Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is faced with an increasingly high level of international and interregional competition. This competition has shifted from competition between products and companies to competition between logistics networks and supply chains. The logistics process is basically directed to optimize production factors, namely to optimize the costs, time, and quality. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia plans to build 3,250 km of new railway lines during the 5 year administration, in the 2014-2019 period, by constructing the Trans Sumatra, Trans Sulawesi, and Trans Papua railway lines, as well as the double track railway lines in Java. Because rail transport is a mass transportation mode, it is hoped that this railway transportation can reduce national logistics costs. Therefore, railway infrastructure and facilities need to be developed, especially for transporting passengers and goods. Keywords: logistics network, supply chain, rail transportation, national logistics costs  Abstrak Indonesia dihadapkan pada tingkat persaingan antarnegara dan antarregional yang semakin tinggi. Persaingan ini telah bergeser dari persaingan antarproduk dan antarperusahaan ke persaingan antarjaringan logistik dan rantai pasok. Proses logistik pada dasarnya diarahkan untuk mengoptimalkan faktor produksi, yaitu untuk melakukan optimasi terhadap biaya, waktu, dan kualitas. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia mencanangkan akan membangun 3.250 km jalur kereta api baru selama 5 tahun pemerintahan, pada periode  2014-2019, dengan mewujudkan jalur kereta api Trans Sumatera, Trans Sulawesi, dan Trans Papua, serta jalur ganda kereta api di Pulau Jawa. Karena transportasi kereta api merupakan moda angkutan masal, diharapkan angkutan kereta api ini dapat menurunkan biaya logistik nasional. Oleh karena itu, prasarana dan sarana perkeretaapian perlu dikembangkan, khususnya untuk mengangkut penumpang dan barang. Kata-kata kunci: jaringan logistik, rantai pasok, angkutan kereta api, biaya logistik nasional

Abstract

Kurva nomor 2 dan 18 pada persilangan Manggarai - Jatinegara adalah bagian dari persilangan dalam DAOP (Wilayah Operasi) 1 wilayah Jakarta. Keandalan lengkungan dalam perannya dalam pengoperasian kereta api penting bahkan menjadi faktor utama. Oleh karena itu, kesempurnaan dalam perawatan adalah mutlak dan persyaratan utama dari suatu kondisi di mana lengkungan dapat dikatakan dapat diandalkan. Tetapi tidak semua lengkungan memiliki nilai ketinggian yang sama dengan hasil yang dihitung. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis tingkat perawatan lengkungan reliabilitas lengkungan. Dari hasil analisis data sekunder dan primer maka diperoleh data terkait kondisi kurva nomor 2 dan 18 lintas Manggarai - Jatinegara masih kurang baik dalam hal perubahan panah dan ketinggian rel. Perhitungan dan analisis data yang digunakan dilihiat dalam hal kondisi geometri lengkung yaitu radius lengkung, lengkung melintang, elevasi rel, kondisi grafik kurva ideal dan manajer sumber daya manusia. Setelah menganalisis data dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar yang ada, penerapan perawatan melengkung dikatakan hanya saja tidak maksimal, dapat disarankan bahwa perawatan kondisi kurva perlu dipertahankan terus dengan inspeksi sesuai dengan ketentuan dan segera memperbaiki geometri lengkung yang kurang, Arch kembali ke normal dan melakukan perawatan dengan menggunakan mesin MTT pada saat perawatan pada malam hari sehingga pelaksanaan perawatan lebih sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan juga tidak terjadi trial and error.

No traffic-signal intersection located on Jalan Serang and Jalan Curug, Tangerang Regency often causes traffic congestion. Many side barriers activities of vehicles inhibit the movement of traffic flow. The toll-road access, which is not far from the intersection, makes the queue long enough to enter Jl. Raya Serang also affects the performance of the surroundings. The study aims to determine the performance of the above intersection this time, which is measured by the capacity, degree of saturation, speed, queuing opportunities, density, and level of services. Field surveys and further analysis of the calculations that have been carried out show the intersection performance. The peak traffic volume occurred on Wednesday, February 5 2020, at 3877 pcu / hour at 07.00 - 08.00 WIB, with a capacity (C) of 2937 pcu / hour. From the available data, the DS value is 1.32. at the Service level F.

