Abstract

Social Media Marketing is described as a form of Internet marketing that utilizes social media as a marketing tool whereby users produce and share content to help businesses enhance their brand experience and expand their customer reach. The purpose of the activity is to help business owners have the provision of knowledge about the importance of understanding marketing strategies through social media, in increasing sales and facing increasingly tough competition. SMEs as Partners who are the venue for activities are the Philosopia Pastry culinary business in Jambi engaged in the field of pastry business under the Pastry Philosopia brand. Based on initial observations online with zoom meetings, partners do not understand social media marketing, as a medium that is a partner's product communication to consumers without large costs. The method offered in the activity is training/socialization on a basic understanding of marketing and social media marketing, the types and benefits of social media marketing. The results of the activity show that partners have acquired the provision of knowledge about the use of social media in marketing products and can introduce products to a wider market.

Abstract

Pekerjaan Pemasangan Girder adalah suatu tahapan kritis dalam keselurahan proses pelaksanaan konstruksi suatujembatan. Kegagalan dalam proses Pemasangan Girder merupakan suatu resiko yang harus dihindari dengan cara metodepemasangan girder yang sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan. Untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan mengurangi angka kecelakaanpada kegagalan pemasangan girder diperlukan analisa penggunaan metode pemasangan girder yang benar, mengutamakankeselamatan dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode pemasangan girderyang paling efisien dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keinsinyuran, khususnya K3 (Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Keamanan),Etika, dan Profesional. Dalam analisa yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa metode pemasangan girder sisi selatan menggunakanmetode 2 Crane, sisi utara menggunakan Portal Gantry, dan di atas sungai Menggunakan Launcher Girder. Sehingga dapatdisimpulkan bahwa dalam penentuan metode pemasangan girder mempertimbangkan aspek keinsinyuran yang dapatmemberikan keamanan dan keselamatan.

Abstract

Audit merupakan suatu proses pemeriksaan, dalam bidang teknik sipil sendiri juga terdapat audit struktur yangdilakukan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap bangunan yang sudah terbangun atau eksisting. Pekerjaan audit strukturperlu dilakukan oleh karena banyak hal atau faktor, seperti bangunan yang sudah berumur lama, terdapat kerusakan pada suatubangunan, ataupun terdapat perubahan alih fungsi beban dari desain bangunan eksisting terhadap rencana pengembananbangunan di masa depan. Pada artikel ini akan lebih dititik beratkan terhadap pekerjaan pengambilan sampel pada bangunaneksisting. Dimana ada berbagai macam pekerjaan atau metode yang perlu dilakukan, seperti pengecekan layout dan dimensielemen struktur, chipping atau pembobokan untuk mengecek penulangan, core drill, ultrasonic pulse velocity test, rebar scan,hardness test, thickness test, torsion test, galian pondasi dan PIT Test, yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisa terhadap kelayakandan kemampuan struktur eksisting. Oleh karena pekerjaan yang dilakukan di lapangan memiliki berbagai macam resiko, makaperlu dilakukannya identifikasi terhadap resiko apa saja yang bisa terjadi di lapangan seperti resiko pada ketinggian, resikokegagalan struktur, kerusakan pada alat, resiko pada operator atau orang disekitarnya dapat terluka dan resiko menggangguoperasional pada bangunan yang aktif. Sehingga perlu adanya solusi dan rekomendasi untuk mengantisipasi berbagai macamresiko tersebut sebagai pertimbangan dari aspek ke insinyuran dalam pekerjaan penyelidikan struktur yang terbukti mampumeningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap resiko yang dapat terjadi baik terhadap bangunan struktur, tim pelaksana, bahkanpengguna bangunan dan orang di sekitar.

Abstract

Uang pelicin dalam tender konstruksi adalah bentuk korupsi yang merusak integritas sektor konstruksi danmelanggar kode etik profesional. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor utama penyebab praktik ini melalui studi literatur, kuesionerkepada pemangku kepentingan proyek, serta analisis Relative Importance Index (RII). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakoneksi pribadi, hubungan dekat dengan pejabat proyek, dan kurangnya integritas individu menjadi penyebab utama.Rekomendasi mencakup penerapan sistem tender transparan berbasis elektronik, pelatihan antikorupsi, dan pengawasanindependen untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas proses tender.

