Abstract

Persimpangan pada ruas Jalan Panjang yang terhubung dengan ruas Jalan Kedoya Duri dan Jalan Duri Raya ini merupakan kawasan komersil yang dimana kawasan ini banyak berdiri perkantoran, pertokoan, rumah makan, hotel dan banyaknya pengguna kendaraan pribadi di sepanjang persimpangan ini, sehingga ketika memasuki jam – jam sibuk persimpangan ini sering mengalami kemacetan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja simpang bersinyal dan ruas Jalan Panjang yang terhubung dengan ruas Jalan Kedoya Duri dan Jalan Duri Raya dan memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah dengan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Hasil analisa data eksisting, diperoleh Level Of Service (LOS) F untuk kondisi jam sibuk pagi dan sore yang berarti nilai tundaan yang tinggi, menunjukkan waktu siklus yang panjang dan rasio kendaraan yang tinggi ditunjukkan dari panjangnya waktu siklus yaitu 180 detik dengan 3 fase lalu lintas dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan yang tinggi yaitu melebihi 1,00 berarti sudah melebihi standar MKJI 1997 untuk kategori cukup baik yaitu LOS C berada pada angka lebih kecil dari 0,8 (DS ≤ 0,8) dan selanjutnya sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pertama dengan perubahan waktu siklus lampu lalu lintas dan alternatif pemecahan masalah kedua dengan menghilangkan belok kanan pada Jalan Kedoya Duri dan Jalan Duri Raya.Indikator dalam menilai kinerja simpang dilihat dari nilai derajat kejenuhan. Dari dua alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dicobakan maka alternatif pemecahan masalah kedua merupakan alternatif terbaik (LOS) D untuk jam sibuk pagi dan sore hari serta LOS untuk jam sibuk siang hari.

Abstract

The provision in the 2014 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) for the distribution of packages of national road preservation and maintenance activities with the Long Segment contract scheme was chosen by the Directorate General of Highways to improve connectivity between regions as set out in the infrastructure development strategy in Indonesia. The problem of delays in project implementation and work cost efficiency on road projects based on Long Segment contracts. The expected goal in this research was time and cost efficiency using the Manual Program Evaluation and Review Technique (M-PERT) and Value Engineering (VE) method. The analysis resulted in influencing factors, namely the process of activity stages (RII = 0.911), Planning (RII = 0.936), Implementation (RII = 0.919), Supporting (RII = 0.882) Structural Planning (RII = 0.952) Supervision (RII = 0.871) External conditions (RII = 0.769) and road preservation works (RII = .864). The case study using M-PERT method obtained a time optimization value of 1.21% with an accuracy of 98.79% of the completion time at the job site.

Abstract

Depok City has traffic movement characteristics that are no different from other cities. Traffic movements in Depok City are quite busy and even tend to be congested at certain hours, such as when people go to work and return from work as happened on Arif Rahman Hakim Road which is a 4/2D road type (4 lanes 2 divided directions) which often experiences traffic jams. Efforts to overcome traffic jams are by implementing a system change from 4/2 to 2/1 (two lanes one way) which is expected to improve traffic performance. Observing this phenomenon, this study intends to determine the effect of implementing a one-way system on traffic performance. The findings in the field show that the application of a one-way system can improve traffic performance with an increase in the level of road service in one lane. The results of multiple regression analysis using vehicle situation, side barriers, and road situations simultaneously have a significant effect on traffic performance with an effect value of 10.3%.

Abstract

As the population increases, resulting in high human mobility. However, high mobility is not matched by services for transportation facilities and infrastructure, especially sidewalks. One of the areas with existing sidewalk problems is the Kebayoran Baru area of South Jakarta. The problem that occurs is that the sidewalk is used as a place to street vendors, and is used as an illegal parking lot. The methodology of this research was carried out by conducting a geometric survey, measuring the volume and travel time of pedestrians to determine the level of service and distributing questionnaires as 80 respondents to pedestrians in search of the level of performance and importance of sidewalk facilities. This data processing uses Microsoft Excel and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the analysis carried out that the sidewalks do not meet the minimum standards according to regulations. From the measurement of the results of the volume and travel time of pedestrians, the level of service with category A is obtained, as well as the results of the questionnaire related to the level of comfort, security, and safety of pedestrians influenced by the presence of street vendors and illegal parking on sidewalks.

