one of them is Jakarta LRT. There are so many special things at the LRT Velodrome Station, for example the strategic location of Velodrome, the Jakarta International Velodrome stadium, integrated with Transjakarta transportation mode, etc. Even though the Jakarta LRT is the new transportation mode, but the Jakarta LRT only used by few people, because the route is still too short only 5,6 km (Pengangsaan Dua to Velodrome). So, this research discuss about the preference of passengers in using Jakarta LRT as the option for their daily transportation. The analysis of data obtained in this research by using the “Importance Performance Analysis” method, and analyzed the validity and reliability by using SPSS 24 program. The results of people’s preferences by using Jakarta LRT in this research are located in quadrant II that have a good performance on passengers satisfaction, so the performance must be maintained. And the items that needs to be improved for the efficiency and effectiveness are located in quadrant I that requires the high priority on its performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam upaya meningkatkan kekuatan struktur perkerasan jalan raya khususnya perkerasan Laston, pemilihan jenis material sebagai filler merupakan bahan pengisi yang sifatnya halus dan dapat mengisi rongga atau pori, salah satu limbah yang dihasilkan oleh sampah cangkang kerang memberikan peluang alternatif material penyusun campuran aspal. Pengujian dilakukan dalam 2 tahap yaitu, pengujian benda uji dengan filler semen portland yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan parameter Marshall dan nilai KAO dan pengujian benda uji dengan filler abu cangkang kerang untuk menghasilkan parameter Marshall dan nilai kadar filler optimum. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada campuran lapis AC-WC didapat nilai KAO sebesar 6,2% dan nilai kadar filler optimum 5,2%. Nilai stabilitas dengan 7% filler abu cangkang kerang didapat 4810.787 kg dengan perendaman benda uji selama 30 menit dan 4203.7 kg dengan 7% filler abu cangkang kerang dengan perendaman benda uji selama 24 jam pada suhu 60 °C.

Abstract

The problems contained in the Tangerang Old Market Culinary Area is a problem of irregular parking control congestion. One of the physical facilities in the area is the parking area of the road body. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of parking, road sections and provide alternative problem solving in accordance with the provisions of MKJI 1997. The result of this study is the volume of vehicles entering the parking area on Friday, November 13, 2020 as many as 34 cars and 41 motorcycles, Saturday, November 21, 2020 as many as 48 cars and 65 motorcycles and Sunday, November 27, 2020 as many as 41 cars and 61 motorcycles. The largest parking accumulation on Saturday as many as 11 cars occurred between 08:00-08:59 WIB and Sunday as many as 104 motorcycles occurred between 14:00-14:59 WIB. The average Saturday car park duration is 1.81 hours/vehicle and 2 hours/kend for motorcycles. On Saturday the largest car park index was 120.93% at 16:00-16:59 WIB and 108.26% for motorcycles occurred on Tuesday from 17:00 to 17:59 WIB. The largest PTO is 1 vehicle/SRP/observation time. Judging from the analysis of road sections for survey speed on Kisamaun road in the peak hours of morning, afternoon and afternoon have a level of service or Level of Service (LOS) namely D. This indicates that there is a level of vehicle flow in the afternoon Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 16:00 to 17:00 WIB.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : KWK B 08 merupakan angkutan umum dengan rute perjalanan grogol petamburan – rawa buaya, yang terhubung dengan beberapa transportasi umum lainnya mulai dari stasiun kereta, halte transjakarta, dan angkutan umum lainya. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan dan atau tanggapan dari pengguna Angkutan KWK B 08 dan Tingkat kinerja dalam mengoperasikan adalah hal utama yang perlu diketahui. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik pengumpulan data yakni data primer yang berasal dari hasil pengumpulan kuesioner dengan melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan penumpang Angkutan KWK B 08 dan data sekunder berupa data teknis mengenai kinerja layanan angkutan KWK B 08. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni Servqual dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil : Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tingkat rata-rata kinerja angkutan KWK B 08 memiliki bobot rata – rata 3,65 dan rata – rata tingkat kepuasan penumpang yaitu cukup baik dengan bobot rata - rata 3,56 dari skor tertinggi 5. Kesimpulan: Hasil kesimpulan bahwa angkutan umum KWK B08 sudah memenuhi 4 indikator yaitu jarak berjalan, perpindahan moda, waktu perjalanan dan tarif kwk. Dan ada 1 indikator yang perlu di tingkatkan yaitu waktu tunggu. Dengan 8 indikator penilaian didapat hasil untuk kinerja operasional masuk pada kriteria baik dengan nilai total 21 berada pada range 18 - 24, dan ada sebanyak 3 indikator sedang yaitu waktu pelayanan, Waktu Antara dan frekuensi kendaraan perjam dan 5 indikator baik seperti load factor, kecepatan perjalanan, Headway, waktu perjalanan, jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi.

