Abstract

This research aims to explain the perspective of legal verses in the Qur'an and national positive law against corruption. The type of research is normative juridical with a comparative approach between Islamic law and national positive law which is analyzed using prescriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the Qur'an and national positive law have the same perspective on corruption as a prohibited position-related act. There are several derivations used in the Qur'an that have a connection with corrupt practices, for example ghulul (fraudulent acts), sirqah (theft), betrayal, risywah (bribery), and even hirabah (destroyer of order). According to positive law, corruption is an act against the law with the intention of enriching oneself, others, or which results in harm to the state or the country's economy.

Abstract

The CC 205 locomotive at the UPT Locomotive Depot Divre IV Tanjung Karang is a train that uses diesel fuel. The locomotive at UPT Locomotive Depot Divre IV Tanjung Karang experienced compressor damage, which required component replacement. This research aims to identify and carry out the process of treating valve leaks in locomotive compressors. Observation, interview, and documentation are used to obtain appropriate data and results. Maintenance carried out on this locomotive is necessary so that the CC 205 locomotive can be used optimally without any doubt. Maintenance is an activity in maintaining existing facilities by carrying out repairs or replacements necessary to maintain the condition of these components so that they are always in maximum condition. The analysis results show that air leaks in the compressor caused by compressor valve leaks can cause the pressure in the main tank not to be filled.

Abstract

This study explores the psychological impact of Japan’s post-World War II defeat as depicted in Osamu Dazai’s The Setting Sun (1956), using Lacanian psychoanalysis to examine characters’ desires for freedom and identity reconstruction. Set against the collapse of traditional Japanese values and aristocracy, the novel reflects a society in transition from feudalism to industrial modernity. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, focusing on close textual analysis to identify expressions of desire and internal conflict among the characters, particularly Kazuko and Naoji. Drawing on Lacan’s concepts of the Imaginary, the Symbolic, and the Real, the study investigates how language, social structures, and unconscious forces shape subjectivity. Data were categorized using an inventorying table, enabling thematic interpretation of the characters’ struggles with love, loss, autonomy, and societal expectation. Findings suggest that the characters’ fragmented identities mirror Japan’s cultural disorientation, highlighting how personal freedom becomes entangled with national trauma. This research offers insight into the ways literature can reflect and dramatize psychological crises, illustrating how postwar literature serves as both a cultural artifact and a means of exploring the human condition under historical rupture.

Abstract

Arsip menjadi sumber informasi bagi setiap yang memilikinya. Dari semua aset organisasi yang ada, arsip adalah salah satu aset yang berharga. Arsip merupakan warisan dari generasi ke generasi yang perlu dipelihara dan dilestarikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi arsiparis, dan sarana prasarana kearsipan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan junjung sirih. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2023 yang bertempat di Kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih yang berjumlah 32 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan pembahasan penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan, maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, Variabel Kompetensi Arsiparis berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Kedua, Variabel Sarana Prasarana Kearsipan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Ketiga, Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kompetensi arsiparis dan sarana prasarana kearsipan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih.