Abstract

The concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at the Light Rail Transit (LRT) station in Palembang City in terms of Environmental Aspects. This study discussed the city of Palembang which already has several transit-based transportation such as Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) as a solution to overcome existing congestion. The several areas that still have congestion points and have not been able to be minimized, namely; (1) Bumi Sriwijaya, (2) Cinde Market, (3) 16 Ilir Market, and (4) Jakabaring. At this location, there were several problem phenomena that are still faced in the implementation of the existing TOD where the community does not use an integrated transportation system, This research used Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) method. This research was the preparation of evaluation and analysis of the determination of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in the city of Palembang in terms of environmental aspects based on the AHP decision-making method. The research locations reviewed in this study are densely populated areas. In this study using a quantitative research approach. A quantitative approach used to analyze the determination of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Palembang City in terms of environmental aspects using AHP decision-making analysis techniques in compiling research discussions. The potential as location of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Palembang City was the Pasar 16 Ilir area (location 3). This area had the highest potential from other areas after the AHP data processing was carried out against the three main criteria for determining the TOD area.

Abstract

Pejalan kaki dapat menyeberang jalan secara aman apabila disediakan fasilitas yang sesuai dengan kondisi lalu lintas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis karakteristik penyeberang jalan pada fasilitas zebra cross dan pelican cross. Karakteristik tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi dalam merancang fasilitas penyeberangan di masa mendatang.Variabel-variabel pejalan kaki yang dianalisis diantaranya adalah kecepatan menyeberang, jenis kelamin dan tingkat kepatuhan. Karakteristik pengemudi dan kondisi fasilitas juga dianalisis untuk mendapatkan perbedaan yang mendetail antara penyeberangan zebra cross dan pelican cross. Berdasarkan analisis, laki-laki menyeberang lebih lambat dibandingkan perempuan, kecepatan laki-laki adalah 1,22 m/detik dan 1,30 m/detik sedangkan kecepatan perempuan adalah 1,24 m/detik dan 1,41 m/detik. Kecepatan individu menyeberang lebih cepat dibandingkan platoon, kecepatan individu adalah 1,23 m/detik dan 1,35 m/detik sedangkan kecepatan platoon adalah 1,09 m/detik dan 1,19 m/detik. Perempuan cenderung lebih mematuhi peraturan dibandingkan laki-laki. Penyeberangan pelican cross lebih direkomendasikan untuk arus dan kecepatan lalu lintas lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan oleh penyeberangan zebra cross.

Abstract

Pejalan kaki merupakan bentuk transportasi yang tidak kalah banyak debandingkan dengan transportasi kendaraan lain. Di sekitar kawasan pendidikan seperti Kampus Universitas Mercu Buana volume pejalan kaki meningkat cukup tinggi dibandingkan di kawasan pemukiman dan industri. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi kembali terhadap fasilitas pejalan kaki yang ada karena perubahan populasi di daerah tersebut agar pejalan kaki merasa aman dan nyaman melintasi kawasan tersebut.               Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui volume pejalan kaki, kecepatan pejalan kaki serta ruang bebasnya. Lalu untuk mengevaluasi trotoar dan fasilitas penyeberangan yang ada. Mengetahui jenis fasilitas apa yang cocok dengan lokasi tersebut. Dan mengetahui LOS arus lalu lintas pada lokasi tersebut.               Pada penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi trotoar yang berada di depan Universitas Mercu Buana dan di seberang Universitas Mercu Buana, fasilitas pengeberangan dan arus lalu lintas pada jalan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan survey selama 2 hari yaitu hari Sabtu 2 Maret 2019 dan Senin 4 Maret 2019 pada jam sibuk. Diperlukan survey volume arus pejalan kaki, pengukuran geometrik jalan, volume kendaraan, kecepatan, hambatan samping dan volume pejalan kaki menyeberang jalan. Dalam penentuan LOS pada fasilitas pejalan kaki   menggunakan peraturan Tata Cara Perencanaan Fasilitas Pejalan Kaki di Kawasan Perkotaan ( Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga Direktorat Bina Teknik /No:011/T/Bt/1995) dan untuk penentuan LOS arus lalu lintas menggunakan MKJI 1997.               Dalam analisa yang telah dilakukan bahwa LOS pada trotoar di depan UMB adalah B dengan arus per 15 menit (V15) sebesar 1,25 ped/menit/ft, ruang pejalan kaki sebesar 35,96 ft2/ped dan LOS trotoar di seberang UMB adalah B dengan arus per 15 menit (V15) sebesar 1,39 ped/menit/ft, ruang pejalan kaki sebesar 35,05 ft2/ped. Dan LOS arus lalu lintas di lokasi tersebut adalah E dengan DS sebesar 0,94 dengan kecepatan rata-rata ruang sebesar 8,56 smp/jam. Evaluasi fasilitas penyeberangan yang ada tidak mencukupi karena volume pejalan kaki yang cukup tinggi sehingga perlu digantikan dengan pelican dengan lapak tunggu.