Abstract

MT. Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta is one of the arterial roads in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta that connects three cities, South Jakarta City and East Jakarta City. Based on IRSMS (Integrated Road Safety Management System), data from the National Police showed increased traffic accident cases in MT. Haryono Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta, where in 2019, there were 21 traffic accident cases. In 2020, there were 30 traffic accident cases, and in 2021, there were 38 traffic accident cases. This research method was descriptive, which describes current conditions using the Accident Rate method. This study aims to determine the level of traffic accidents on MT Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street, South Jakarta, to know the factors that cause accidents, and to find the black site area on MT. Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta, and to provide alternatives and solutions for prevention and management in reducing traffic accidents. This research shows that the black site area was on Gatot Subroto Street Segment 6, KM 5+500 – KM 6+500, with an accident rate of 6.33. The Blackspot identification was based on an accident rate of 0.27, and the black site identification was based on an accident rate of 0.27. The highest time of occurrence of traffic accidents was on Sunday at 03.00 – 04.00 WIB, so an actual speed survey was implemented at that time. The primary cause of traffic accidents based on POLRI IRSMS data was the human factor as drivers who are negligent and undisciplined in driving. An example of the causal factors found during the survey was drivers driving over the maximum speed limit—the alternatives and solutions for prevention and countermeasures in reducing traffic accidents on MT. Haryono-Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta provides adequate lighting along the way and adds traffic signs before black site areas.

Abstract

Microtrans Jak Lingko 50 merupakan angkutan umum dengan rute yang terhubung dengan beberapa transportasi umum lainnya mulai dari stasiun kereta, halte TransJakarta dan angkutan umum lainnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi kepuasan penumpang terhadap layanan dan tingkat kinerja dari Angkutan Jak Lingko 50. Penelitian ini memerlukan dua teknik pengumpulan data yakni data primer yang berasal dari hasil akumulasi kuesioner dengan jumlah 100 responden yang menjadi penumpang Angkutan Jak Lingko 50 dan data sekunder berupa data mengenai kinerja dari layanan angkutan Jak Lingko. Metode analisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Servqual. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa tingkat rata-rata kinerja angkutan Jak Lingko 50 memiliki nilai rata – rata 4.02 dan rata – rata tingkat kepuasan penumpang yaitu 3,92 dari skor tertinggi 5, dengan nilai tesebut tingkat kinerja dan kepuasan mendapat predikat cukup baik dan kesanggupan pengguna untuk membeli kartu Jak Lingko dikatakan mampu karena sebanyak 100 orang berpendapat harga kartu murah.

Abstract

The problem of traffic jams continues to increase, the government is designing an alternative road connecting Surakarta to Yogyakarta. The increasing volume of vehicles on the Solo - Yogyakarta toll road makes accidents prone due to driver negligence. To reduce the risk of accidents and relieve fatigue after traveling, one of the policies taken is to build rest areas and facilities. The method used in the research is a direct survey to obtain primary data in the form of incoming and outgoing vehicle data, the number of existing parked vehicles, facilities in rest areas and secondary data in the form of daily traffic on the Solo - Yogyakarta toll road obtained from PT. JMM. Based on the condition of the existing rest area, it is necessary to analyze the parking facilities to get an idea of ​​parking capacity and parking space requirements. The guideline used in the research is "Guidelines for Planning and Operation of Parking Facilities for the Directorate of City Transport Traffic System Development 1998", as well as references related to parking analysis. The conclusion of the analysis results is that the parking space needed for the Solo-Yogyakarta toll road in the 2024 planning year is 271 SRP, the volume of incoming vehicles is 2751, the accumulation is 206 vehicles, the parking index is 75.99%, the turnover is 10.15, and in 2033 there are parking spaces. What is needed is a capacity of 541 SRP, a volume of incoming vehicles of 5495, an accumulation of 411 vehicles, a parking index of 76.07%, and a turnover of 10.16.