Abstract

Curves number 2 and 18 on Manggarai - Jatinegara cross are part of cross in DAOP (Operation Area) 1 Jakarta area. The reliability of an arch in its role in the operation of the railway is important even be a major factor. Therefore, perfection in care is absolute and a major requirement of a condition where the arch can be said to be reliable. But not all arches have the same elevation value as the calculated result. Thus it required an analysis of the level of care arch the arch reliability. From the results of secondary and primary data analysis then obtained data related to the condition of curve number 2 and 18 cross Manggarai - Jatinegara still not good in terms of changes in arrows and rail elevation. Calculation and analysis of data used dilihiat in terms of curved geometry conditions that is curved radius, transverse arch, rail elevation, ideal curve graph conditions and human resources managers. After analyzing the data and then compared with the existing standard, the implementation of curved treatment has been said to be only just not maximal, it can be suggested that it needs to be maintained treatment of the curve condition continues with the inspection in accordance with the provisions and immediately repaired the curved geometry is lacking, Arch back to normal and do maintenance by using the MTT machine at the time of treatment at night so that the implementation of the treatment is more suitable as expected and also did not happen trial and error.

Abstract

Jurnal ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pengembangan infrastruktur perkeretaapian terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dan regional. Data yang diolah meliputi data asset perkeretaapian, anggaran pembangunan perkeretaapian, pendapatan penumpang dan barang, biaya pegawai dan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK). Data yang dipergunakan adalah data panel dari 10 provinsi di Pulau Jawa dan Pulau Sumatera untuk tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2015. Dalam analisis ekonometrika dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan postif antara variabel anggaran pembangunan, aset perkeretaapian, pendapatan, biaya pegawai dan IHK terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB).

Abstract

People's mobility in the Greater Jakarta area requires effective and efficient transportation services. At present, many modes of transportation are competing to improve the quality of services to the users, which include the commuter trains that are managed by PT. Kereta  Commuter Indonesia (PT. KCI). Research is needed to determine the level of services provided by PT. KCI. Here, the researcher analyzes the effectiveness of the services of the Jabodetabek commuter train of Bogor - Tanah Abang route, especially the services at Bogor and Manggarai stations as well as on the train. The research was carried out through a questionnaire survey that produced primary data. The secondary data was obtained from PT. KCI for further processing. The method used is the validity, reliability, Importance Performance Analysis, and Normality testing by using SPSS software. The results of the research shows that PT. KCI needs to increase the number of toilets at Bogor Station, to add the first-aid kits at Bogor and Manggarai Station, to increase the number of waiting chairs at Manggarai Station, to add stairs for platforms whose height are not the same as the train floor at Manggarai Station, and to improve the performance of security officers and the awareness of the users about the use of priority passengers seats.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service level of the Surabaya - Sidoarjo commuter train which is part of the transportation service in the Gerbang Kertasusila area. Surabaya is the second-largest city in Indonesia as the center of regional government for East Java and is the center of activity for all sectors in the region. The high population density and the high value of land in Surabaya have resulted in people choosing to live in Gerbang Kertasusila areas, namely Gresik, Bangkalan, Kertosono, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Lamongan (Gerbang Kertasusila). This resulted in the high movement of commuters from the buffer area for activities in downtown Surabaya. In this study, the analysis was carried out regarding the Minister of Transportation Regulation number 63 the year 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Passenger Train Transportation. The research methodology used is Importance Performance Analysis by distributing questionnaires to commuter train users across Surabaya - Sidoarjo to find out people's opinions about train transportation services operated by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia. The results of the study can identify the level of service at the station and on the train, both those that are a priority to be improved and those that must be maintained.