Abstract

Desain struktur beton bertulang yang tahan gempa sangat diperlukan di wilayah dengan aktivitas seismik tinggi. Beton bertulang sering digunakan sebagai material utama dalam desain struktur bangunan karena ketangguhannya. Namun, optimasi biaya struktur beton bertulang menghadapi tantangan besar akibat banyaknya variabel dan batasan dalam peraturan SNI. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma metaheuristik symbiotic organisms search (SOS) yang dikombinasikan dengan perangkat lunak analisis struktur ETABS untuk mengatasi masalah optimasi struktur beton. Studi kasus dilakukan pada struktur beton bertulang dengan portal ruang satu lantai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SOS dan ETABS dapat menghasilkan desain yang efisien dan ekonomis, memenuhi persyaratan desain seismik berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012 dan SNI 2847:2019. Metode ini memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan pada berbagai jenis bangunan guna mendukung desain struktur beton yang aman, ekonomis, dan tahan terhadap gaya seismik.

Abstract

This study sets out to analyze the total Life Cycle Cost (LCC) involved in constructing the Ndorurea 1 Village Office located in Nangapanda District, Ende Regency. Using the LCC approach, the research evaluates all expenses incurred throughout the building’s service life, which includes the initial construction costs, recurring annual operational costs, and scheduled maintenance costs over a span of 30 years. Data for this analysis were collected from the official Budget Plan (RAB), on-site observations, and interviews, and were processed using the Present Worth method. An inflation rate of 2.73% and a discount rate of 5.5% were applied to calculate the Future Value and convert it into Present Value. The findings reveal that the total LCC amounts to Rp 1,579,890,525.62, comprising an initial cost of Rp 784,461,207.31 (49.65%), operational costs of Rp 322,649,142.80 (20.42%), and maintenance costs of Rp 472,780,275.51 (28.92%). These results clearly show that more than half of the overall expenses are incurred after construction is completed. Hence, integrating the LCC approach from the initial planning stage is essential for ensuring cost efficiency, sustainability, and financial accountability in the development of village infrastructure.

Abstract

Traffic accidents remain a major issue affecting public safety worldwide. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the number of traffic accidents and the level of fatality on Sudirman Road in Maumere City. The research uses secondary data from the Sikka District Police covering the period 2019–2023, along with primary data from traffic volume surveys conducted in the study area. The analytical methods used include simple linear regression and correlation to determine the strength and direction of the relationship between the variables. The results show a fairly strong positive linear relationship between the number of accidents and the level of fatality, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.6722. This means that approximately 67.22% of the variation in fatality levels can be explained by changes in the number of accidents. These findings indicate that an increase in the number of accidents is likely to be followed by a higher fatality rate. This research is expected to serve as a reference for improving traffic safety measures in urban areas. Keyword: traffic accidents, fatality rate, linear regression, Jalan Sudirman, Maumere

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of lime as an alternative binder to replace cement in mortar mixtures, with the addition of crushed brick powder to enhance mechanical strength. This approach offers an environmentally friendly solution to the high carbon emissions associated with cement production. The mortar mixture was prepared using a ratio of 1:1:3 (lime : crushed brick powder : sand) with a water-to-binder ratio of 0.5. Tests were conducted to assess the compressive strength and density of the mortar at 7, 14, and 28 days of curing. The results showed that the average compressive strength increased with curing time, reaching 1.49 MPa at 7 days, 1.86 MPa at 14 days, and 2.40 MPa at 28 days. The mortar density ranged from 2,080 to 2,680 kg/m³, with average values of 2,513 kg/m³ (7 days), 2,342 kg/m³ (14 days), and 2,230 kg/m³ (28 days). These findings indicate that the combination of lime and crushed brick powder improves mortar performance and has the potential to be a more sustainable alternative construction material.