Abstract

MT. Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta is one of the arterial roads in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta that connects three cities, South Jakarta City and East Jakarta City. Based on IRSMS (Integrated Road Safety Management System), data from the National Police showed increased traffic accident cases in MT. Haryono Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta, where in 2019, there were 21 traffic accident cases. In 2020, there were 30 traffic accident cases, and in 2021, there were 38 traffic accident cases. This research method was descriptive, which describes current conditions using the Accident Rate method. This study aims to determine the level of traffic accidents on MT Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street, South Jakarta, to know the factors that cause accidents, and to find the black site area on MT. Haryono - Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta, and to provide alternatives and solutions for prevention and management in reducing traffic accidents. This research shows that the black site area was on Gatot Subroto Street Segment 6, KM 5+500 – KM 6+500, with an accident rate of 6.33. The Blackspot identification was based on an accident rate of 0.27, and the black site identification was based on an accident rate of 0.27. The highest time of occurrence of traffic accidents was on Sunday at 03.00 – 04.00 WIB, so an actual speed survey was implemented at that time. The primary cause of traffic accidents based on POLRI IRSMS data was the human factor as drivers who are negligent and undisciplined in driving. An example of the causal factors found during the survey was drivers driving over the maximum speed limit—the alternatives and solutions for prevention and countermeasures in reducing traffic accidents on MT. Haryono-Gatot Subroto Street South Jakarta provides adequate lighting along the way and adds traffic signs before black site areas.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia has entered a new phase in the development of modern transportation infrastructure, namely high-speed trains initiated by PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China. The design of the facility operated is an Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) CR400AF that can drive up to speeds of 350 km / h. Of course, high train speed requires the reliability of railway road infrastructure, including the geometry and components of rail roads. The technical specifications of high-speed rail roads have been regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 7 of 2022. The type of rail used by high-speed railway line components with a rail road width of 1435 mm is type R60 rail. However, the determination of the type of high-speed railway in Indonesia has not been completed by analyzing the strength of the rail structure in bearing the load working on it. Thus, this study discusses the influence of rail road geometry on the speed of facilities and evaluates the strength of Type R60 rail structures in receiving high-speed train loads. The analysis method uses the Beam on Elastic Foundation (BOEF) method which assumes the behavior of rails as continuous beams that receive loads on elastic foundation pedestals. The results of the study found that the value of the realized radius and minimum radius of the horizontal arch respectively amounted to 9,500 m and 8,502.94 m greater than the horizontal arch permit radius of 7,000 m, while for the value of the permit radius and vertical radius of the vertical arch of 25,000 m. So that the optimization of the horizontal curved radius to 8,502.94 m to be more in line with the ability of the path to serve passing facilities and is expected to be more effective and efficient in planning. The static load and dynamic load of the EMU wheel CR400AF of 81,662.50 N and 243,522.90 N. The maximum voltage and rail clearance voltage were obtained at 134.53 N/mm2 and 228.57 N/mm2. The strength of the rails is written in the form of a safety factor (SF) number. The calculation results show that the most critical SF value of the rail in receiving the load of high-speed trains is 1.70. Based on the results of BoEF calculations, R60 type rails have a high safety value in withstanding static loads and dynamic loads of high-speed trains.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the state's tools to drive the economy, the Jabodetabek community already has a fairly good means of transportation, one of which is the Transjakarta Bus. Transjakarta buses have also developed their routes and one of the routes that is quite busy is Puri Beta 2 - Latuharhari corridor L13E. Although Transjakarta Route L13E is operated by Express, there are still problems with the frequency of bus arrivals. This is because the L13E route does not fully have a dedicated path. There are still some segments mixed with other traffic. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Transjakarta Bus Performance of Puri Beta 2 – Latuharhari L13E Route. The method used for this research is a survey method to the field to obtain research data. After the data is obtained, then an operational performance analysis will be carried out on performance indicators based on the standards of the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation No.SK.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002. From the results of the study of seven operational performance indicators referring to the Decree of the Directorate General of Land Transportation No.687 / AJ.206 / DRJD / 2002 obtained five indicators with category A (Good), namely: 1) Headway (time between), 2) Load Factor (Load Factor), 3) Travel speed, 4) Service Time, 5) Waiting time. While there are 2 indicators with category B (Medium), namely: 1) Frequency, 2) Travel Time. Based on the overall assessment of the Operational Performance of the Directorate General of Land Transportation Decree No.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, Transjakarta Bus L13E obtained an A or Good grade. Based on the calculation of the maximum load factor, it is found that the bus stop that has the highest number of passengers or maximum load factor on weekday morning direction 1 towards Latuharhari is Adam Malik stop to Velbak stop, this also happens on weekend morning direction 1 towards Latuharhari, this is because Adam Malik bus stop is a bus stop that is quite busy with universities and densely populated areas and is also one of the stops of choice for the surrounding community to travel to the center city. In this study, it was also found that the maximum load factor on Weekday afternoon direction 2 towards Puri Beta 2 occurred at the Patra Kuningan stop to the Velbak stop, this is because the Patra Kuningan stop is an office area and also the Velbak stop is one of the choices for service users to be able to move to other modes of transportation.