Abstract

Toll road construction is one of the main supporting aspects in the process of accelerating Indonesia's national development. However, along with population growth and regional development, road infrastructure is increasingly filled with various modes of transportation which ultimately causes buildup and congestion. The construction of toll roads in Jakarta is one alternative to break down congestion in the city. The construction of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road is expected to be able to increase road capacity so as to facilitate transportation between the two regions. However, the varied toll rates cause different perceptions in its users. Toll tariff determination is generally oriented towards financial analysis which results in not being commensurate with the ability (Ability To Pay) and desire (Willingness To Pay) as well as the determination of the ideal tariff of the community as toll road service users. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The research population of the entire Jakarta city community in 2022 is 10,679,951 people, the number of samples calculated using the Slovin method resulted in 100 respondents selected through certain criteria. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of driver satisfaction with the quality of service of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road was in the "Satisfied" category as evidenced by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 78.62% which was in the range of 61% to 80% so that it was in the "Satisfied" category. Then, the quality of service and tariff policy have a positive effect on the satisfaction of users of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road, which is indicated by the F value calculated > F table (48.060>3.09) and the significance of < 0.05 (0.00<0.05) means significant / influential. The respondent's Ability To Pay (ATP) on the highest Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road tariff was Rp. 166,766.24, namely for respondents with the job category as a Housewife / Father and the lowest ATP was Rp. 125,620.99, namely for respondents with the job category as Students or Students. The average Ability To Pay (ATP) value of all respondents was Rp. 147,582.02. While the respondent's Willingnes To Pay (WTP) value on the highest respondent's Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road tariff was Rp. 21,750, namely for respondents with the job category as Students or Students and the lowest WTP was Rp. 20,523, namely for respondents with the job category as Civil Servants (PNS) or TNI / Polri. The average Willingnes To Pay (WTP) value of all respondents was Rp. 20,970.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia has entered a new phase in the development of modern transportation infrastructure, namely high-speed trains initiated by PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China. The design of the facility operated is an Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) CR400AF that can drive up to speeds of 350 km / h. Of course, high train speed requires the reliability of railway road infrastructure, including the geometry and components of rail roads. The technical specifications of high-speed rail roads have been regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 7 of 2022. The type of rail used by high-speed railway line components with a rail road width of 1435 mm is type R60 rail. However, the determination of the type of high-speed railway in Indonesia has not been completed by analyzing the strength of the rail structure in bearing the load working on it. Thus, this study discusses the influence of rail road geometry on the speed of facilities and evaluates the strength of Type R60 rail structures in receiving high-speed train loads. The analysis method uses the Beam on Elastic Foundation (BOEF) method which assumes the behavior of rails as continuous beams that receive loads on elastic foundation pedestals. The results of the study found that the value of the realized radius and minimum radius of the horizontal arch respectively amounted to 9,500 m and 8,502.94 m greater than the horizontal arch permit radius of 7,000 m, while for the value of the permit radius and vertical radius of the vertical arch of 25,000 m. So that the optimization of the horizontal curved radius to 8,502.94 m to be more in line with the ability of the path to serve passing facilities and is expected to be more effective and efficient in planning. The static load and dynamic load of the EMU wheel CR400AF of 81,662.50 N and 243,522.90 N. The maximum voltage and rail clearance voltage were obtained at 134.53 N/mm2 and 228.57 N/mm2. The strength of the rails is written in the form of a safety factor (SF) number. The calculation results show that the most critical SF value of the rail in receiving the load of high-speed trains is 1.70. Based on the results of BoEF calculations, R60 type rails have a high safety value in withstanding static loads and dynamic loads of high-speed trains.
